“I can’t recommend Maria enough! She provided exceptional and extremely compassionate care for our dog, Pluto, who boarded with Maria and her family for almost 3 weeks. I was very anxious about leaving Pluto with a stranger because he has some complicated health issues. However, before Pluto boarded with Maria and her family, she came to our place to meet us and discuss Pluto’s needs. She reassured us that she knew how to deal with seizures and could administer Pluto’s pills. Maria was great about reaching out when Pluto was experiencing stomach problems and was very responsive whenever I reached out for updates. She regularly sent us photos of Pluto enjoying his time with other dogs. The fact that Maria also has her own dogs and boards other dogs was a huge plus since Pluto is always with our family at home or at doggy daycare, so he hates being alone. In addition to being highly experienced in pet care, Maria is also extremely compassionate. I always felt that Pluto was in the best hands possible. Maria made a very difficult situation for my family easier since we knew he was getting the best care possible. Thank you so much, Maria! About: I grew up with as many as 5 cats and two dogs at a time. I am familiar with caring for most pets including rodents and fish. I work from home so taking a break to walk or feed pets is not an issue. There is even some extra time to give them some attention too! My dog has free roaming permission in the backyard and we also have a cage for large dogs available. For visiting dogs we walk them on a leash since they are not familiar with the area.

When your dog stays with me, they’ll be in a home environment where they get real attention, affection, and care…not just supervision. About: I’ve always had pets growing up. Over the past 20 years I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits, turtles, snakes, and hamsters. I love animals more than most humans. My sister is also a vet which is super handy to have. I currently work from home so I can be present and then I have down time I can play and tend to my furry house guest. I have a room for my dogs with a very bring crate, beds and toys. When I have furry guests I can always alternate my dogs in the room or the furry guest into that room. They could also wonder around the apartment as well. My building complex also has a dog park which is nice to run around and play.

About: When I was 10 I joined a dog training program through my school, that’s where my training experience began. I provide a premium, low-volume dog care experience for owners who want their dog to have more one-on-one attention in a calm home environment. Your dog won’t be just one of many in a crowded space. I keep my care more personal so each dog gets plenty of attention, supervision, and outdoor time. I have a big yard for dogs to enjoy, but my indoor space is smaller, so I am very intentional about keeping the number of dogs low. That means I can focus on your dog’s comfort, safety, and overall experience much more closely. This is a great fit for dogs who do better with a quieter setting and for owners who value quality of care over high-volume boarding or daycare. I generally only take one to a few dogs at a time unless they are from the same household. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs. I took care of my childhood dog for 17 years of her long, beautiful life. I have experience working with small senior dogs specifically and I know all the little things that they appreciate. I also have experience with large dogs and can handle very big strong dogs. I also love hiking with dogs so if you have an energetic dog you need to burn off energy I am your guy. I have an acre yard with a fenced in front yard in a nice area. Any dog that boards with me would be treated like my own dog and let out very frequently to go to the bathroom and play outside. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old and got my very first dog. I love all types of dogs, I can even handle aggressive dogs with ease! I always love to spend my free time with animals. Any availability I have is used to to go towards my pets and hopefully yours! I never let animals I don't know very well be off leash outside without my supervision, it is dangerous to me to be careless like that. I never take it too fast and id love to scedule a meet and greet.

About: I’ve cared for many different animals throughout my life, including mammals, birds, reptiles/amphibians, exotics, farm animals, and wildlife. I’ve cared for pets of friends and family. I have experience with overnight sitting in the pet’s home. I also have experience caring for senior and special needs animals. I spent 6 months as a volunteer at a vet clinic assisting with exams and surgical procedures, and I am currently exploring career paths in animal sciences and wildlife rehabilitation. I have lots of availability to care for your fur babies! I work part-time as a waitress while exploring different careers in the field of animal behavior and sciences. I have the flexibility to accommodate to your schedule and needs. I can be available on most weekends and holidays. I also accept same-day bookings. I prefer to care for animals in their own home where they feel most comfortable. As well as walking in areas they are familiar with.
