About: I have always had dogs and puppies throughout my life, and took an interest in animal care around 10 years old. I have experience with training and health-care for all ages. I have had jobs as a kennel attendant, and have volunteered with shelters for play/enrichment, and transportation to special vet trips requiring road trips to Emmett. Studied animal care during college, and have worked in healthcare for over 10 years. I am currently working a full time day job, but open to evenings and weekends. “Lana was very good with my difficult dogs. I have 2 German Shorthair pups and a very old and sick lab. I would have cancelled my trip but had already paid for everything. Annie is unable to walk on her own and getting close to the end. Lana was both compassionate to Annie and patient with the two crazy puppies. She also fed my llamas and started a fire in the fireplace for our return. Its very hard to go into a strangers home and care for spoiled dogs. About: Hi, My name is Meah! I’ve spent my entire life around animals as big as horses and as small as crickets. Currently I own and did most of the training for my 2 dogs named Luna (a white husky), and Gus (a chocolate lab/blood hound). I also have Heffley (a leopard gecko). In the past I’ve owned 2 basset hounds and 3 cats. My blood hound has medical needs due to having severe allergies and stomach issues, resulting in me now having experience in medicine administration, medicine injection, and dog first aid. I also spent a long time caring for my senior basset hound (princess) who had severe bone deformities and mobility issues. I’m currently working part time on a schedule that I can move around very easily to be available for your pets needs. Times after 4 pm can be challenging currently but can be worked around with proper notice and communication. :) I care for pets in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special care instructions. I am attentive, reliable, and committed to providing a safe, stress free experience for both pets and their owners while they are away. I also provide regular photo updates and reports so you can stay informed and have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.
