“Robin is awesome! So patient and understanding of my cats needs. And my Tom cat is a challenge with incontinence issues and needing medication. We decided to come home a day early from this trip, and Robin kindly stopped by the house again and let the cats out for us (they are normally are allowed outside and being locked inside is very stressful for them). “Overall, I would rate Lindsay as a good pet-sitter. Prior to our vacation, she was very timely in responding to my messages and she also modified the Rover.com charges to a very reasonable rate for her visits with our 2 cats. It was while we were gone that I felt she fell short. My first issue was with her inconsistency in providing updates on the visits - there was a photo and thorough recap on the 1st day, but on subsequent days there was less detail and on one day there was no update at all. My second issue was with the timing of her visits. I had made it very clear that it was important to check in during the early afternoon, but at least twice she didn't visit until the evening. My third issue was with attention to detail - I had left very specific notes about the cats' food/water/litter and it didn't seem that she had followed them. Lastly, my greatest concern was with the well-being of our female cat and her being bullied by the male cat in our absence. We came back to find that she had a facial injury and had urinated in a chair out of fear. All-in-all our pets were reasonably cared for, but I was definitely disappointed. Lindsay is a very nice girl and I'm sure she had the best intentions. I think the issues may have been due to lack of experience or perhaps I wasn't clear enough on stressing the importance of certain things. (To those reading this review, please note that I have very high expectations for the care of my pets and I think Lindsay is absolutely capable of meeting the needs of a less demanding client.)”

About: I have had dogs since I was born. I have taken care of them throughout their life, from puppy to senior. I have dog sat for many family friends and family throughout my life. I went to an ag high school and was enrolled in the vet tech program. I have handled many different animals, as well as many different ages and needs. I love spending time with all animals between long walks, hiking, and just hanging out on the couch. I work full time but I telework several times per week. Weekends completely available. When I’m at the office my partner is home 24/7 so the pets will never be alone! I have a lead going from the back deck to the shed (across my whole yard) I have two very friendly dogs and cats. I can crate if needed & there is space available if your dog needs to decompress alone without other animals. I slowly introduce animals to make sure everyone coexists well. All dogs are fed separately to avoid any food aggression. We have an over sized, fully gated and covered back deck that the dogs can also hangout on with us safely.

About: Lifetime Dachshund owner from a big dog loving family. I’ve taken care of big and small dogs since I was 8. Love to play with toys and go for long walks- or short , depending on energy levels. I live in a 3-bedroom home, providing ample room for your pet to explore and wander inside if they prefer the indoors. I also have dog bowls, leashes, toys, and food, ready for use.
About: Ability to go at the dog(s) speed when it comes to playing and or walking, from cuddling on the couch with senior dogs to playing with energetic puppies, I can do it all. I have a fairly open schedule and flexibility when it comes to accommodating pet sitting/walking into my schedule, whether it's in the morning, afternoon, night, or overnight I have a fenced yard that I make sure is cleaned up and mowed low. When it comes to caring for the pets within the home, I ensure that the house is as clean as possible, and I feed them at a reasonable time. The same goes for bathroom breaks for them; I let them use the bathroom every hour to two hours. For the senior dog, I know I take her out every 45 minutes

About: I have taken care of many dogs, of all sizes, as well as cats. I can provide basic training for pets of all kinds, as I have experience doing it professionally. I currently work full-time, Tuesday - Saturday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. I am available before and after work, as well as on any time Sunday and Monday. About: I grew up with as many as 5 cats and two dogs at a time. I am familiar with caring for most pets including rodents and fish. I work from home so taking a break to walk or feed pets is not an issue. There is even some extra time to give them some attention too! My dog has free roaming permission in the backyard and we also have a cage for large dogs available. For visiting dogs we walk them on a leash since they are not familiar with the area.

About: I've always loved and respected animals and I've always had pets. My mom always told me I needed to have a farm when I grew up because I would bring home all sorts of animals. Currently I have a pup named Shiloh. She is a border collie mix that I rescued. We love to go on walks, hikes and car rides. She loves to go visit Grandma, get treats at Petco, play fetch and snuggle. She is my love. I also have four adorable cats who let me live in their house in return for treats, cat toys and neck rubs. They allow Shiloh also and we live happily there. For years I have taken care of family, friend's and neighbor's pets while they are on vacation or working.
