“Kimberly is amazing with our 5 month old puppy!!! She has been sitting for her for an hour twice a day and our puppy loves her! She’s also amazing about not reinforcing unwanted behaviors like jumping and she made a point to ask me what tricks our puppy knows so she can practice them with her too. Our puppy is not fully potty trained and needs to sometimes be reminded to go potty but Kimberly makes sure to have her go and she has not had any accidents. She also keeps me posted if things come up during the visit (like a lost tooth!) which I really appreciate. I could not be happier with how everything is going”

About: I’ve previously worked for another pet service where I took dogs on walks and did drop-in visits. I also have some experience with cats, but I have a 5-year old dog myself. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs as I dog sat for a family friend for a few months and stayed the night at their house once a week. I would take the dog for walks, spend time with him and give him any medication he needed. I love animals and it doesn’t feel like work to take care of them for me. I am a teacher, so I am free during school breaks and on weekends. When I am not working full-time at school, pet care will be my first priority. I will listen to any requests made by the pet owner for what they want me to do, such as letting them out in a fenced backyard or keeping them on a leash. I also have experience crate training my dog and find that can be a safe place for dogs too.
About: I’ve had a dog in my life since I was 7. I’ve always had a great relationship with them. Any new environment I go to I get to know the dogs first. My friends always point out the special relationship I have with them. I’ve taken care of friends dogs throught the years too. About 3 years ago I found a puppy on the street and raised him to be the good boy you see on my profile picture. I am very comfortable with dogs and understand them very well. I take my dog most places I go with me and make sure to let him run around and let out the crazy high amounts of energy he has haha I’m living with my mother here. We added another pup this time and Emma was welcoming to her as well. Dowdy, my granddaughters Chesapeake Bay Retriever can be a little excitable so we had a short meet and greet before we left for the evening. The meet and greet went exceptionally well so we felt very comfortable leaving all three of our furry girls with Emma and Trent. Sydney is wonderful with my pups. My little girl pup is a loving, easy going baby but our boy had a rough start in life. He was neglected and abused so he gets a bit nervous with new people.
