“Let me start by saying that I was very very leery of using an online service to watch my animals as I had never done it. But a friend of mine assured me that Rover.com was safe. So I started looking at potential people to watch my animals and I came across Altira’s post. I’ve read all the reviews which were all positive and after meeting her and watching her interact with my dogs as my cats were hiding, I felt very comfortable knowing that she would be caring for them while I was away. She sent daily pictures and knowing my crew which included the cats because they finally came out which is unusual, they love her. She even went above and beyond and captured a cane frog in my yard which I’m glad she did as they are poisonous to my dogs. I will most definitely be using Allie again.”

“For my entire time living in the florida area, I had Jessica come take care of my two baby bunnies. She was amazing in her communication with us and her handling of the two of them. Jessica was always so flexible and willing to come even at short notice, and I always knew my babies were well taken care of. She was even willing to give my older baby complicated medical attention and did a great job of doing so (i.e., nebulizing, shots, oral medications, etc.) I was so sad that in leaving the area, Jessica could no longer be our go-to bunny caregiver. About: I’ve been pet sitting for family and friends since 2019. Never having a fur baby of my one, I give as many belly rubs to the ones I care for to make up for it! Since I WFH, my schedule is very flexible. It’s the perfect set up for midday walks and all day belly rubs! Having a car also allows flexibility so I’m available in various locations. About: I’ve always grown up with dogs and been there to help friends, family and neighbors with their pets with 8 years of professional and personal experience. I have 4 dogs in my own household including a Great Dane mixed w/ a redbone coonhound, a dachshund mixed w/ a pit-bull, Chihuahua and a Chihuahua mixed w/ an Australian cattle hound! Plus a small rabbit! I’ve even trained my dogs to follow some ASL commands. I’m currently completing my masters program so I’d be happy to help with your dear pets and treat them with as much love as my own. I’m currently a masters in occupational therapy student who has recently graduated. I’m studying for my boards exam throughout the summer so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pet! Within your home I will care for your pets as according to your wishes and rules. I respect your space and the safety of your pet first and foremost so I will always handle them gently and with care. I will make sure they attend to their potty schedule as instructed and reward them if they’re still in training. I’ll clean up after them as needed and ensure they’re following a proper feeding schedule. Finally, I’ll of course make sure they receive the affection and attention they want!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in my neighborhood. I am relied on to feed and walk them while making them feel safe always! I am currently on my summer before college and have some free time before I go, and I love to meet new animals every day. I do have a fenced in yard for my own animals so they can play and do what they want while being safe. I do not prefer fenced in yard versus walking on a leash because I feel there are benefits to both!

So space and playtime is top of the list. I do not crate your baby unless you would otherwise like me to do so.
