“Casey is an amazing pet sitter. Our dog is always so happy and well behaved when we get him back. You can tell he feels loved while at Casey’s house. He even came back groomed with clean teeth! This was not something we expected. I would recommend Casey and her family to anyone who needs pet sitting.”

“Krystal is Very nice and has a very spacious place for Oscar. He seemed to like it. Very good communication and understanding with the changes in my schedule vacation. We will use her again.”

“Jason was such a great sitter for our little dog Dot! We gave him a little bit of short notice and he was able to take her for us regardless. Very accommodating with both pick up and drop off times, and also so great about doing a meet and greet beforehand. She played her little heart out with the other dogs, and we loved the open access that she had to the yard and the house. They followed our routine well and sent multiple picture updates for us while we were away, which was very nice. Overall, great experience! We would definitely recommend Jason for anyone’s pup. Thanks!”

“Heidi sent pictures.of Greta almost everyday and it was pretty clear Greta was happy & comfortable. Heidi was very easy to communicate with and responded to my messages very quickly. I feel very comfortable with leaving my furry kid in Heidi's care and would ask her to watch Greta in the future with no hesitation!”

“My family (including our Husky) loves Brittany! We will never go with another sitter! Brittany gives my nervous pup lots of loves and attention which gives us a peace of mind when we are away. 💜”

“Wonderful experience. Mitchell was really flexible with us and took great care of our GSD. He has a beautiful yard and a friendly dog of his own . I feel a new freedom knowing I can leave my dog in a home environment instead of a kennel.”

“Louie was in great hands!! I’m very appreciative to the services I received. Aneice sent pics daily and kept me updated on how my dog was doing each day! I’d recommend her to anyone looking for dog care.”

“We had a great experience with Sophia and my puppy had a great stay and came home happy and healthy. She has a nice big back yard all fenced in and a great setup for the pups to stay in their own little suite. I will definitely use her services in the future and have recommended her to a few people already.”

“Tiffany and her family are always so sweet to take care of my Penny! I know she’s not an easy puppy either, but they are always so happy to take her! She always has a great time, and I know is always in good hands with her. I will for sure stay a returning customer here😊”

“Harry usually comes home a little stressed after staying with other boarders, but this time he came home happy, relaxed, and completely himself. That says everything about the care he received—we’ll definitely trust this family with him again! Thank you!”

“Margaret was incredibly organized. We were able to meet with her prior to our dog's stay. She took notes on all the needs our dog had, including his chicken allergy. When we dropped him off, it was clear she had reviewed her notes and was ready to give him the attention and love he needed. She sent us pictures of him while we were gone. Her communication skills were excellent and she was flexible with our drop off and pick up times.”

“Cindy is an awesome dog sitter. She's knowledgeable and provides a wonderful experience for our fur babies to feel happy and safe. Our two dogs really enjoyed their stay with her, and we enjoyed the peace of mind knowing they were being well cared for. She gave us daily reports complete with pictures. We would definitely like to have her watch our dogs in the future.”

About: I have been watching animals for 16 years and have been surrounded by them my whole life. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats. We have trained our dogs ourselves. We have a fenced in back yard and lots of toys and mentally stimulating activities for dogs of all shapes and sizes! I don’t love when animals are lonely and locked in cages all day - so I want to help you as best as I can! I work from home off eastern time with occasional work trips. I’m pretty flexible during the week and can move my schedule around to accommodate you! I have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. We also have two cats but they tend to hide when there’s a lot of commotion. I can crate your fur baby at your request! I am all for open and honest communication and would love to send you updates through the day!
“This was the first time we used Rover before we always boarded Sadie in a kennel and it just wasn't working. But Charity was our first positive experience leaving Sadie. She was an amazing sitter. She sent pics and posts and for the first time, Sadie ate while she was away from home. Thank you so much charity”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pleasant View
Brittany took such good care of our 10 month old puppy Nala! We got back after an 11 day vacation and we could tell she was well cared for by Brittany. We appreciated the daily photos and updates we received every morning. Would definitely rebook Brittany for our vacation next year. I feel confident leaving our beloved pup in her hands. So much better for our pet than a cage in a Vet kennel boarding.

Sophonie is fantastic. Always takes great care of my dogs, and has even accommodated last minute requests, which I greatly appreciate. Her space is clean and in a nice neighborhood. My dogs always seem happy when I pick them up. Will continue to call her for watching my boys.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
