About: Hi! I’m Haley, and I’ve had a love for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old, and for the past 2 years I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional dog groomer. Every day, I get to build trust with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from playful puppies to sweet seniors and even nervous or anxious pups. Being a groomer has taught me so much about canine behavior, patience, and creating a calm, positive environment where every dog feels safe and loved. As a professional dog groomer, I’m experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I understand canine body language and know how to safely handle nervous, energetic, shy, or senior dogs with patience and kindness. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats both for over six years now and have two pets of my own. One dog and one cat. From going on walks to playing fetch, to just simply hanging out on the couch with your furry critters, I would love to do any and all of the above! I currently offer drop in visits and overnight stays, reach out with any questions! I am currently employed so I am currently unavailable from 12-4pm Wednesday and Friday. I prefer to do most of my work during the day but am open to night visits as well. I can not watch animals at my own home but am more than happy to come watch them at yours! About: I've been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up around both cats a dogs. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs. My dog, Phoebe, was diagnosed with lymphoma in October of 2025, and I helped care for her by giving her medication, bathing her, taking her on multiple walks each day, and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. She passed away in May, and I miss our daily walks and spending time with her. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying close attention to a pet's individual needs. I currently have three cats and regularly care for all of them. I'm comfortable bathing cats, trimming their nails, and recognizing when they need extra attention or a little space. When I was nine years old, my family adopted a kitten that had been abandoned by its mother, and I helped bottle feed and care for him, giving me experience with very young kittens as well. This summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy, so I'm happy to work around your pet's routine, whether they need early morning walks, midday check-ins, evening visits, or multiple visits throughout the day. In the fall, I'll only have two in-person college classes, which will still leave me with plenty of flexibility to provide dependable care. I'll always make sure your pet gets the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve, and I'll do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. About: I will happily care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. Whether your pet wants to lay around or go for a hike, we can do that! I have experience training a dog of my own, so I can maintain your usual basic training/rules if needed. I have a great deal of experience giving medication, both liquid and pills to cats and dogs. I am also open to more than just cats and dogs! I have cared for birds, reptiles, frogs, fish, and more. I’m currently working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. I understand if this does not work for your pets needs, but I assure you I deeply enjoy caring for animals and your pets are a priority to me. I have watched multiple dogs, big dogs, dogs that take meds, anxious dogs, etc. I am willing to walk, check in, or stay nights if needed. With summer my weeks are random. Most weeks I will be free unless already booked. I do online classes so am able to spend a decent amount of time watching dogs. I have watched many dogs in the past. I love to spend time with dogs whether that’s playing with them, going for a walk, a park adventure, giving them baths, rewarding them or just hanging out- I meet all their needs at all times. Aside from that, I also keep your home CLEAN & SAFE! I am huge on safety so you will be in good hands with me. Growing up, I owned a Chow Chow, which was a real treat. I even loved giving her baths! She had 2 litters of puppies-sets of 6 & 8, so I got lots of joy from training & playing with puppies until they were adopted. Since then, I have done pet sitting/house sitting/babysitting for various friends & family over the years, and eventually started using Rover in 2021. The most dogs I’ve house-sat with at one time are 3. I am accustomed to following your pet’s individualized routine. I am very much a dog lover. I don’t currently own one due to apartment restrictions, but greatly wish I could. I like to dog sit because I get so much out of it. I truly LOVE DOGS! I am quite familiar with various breeds and their unique traits. Some of the breeds I have cared for are as follows: Akita, American Eskimo, Australian Shepherd, Bernedoodle, Bichon Frise, Border Collie, Boxer, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chow Chow, English Bulldog, Frenchie, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, Labradoodle, Labrador Retriever, Pug, Newfoundland, Rat Terrier, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Sheltie, Toy Poodle, Welsh Corgi. I cared quite often for a dog with congestive heart failure who needed medicine & needed monitored for his breathing & risk for fainting. I’ve also cared for blind dogs and older dogs with dementia. Some of the dogs I’ve watched take medicine or have dietary supplements and restrictions. I’ve never had any pet emergencies while pet-sitting for others, but did have to take my family dog on an emergency run in her final days which resulted in her passing from old age at 16 years. I mention this to say, if an emergency would ever arise while pet sitting- I am familiar with the process to get the dog help. I have MedVet info saved to my phone so you can rest easy knowing I am prepared for any out of the ordinary circumstances any time of day or night. I also like cats & have done cat sitting on a more rare occasion, including homes with a cat and dog, or only cats. I have lived with a cat who was very close to me in recent years so I am familiar with their behaviors and needs. I’ve also administered medication to a cat with FIV although it is a bit tricky. About: Hello, I LOVE dogs. Literally spending time with any dog would probably be my favorite thing to do. I’m great with all different personalities types too, how to calm, respond, care for all different types of dogs. Cats are cool too! I definitely know how to care for cats, I’ve had so many growing up and helped my mom with hers for my whole life. I have one black pug right now. She is my best friend in the world, great with other dogs, kids, everyone. I live in an apartment so I can’t board any dogs at my house right now, but i definitely can go to other people’s homes or walk dogs! My husband lives with me too and can take care of my pug if I’m out on the job for some time! I’ve had dogs now / been on Rover for about 6 years I have lots of free time for drop in visits, dog walks, boarding at your home for dogs and cats, or other animals. Message me now! About: I have been around & taken care of animals almost all my life. I currently have no pets of my own I have owned a dog in the past. I have some experience walking and sitting my family members animals. I live in a fairly quiet neighborhood with a park just a few minutes away from my home. I joined rover to be able to help with other animals & share my love during my time with them however you choose to book. I work from home so I will have full attention to meet all requirements for each & every pet.I don’t usually like to leave my house much while boarding so if I do it would be something important Always keep a clean & safe environment for them, also try to stick to their routine so they can be comfortable with a new person
