About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I truly love animals, and have some training background. I always had my own personal dogs, until recently, so I am open to caring for yours. Your animals will be well taken care of, and I will provide consistencies they are use to at home upon request. I work from home 4 days a week, but my mom who works from home is home daily. Animals are never unsupervised! I get home around 5pm when I go into work. I walk dogs as much needed and have necessary needs provided in house (leash, bowls, mid size cage, brush, yard, etc). No worries if certain materials run out or are not provided.

About: I have always had numerous animals(Dogs, cats, etc) growing up that I was responsible for. Also I’ve watched/taken care of Friends and family members animals. I love going on walks and always down for a little furry friend! I currently work full time since I am an assistant manager but I am willing to do drop ins/walks before and/or after I go into work. Work schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30pm and Sat Off(Most of the time, if I do work then it would be 8:30-12pm) I always have Sundays off Also typically if I am working on Saturday then I have Thursday off during the week This depends on the dog/cat but I will do my best to keep your animals safe and comfortable. I would definitely want a meeting before booking with owner that way the animal has at least seen me before and is not scared or threatened in their own home. I will definitely ask the owners questions about their animals: favorite toys/blanket, favorite treats, any quarks they have, if they need to be crated, favorite exercise etc.

About: Professional companion care at a great price for those that value their animals! I am a very clean and cut healthcare professional that loves to care for animals on the side, your dogs and cats will come home happy and healthy. I work part time in healthcare, if the time you need is during one of my workdays, I may have to reject the booking depending on what it is. Other than that, pet care fits well into my life. I have a fenced yard and one dog & one cat of my own. I also have a number of large dog parks nearby, as well as walking paths to go to.

About: I have been trusted by many friends and family for years to provide dog care services. I have watched multiple dogs, big dogs, dogs that take meds, anxious dogs, etc. I am willing to walk, check in, or stay nights if needed. With summer my weeks are random. Most weeks I will be free unless already booked. I do online classes so am able to spend a decent amount of time watching dogs. I have watched many dogs in the past. I should be able to do whatever is needed regarding care for the dog. I am happy to help.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs. I’ve had at least three to 7 dogs at a time in my home. As well as cats, ducks and bunnies! I have a unique ability to bond quickly with dogs, and animals. I love them. I believe God put them on earth to help to help us make it through the trials and triumphs of life. I believe all dogs are unique and have the own personality, and should be treated as such. And I will treat your dog as though they are my new friend, and hopefully will become my longtime friend. I have had senior dogs, so I am well aware of the extra care that needs to be given to these special dogs. They deserve to be treated with care and respect. I have also trained my dogs in basic commands. I will always abide by your wishes while caring for your baby. And will willing to listen to any concerns that may arise. I am currently a stay-at-home dog mom. So I have mostly open availability at this time. I’m sure this would be a excellent fit for my life!! While caring for other people’s pets, made sure to go to check on the pets many times a day. During that time, I stay and play, love on them, give treats or feed (if it’s time), play some more, and make sure they are properly tired until the next time I come back. I worry about them, honestly, as though they are my own. So I want to make sure they are happy and safe.

About: I have had animals my whole life. Mostly cats, dogs and rats. I have experience with diabetic dogs and cats, so I am comfortable giving insulin injections if needed. I also have two cats currently that require daily pills, so I have experience in that as well. If your pet requires anything else specific to keep them happy and healthy, I am happy to learn their needs and routines. I am currently an artist that sells my work online and at some in person events. This generally leaves me with a lot of flexibility during the weekdays and weekends where I am not at events. I will keep my availability up to date so that it can accurately show when I am able to come check on your fur baby. I think its most important for your pets to feel safe with me, so I always try to introduce myself slowly and maintain any routines your household has developed for them. I am also happy to send daily photos as I check in, that always makes me feel better when I am away from my cats, so happy to do that or anything else to have you feel good about leaving your furry family in my care.

Attentive, patient, and focused on keeping pets safe, clean, and stress-free. I currently work part-time in the veterinary field (two days per week), giving me plenty of availability to care for your pets. I also have extended two-hour lunch breaks, allowing me to return home and check in on them throughout the day. I follow each pet’s routine in their home, including feeding, play, walks, and meds. About: Hello, I LOVE dogs. Literally spending time with any dog would probably be my favorite thing to do. I’m great with all different personalities types too, how to calm, respond, care for all different types of dogs. Cats are cool too! I definitely know how to care for cats, I’ve had so many growing up and helped my mom with hers for my whole life. I have one black pug right now. She is my best friend in the world, great with other dogs, kids, everyone. I live in an apartment so I can’t board any dogs at my house right now, but i definitely can go to other people’s homes or walk dogs! My husband lives with me too and can take care of my pug if I’m out on the job for some time! I’ve had dogs now / been on Rover for about 6 years I have lots of free time for drop in visits, dog walks, boarding at your home for dogs and cats, or other animals. Message me now! I currently work full time so my availability during the week is limited, but happy to discuss times and days needed. FYI- I am allergic to cats, however, I can still do drop in visits with cats but just can’t pet or do overnight house sitting around them without getting an allergic reaction. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats at home. My family has always been heavily involved in animal rescue and rehabilitation. I typically work early in the morning and only a couple days per week, there is nearly always someone in my house, if you were to board with me. I typically work from approximately 4am-9am and spend the days with my toddler after I’m off. Your pet would spend the day either by playing in the yard, going on an adventure, or enjoying a relaxing day on the couch. I want your pets to have the most relaxed experience possible while they’re away from home. My yard is completely fenced in and my two dogs, (a 35lb beagle mix and a 50 lb shepherd mix) love other dogs and will be happy to keep your pup company. We also have plenty of space if your pup would prefer some quiet time.
