6. Kristi T.
About: I have always been a dog lover and an animal lover in general. I have a golden retriever at home that is spoiled rotten. I can walk your pup, stay at the home with them to help them feel less anxious, or have pop-in visits in order to feed, water and walk your pup. I am also a house sitter and could care for your plants and home while I am caring for your pet. I have worked in veterinarian offices as a a veterinarian assistant, which includes assisting with vaccinations, surgeries, giving medications, and nail trimming. I am extremely good with dogs that have anxiety issues, such as separation or food anxiety and can assist with that as well if needed. I would love to help keep your pet happy and look forward to meeting you all soon! I do have children, however my youngest is 15 years old and my other child living at home is 20 and both are huge animal lovers! Pet care is an essential part of my daily and weekly routine. I prioritize providing quality care by ensuring I maintain a consistent schedule for walks, meals, playtime, and any special needs pets may have. Each day starts with feeding and giving pets attention, followed by regular walks or exercise sessions to keep them active and happy. Throughout the week, I make sure to fit in extra activities, like training, enrichment games, or simply cuddling and bonding time, depending on the pet’s energy and personality. My schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of each pet I care for, making sure they receive the right amount of care and attention every day. Pet care is something I truly enjoy and it seamlessly integrates into my routine, as it's always a rewarding part of my day! When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always tailor my approach to the individual needs of the pet. For dog walking, I ensure each walk is suited to the dog's energy level and preferences, whether it's a leisurely stroll or a more active outing. During overnight stays or house sitting, I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, playtime, and walks, creating a familiar and comforting environment for the pet. I also make sure to provide plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation to keep them happy and engaged. If a pet has specific anxiety issues, I offer extra reassurance and support, ensuring they feel safe and secure. I also take care of any house-related tasks, like watering plants, so everything is in top shape when the pet's family returns. My goal is always to provide a caring, stress-free experience for both the pet and their owner.

12. Jessica A.
“I wanted to share my enthusiastic recommendation for Jessica as a pet sitter. She's truly exceptional. Beyond just providing basic care, Jessica demonstrates a genuine love and understanding of animals. During her time with our dogs, she consistently went above and beyond what we expected. It wasn't just about feeding and walking them; she engaged with them on a deeper level, ensuring they received plenty of playtime, affection, and attention. She was incredibly perceptive to their individual needs and personalities, adapting her approach accordingly. We returned home to happy, well-cared-for dogs, and honestly, a feeling that they'd been thoroughly spoiled and loved. Jessica's dedication to providing a safe, stimulating, and loving environment is evident in everything she does. She's reliable, responsible, and clearly passionate about animal welfare. I wholeheartedly recommend her without any reservation.”

14. Shelby S.
About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I believe that dogs are family and deserve the love and care that I would give my children and grandchildren. I have loved and lost my soul dogs and found it is not a once in a lifetime thing. Many dogs have touched my soul and I hope I have touched theirs. I am a full time dog mom. My dogs are my world and I cherish my time with them. I want to help lighten the load when you need a pet sitter, dog walker, or your precious pooch needs a potty break. I have several friendly dogs and a large fenced yard. I do prefer overnight stays are at your place as it is less stressful for dogs to remain home when their humans are away.

18. Kellie L.

About: You and your dog/s will find our home to be warm, calm and friendly. Your dog will be loved on, and comforted in your absence. Our Abbie loves to have friends over and is friendly with other dogs. We have a medium sized backyard that is part grass and there are a few small areas that are rock, if your dog prefers to "go" in rocks. The gate remains locked at all times, so your dog is secure both in our home and in our yard. I work from home, so your dog will be closely supervised and spoiled the majority of the time he or she is with us. Our calendar fills up fast, so don't delay to schedule a meet-n-greet and make your reservation! I work remotely, so I will work from your home and be there with your pet/s or simply just your home the majority of the time you are away. I will follow whatever directions you provide to me. I will care for your pets and/or home as if it were my own, in addition to following whatever guidelines you might provide.

19. Kellye H.
About: Hello, my name is Kellye, and I am a small business owner with locations in both Sedona and Los Angeles. Due to the nature of my work, I split my time between these two cities, traveling frequently and spending about half the month in each. For over 15 years, I have been deeply involved in animal care, primarily as a foster for dogs and cats. My experience spans a wide range of animals, from puppies and kittens to senior pets with special needs. I’ve also had the privilege of caring for puppies with parvo, one of whom I ended up adopting as my own cherished fur baby. In addition to my fostering experience, I have a deep passion for all animals. Currently, I share my home with four rescue pets: two cats and two dogs. They are my beloved companions and are cared for as if they were my children. When I travel, my partner looks after them, ensuring they receive the same level of attention and affection that I would give. (Don’t worry they will not be coming with me when I pet sit) When you entrust your pets to my care, you can rest assured that they will be treated with the same love, respect, and compassion that I show my own animals. I understand how important your fur babies are to you, and I’m committed to providing them with the best possible care while you're away. I take great pride in preparing homemade, nutritionally balanced meals from scratch for my animals, specifically tailored to meet the dietary needs of both dogs and cats. I believe that providing high-quality, carefully crafted meals ensures that my pets receive the full benefit of their food, promoting optimal health and well-being. My commitment to their nutrition goes beyond just feeding them; I aim to offer meals that support their overall vitality, energy levels, and longevity. At home, I tend to spoil my dogs and cats with love, attention, and the very best care, which includes gourmet meals and treats. Rest assured, if you choose to entrust your pets to my care, they will get similar TLC. Whether it's preparing a special meal, giving extra belly rubs, or providing personalized attention, I always aim to make your pets feel as loved and cherished as my own. I understand how important it is for your pet to feel secure and comfortable while you are away, which is why I make it a priority to maintain their normal routine, no matter what that entails. Consistency is key in ensuring your pet feels safe and reduces any potential anxiety. The absence of a pet parent for an extended period can be stressful for animals, especially when they are left without familiar faces or routines. To help ease this transition and create a sense of continuity, I will ask for an item of your clothing that carries your scent. This simple gesture can have a calming effect, offering your pet a sense of comfort and familiarity during your absence. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with reactive and anxious animals, and I am well-versed in managing pets who are stressed or nervous. Whether it's through calming techniques, maintaining a structured routine, or providing gentle reassurance, I am committed to ensuring that your pet remains as comfortable and relaxed as possible while you're away. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I will treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own.
