She handled it by first letting us know immediately, and then even cleaned up the mess the boys made by tipping over one of our plants. About: I've always been comfortable with all types of dogs. I had dogs growing up and have spent my life surrounded by animals. I'm calm, confident, and tailor to each dog's individual needs. I currently work full-time in Litchfield, CT with mondays off, which I'm available all day for dog care. On days that I work, I have early mornings and nights I can visit or dog walk. “Hey, I just wanted to give a big shout out to my new pet sitter Madeline I have an old big GreatDane named Murphy Usually, I can make it home for a little break midday to let him out, but work has been crazy lately.I always feel bad that he might be stressing about going out to the bathroom midday. So on a whim, I started researching Rover Sitter’s I really thought it was going to be a process I figured I would reach out to one or two sitters a week and do some meet and greets So I found Madeline on Rover and, she looked kind and caring, and I liked the reviews from legitimately caring pet owners So I reached out to her on Friday, she got back to me within seconds, and suggested that we meet on Saturday Wow, never thought it was going to be that quick I thought I’d have to wait and wait and wait for responses So we plan to meet and greet and I told her that my house was a little hard to find, and GPS always messes everybody up I explained to her what my house looked like Come Saturday, she arrived early, explaining that she wanted to make sure that she found my house I was impressed that somebody was very considerate of my time She came in my house and she was very calm and spoke quietly to him , which is exactly what he is used to I explained my concerns to her and how he was getting older and I worry about him. She had told me how she just recently lost her 13 year-old dachshund, and she understood how hard it is to lose a dog , I was thinking in my head , her dog must of had had a lot of love and good care if it live to be 13 years old so fast-forward to today when she did the drop in visit She sent me pictures, and she sent me a “ Report Card” She told me that she took Murphy outside and then they came inside and she just sat on the couch with him, and petted him and talk to him. Well, that’s exactly what I would’ve done with my old man. I don’t have to look any further and I don’t have to interview any more people because Madeline is the one! I appreciate her sensitivity, her promptness, her pictures, and her report card Thank you, thank you so much, Madeline, you are the best and I appreciate you so much”

Your dog is your 'baby'. We are definitely dog lovers in this house! Big dog specialist. I love the little dogs too, though! ☺️💪🎄🎁❤️‍🩹 I will treat your pup like my own. I am a teacher during the day. I'm usually home by 3. I'm home every afternoon and every night and every weekend. I do have flexibility in my work schedule should they need arise. I have a dog lead hooked up to the house and it goes all the way back to the maple tree on the back of the property. 20 ft in either direction gives Fido plenty of room to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, your pup is in the house with me and my family. I am offering dog boarding services. This is a friendly Christian home. Lots of love to share.

About: I grew up with as many as 5 cats and two dogs at a time. I am familiar with caring for most pets including rodents and fish. I work from home so taking a break to walk or feed pets is not an issue. There is even some extra time to give them some attention too! My dog has free roaming permission in the backyard and we also have a cage for large dogs available. For visiting dogs we walk them on a leash since they are not familiar with the area.

About: Animals are not only my passion, but my lifestyle. From an early age I began volunteering at my local humane society, focusing on socializing problem cats. Since then I’ve worked in nearly every area of the pet industry. From vet offices, to horse farms, to dog training. My primary focus has become care, nutrition, and behaviorism. I have an Aussie mix, rescue cat, and even rescue horse! My philosophy is to treat your pets the same as I would mine. After all, they’re family! With my extensive background, I’m comfortable handling mostly any animal, and know how to ensure they’re comfortable around me. Pets are my career, through and through. I’m happy to accommodate to any special needs and provide a flexible schedule. I do have my own car, so transportation is never an issue. While I do not currently offer boarding at my home, I am happy to modify my routine or offerings to best fit you and your pet’s needs. Going away can be stressful, and leaving your pet at home can be nerve wracking for you and your fur baby. I do my best to provide consistent open communication and keep routines as normal as possible so your pet’s stress is as minimized as possible (and your own!) I treat your pet with the same love and care as my own.

About: Hello! My name is Kaleigh. I’m twenty one years old, and I absolutely adore every fur baby around. It doesn’t matter what animal it is, I love all. I have always been surrounded by guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, birds even. I owned a lot of chickens growing up, only for eggs, and i’ve had so many pups to spend my time with. I have a chihuahua who is a certified service animal, as I am diagnosed with epilepsy. I am medicated for that and all seems well. My boyfriend lives with me and typically comes if I take care of pets, but I can make arrangements if needed, just isn’t preferred because it’s a lot easier for the ride factor. I love to write poetry, make music, I draw frequently, and I went to a technical school for culinary as well. Thank you for reading about me. I currently do not have a full time job. I have worked prior at a camp that helped disabled people and nourishes them in the ways they deserve. I’m a stay at home and I help my mom & dad with my dogs and cats, but i’m free any day of the week, as long as it’s known a day ahead, but I would also take emergencies. I have a fenced in yard, but it’s big enough to where my dogs are able to explore around the yard and look through, so they’re still living their best lives. My chihuahua loves to sit on our porch, it’s the first place she runs to in the morning to lay in the sun. She also loves going on rides and exploring the world, going on adventures.
