About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young, but just started pet sitting a couple years ago and have worked in the veterinarian field for 5 yrs now. You can also find me helping out in the kennel some days. I currently work full time at a veterinary clinic, usually 4 days a wk. I do work 10 hour days, but always make it a point to go back for a potty break at lunch when housesitting. I have a large, unfenced yard. I do have a tie out or can walk on leash. There are 2 cats in house, that are used to dogs being around. There is also a rabbit, but he is caged.

I know that not all dogs have the same needs and am well versed in caring for them. And enjoy every second of it as I love animals ! :) I live in farmingdale, me, as a case manager who works from home which gives me great flexibility. Will be happy to hear from you and meet your puppies, dogs and any other type of animal you might need cared for :) I'm currently working from home so and have great flexibility with when and where I work. I can do drop ins, home visits, or in house care but the only contingency is I wont travel farther than 30 minutes from farmingdale. Grooming from in- home makes me a home based body. Full availability, 7 days a week - holidays included! Active home with quiet spaces and experienced care. Full care and integration into our daily routine if it works for your pet - we’re up early, and on the go - lots of socialization (or not, if that’s your pups jam!) play, enrichment time and experiences. As I work from home, as a groomer and on my hobby farm, my availability for in-home boarding is quite high! I generally am not gone from the house longer then 4 hours, unless otherwise noted at bookings. Sunday’s: due to how quickly I’ve become super busy (you guys are great, I appreciate all my clients and their pups!! So much!) I can only be available for drop off and pickup between 7-8 AM, and 6-8 PM. Sunday is Adventure and errand day - I will be in and out but we always do a super fun group activity (weather permitting!) on Sunday’s I utilize a lot of tools to keep everyone happy, healthy, and safe - kennels, gates, double leashes, double fencing, cameras (indoor and out!) and a very specific routine that I have found works for this little home. Please be aware - dogs need to be kennel trained to board here. I DO use them at feed time, and for nap times as needed, to keep all the dogs in my care safe. I ask that you send your dogs meals pre-packed, or in a reasonable (for their stay) container. Please leave “favorites “ that cannot be replaced at home. This includes beds! I provide fresh, daily, clean toys and blankets, plus raised cot beds. Feed time is 2X per day, with 2X per day “stimulation” snacks prior to nap time. I provide all snacks, but need to know if your pup has a special diet. If your dog has separation anxiety, I really need to know. It doesn’t mean I won’t take your dog, but it DOES mean I have to structure things differently for that particular stay, and rates will be discussed. My own dog has SA, so I understand; I just need the information to plan accordingly.
