About: I’ve had multiple pets since I was young and always had a great love for all animals. I have had my dog since I was 6 years old and been taking care of her since then. Neighbors and family members have always trusted me taking care of their cats, dogs, bunnies, and birds and I love meeting and forming a connection with them all! I also have experience with senior and special needs as my dog had some behavioral issues in the last few years of her life and she has taught me a lot about having compassion for everyone. 🩷 My school year is over so I am currently home for the summer and will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! About: I rescued my own dog from a shelter, and she required a lot of special training and patience. I worked with her on socialization, leash walking, and reducing pulling and barking around other dogs, and I have successfully helped her improve in all of these areas. Since she was a puppy when I adopted her, I also have experience with the patience, consistency, and care that younger dogs require. In addition, I care for a senior dog, so I am experienced in recognizing when a dog has reached their physical limit during walks and understanding how to adjust care based on their needs. Having experience with both younger and older dogs, as well as both large and small breeds, has taught me how to handle dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and training levels with confidence and care. I am currently in school but there are only three days a week I am completely booked with classes. My Mondays and Fridays and weekends are completely open and would love to spend my free time around more dogs! I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment for pets while they are in my care. Since I live in an apartment, I make sure the space is pet-friendly, secure, and free of anything that could be harmful to animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, exercise, and any special instructions from the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely to help pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I prioritize safety during walks, monitor pets closely around other animals, and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, and affection. About: I have several years of paid and volunteer experience with all animals, including dogs, cats, fish, chickens, rabbits, horses, and goats. Growing up, I had two dogs, one small and one medium. I also used to volunteer at a therapeutic horse-riding center for people with disabilities, where I groomed horses and cleaned their barns.
