I lost my beloved elder Shih Tzu who I raised from a puppy. I have a lot of experience with elder dog care from her hospice years, her cancer care and her ruptured disc surgery and months of rehab. I have also adopted several older Persian cats who have all had special needs. I have experience with subcutaneous fluids, oral and pill medicine and elder cat and dog care. I work from home and am a Reiki Master Healer, and often do energy work on animals. We can add a Reiki session to any visit for an additional fee. My work is building a start-up so I am on the laptop much of the day but it is very easy for me to take frequent breaks for potty time and often work outdoors in the yard. Expect picture messages and updates from me! I've used Rover as a client and provide the quality of updates I've appreciated from other sitters. I am the kind of person who always finds the dog/cat at the party and hangs out with them. I genuinely love animals so much. My goal is to pay off all of my vet bill debt from the last few expensive years with my pets (I adopted a special needs Persian cat) before I adopt my next animal companion. Please note I consider pet sitting a huge responsibility. Each additional pet is an additional charge. I can do some horse care, farm care, caged animal care for additional fees depending on the size and scope of care.
