James is a fabulous pet and house sitter! He took in the mail, watered some new plants and even used his dog training skills to teach our ol’ man Blue some new manners while out on walks. It’s also helpful that James lives 3 min away from us in Grant Park. We will definitely use James again!
Anisha was the absolute best! As a first time Rover user we were nervous and she sent continuous updates and pictures that eased our minds. Her two pups were so sweet to our dog as well and we were so grateful our dog had the chance to play with others. Truly a great first experience!
Lauren did a great job babysitting our 6.5 year old dog who can be timid and nervous around new people. When our flight was delayed coming back from vacation Lauren worked with us to do an extra last minute drop in visit which put our mind at ease while we dealt with a change in travel plans. Our regular sitter had a family emergency and had to cancel less than a week from our vacation. We needed someone who could do overnights for a whole week on short notice. Trang came over and meet our crew and put me at ease after interacting with our resident devil dog and still wanted the gig. It takes an immense amount of trust to let a stranger stay in your house let alone take care of your animals. Our trust was not misplaced at all. Trang took excellent care of our house and our pets and I would not hesitate to hire her again.
Laura was so caring and attentive to our three very energetic and noisy pets! She was communicative and sent daily updates. When we returned home the pets seemed happy and well-cared for. Laura went above and beyond when we had multiple maintenance issues in our house right before departure. She took everything in stride, and we didn’t have to worry. We would happily have Laura back!
