About: I've been a care giver to animals and people alike for as long as I can remember. For the past 5 years I have had the honor of watching one exuberant black lab named Jake. As his elderly parents had a hard time keeping up with him, I have taken on more responsibilities, and when one of his parents passed I stayed the nights so that he would not be alone and his father could continue to work. Now that theres been some changes and he doesnt need me as much I am excited to widen my net. I am an adaptable person and when the circumstances change I love finding a new solution that works for everyone. I have been a pet sitter for a number of years so it is fairly simple for me to add more pets to my existing rounds. As I have limited space in my own home I will come to the clients home. But I do live near the Discovery Trail so a field trip isnt out of the question. At the client's home I keep their pets close and if there's no fence I don't let them out of my sight.

About: I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 4 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I work two to three days a week for no more than 4 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 7 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs. My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night. I do host up to 3 dogs at a time and have a small pup of my own, so I ask that your dog is well socialized.

About: Growing up with both cats and dogs and currently living with our dog Kylo and cat Kala, I have a genuine love for taking care of pets. Love getting out on walks, and with Kylo being a husky, I am definitely used to some leash pulling! We also love a good game of tug-of-war. Working from a computer makes it easy to keep an eye on your dog, be able to take breaks to play and potty, and follow up with lots of good afternoon time. I have a fenced in yard, and Kylo is very friendly and would love to play with your dog. Our cat is kept separate from the dogs.
