Two words to describe Steph dependable and kind. I booked with Steph about 6 months in advance, she mentioned having experience with animals that have special physical and social needs. She really proved it. She took Max out as often as I asked, every time. She also went a step further and took my energy filled guy on a few walks. She sent me videos/pics as often as we discussed from the beginning. He even played with his toys with her, he never does that!! I also wanted someone who would be home with Max my entire trip away, she kept him company the entire time. Steph was accommodating to the fullest with our schedule and needs. The best part, I arrived home to find Max so calm and joyous (apart from the norm). You could tell his soul was happy and he was the most well taken care of he has ever been!

Hope and her husband Jeff were such an excellent pair to have looking after our pets! They sent regular updates making sure we knew the dogs were being walked and played with, and that our cat was getting attention. All of our pets looked happy and well cared for! Not only that, but they went above and beyond helping us navigate some appliance repairs and deliveries. We felt that we could trust them to take care of these household management tasks in our absence. For those with house plants, Hope will keep them alive and healthy. I swear they looked better than when we left them. The house was in great shape when we returned. We would have Hope back anytime!

Jessie had such care for not only our senior pup but also our home. She was so very responsive and Findlai took to her very quickly (sticking close to her whenever she was home). She was neat, respectful, communicative and kind. She sent lots of photos and it was almost like Fin didn't even realize we were gone (for better or worse). Jessie left us with such peace of mind for our first time using Rover. She also was a breeze to work with at the last minute answering lots of questions and setting our minds at ease.
