“Ashlyn did an exceptional job caring for our pets and home while we were away. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. We have three cats, each with different needs. Our oldest cat, Bonsai, is 17 years old and requires medication every 12 hours, a specialized diet, and extra attention. Because of his age and medical needs, he cannot go outside, so it was very important that doors remained closed and his care instructions were followed carefully. Ashlyn handled all of this flawlessly. Our other two cats are five years old and have a different routine. They needed to be let outside during the day, brought back in each evening, and fed their prescribed food on the same 12-hour schedule. Ashlyn kept track of each cat's feeding schedule and dietary needs, making sure they all received the proper care. She visited twice a day, exactly as scheduled, and provided wonderful communication throughout our trip. She sent multiple photos during every visit and completed Rover report cards each evening, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Ashlyn also took excellent care of our chickens by collecting eggs daily, giving them scratch, and making sure they were well cared for. She even reached out to ask if it was okay to feed them leftover watermelon that her family wasn't going to eat—a thoughtful gesture that showed how much she genuinely cared. In addition, she watered our three garden beds exactly as requested. What impressed us most was her attention to detail and her genuine concern for our home and animals. Even after our booking ended, she followed up with us to make sure everything was going well. That extra check-in wasn't expected, but it was greatly appreciated and speaks to the level of service she provides. We would not hesitate to book Ashlyn again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, communicates exceptionally well, and treats your pets as if they were her own. I got practice with administering medication topically and orally with cats, and how different that is from how it is practiced with dogs. About: Like many animal lovers, I raised cats and dogs the majority of my life. Even raised 9 pups from my own dog! I’d like to help take care of your pets with you. My previous work had me travel for 3 years so I understand how challenging it can be to have someone watch your pets. You wonder if they’ll be as nice, gentle, caring, and active as you are with them. (Or if your pet will pick them over you for being away so long!) I will be as, if not more, attentive to your pets while you are away. Like the title says - I’m a realtor! My schedule is open and most of my work can be done through my phone or laptop. I do go to the gym and can adjust my schedule to be morning or evening depending on your needs. Early start for my dogs! 5am walks to start their day along with clean bowls before every feeding! I use a filtered water system for them, but that’s also cleaned weekly. If your pets are like mine then all that hair is a bit messy. So, brushing is a must! They do like to get on the couch so vacuuming is a must too! No kennel for them. Just their own cots. As for bathing and grooming - as needed.

“Well all I can say is Jill is a godsend! I was referred to her by some neighbors in my community. My dog is a rescue and doesn’t have very much confidence or socialization . She said that was fine and she would work with him. Jill is very calm and definitely knows what she is truth dogs. She has a great fenced in backyard where he can run a play. About: I have cared for pets since I was 6 years old, started with a tabby cat named Tinker after Tinker Bell. Since then I’ve cared for multiple cats of my own (including litters), and 2 of the sweetest dogs until seniors. I also loved and cared for the cutest peach-faced love bird, named, but of course - Peaches. I believe animals were created for us to be reminded to enjoy each moment we are given. About: I’ve taken care of my own dog for years. As well as house sat for a friend who owns a farm, caring for her numerous animals. Hi! I currently work at 9 AM to 5 PM job and can make it home around 12 PM to 1 PM for a lunch break to take the dog to the bathroom and/or a walk. I am fully available on Fridays, as I work remotely. This would make it so the dog will go 4 hours between potty breaks Monday-Thursday. I have full availability on the weekends. I have a beautiful fenced in backyard with plenty of space for a dog to run around safely. We board dogs often and have puppy proofed it for safety.

So my schedule is pretty open accept when I'm traveling. I can be available 24/7 - 7 days a week. Your routine is the plan. At our meet & greet I write down feeding amounts and times, medications, walk routes, house rules, and the quirks only you know — then I follow it exactly. If something comes up that isn't on the list, I text you before I improvise. Safety habits I don't skip: the leash goes on before the door opens, every single time. I check gates and door latches on my way out. I don't let a dog off-leash unless you've told me it's okay and we're somewhere secure. On hot Boise afternoons I test the pavement with my hand before we walk, shift walks to early morning or evening and always carry water. I keep your vet's info and the nearest emergency vet saved before the first visit, along with a backup contact of yours. Keys stay on me, never labeled with your address, never left under a mat. Your home gets treated like a home, not a job site. No guests, lights and blinds as I found them, trash and mail handled, and I leave it the way you left it. You get a photo and a short note after every visit, so you always know exactly how your dog's day went.
