“This was the second time Gloria stayed at our house. I felt our beloved cat, BJ, was in excellent hands with Gloria. When we returned, the house was just as we left it, litter boxes scooped, and BJ was relaxed, fed, and happy (the most important thing)! It was as though we had never left! We felt bad because, while we were gone, our TV died and our air conditioning wasn't working, but Gloria took it in stride. We and BJ hope Gloria will house/cat-sit again for us in the future (TV and heat pump have both been replaced!). Thank you, Gloria.”

“We are grateful to know that Alisha is available to provide care when we are away. We actually planned our last away day around her availability. So great to not have to worry about our dogs when we are away.”

About: I have been working with dogs professionally for 4 years, but have had dogs for many years. I also have 5 years experience owning and caring for cats, including special needs kittens. Happy to drop in or walk dogs of all sizes, and love doing cat drop ins! I have space to board medium to small dogs, and can walk any size pup. I'm happy to dispense any food or medication needed on whatever schedule is best for them. I work full time at a dog training facility, Saturday through Wednesday, and my wife is home full time to potty dogs or play with them outside, and i have time to do drop Ins or walks before and after work and have Thursdays and Fridays off, as well. Typically I'm able to drop in between 6-6:30am or 6pm and later on weekdays, and free availability on Thursday/Friday. Dogs boarding will be crated while I'm at work, and will get pottied before and after my shift, as well as walked, and if they are playful with other dogs will have a blast with my pack as well. Cleanliness and safety is number one. For cats, expect that I will sweep or vacuum spilled litter, clean up any messes, and give fresh water and food each check in. Same goes for dogs, as far as making sure dogs are safe and happy while in my care. If at my home, social dogs will get walks, playtime with my dogs and plenty of love. I treat guest animals as though they are my own.

“My cat Mimi does not always welcome new people, but she loves Madison! Accepted her right away. Madison visited at the agreed-upon times and took good care of Mimi while I was away. Recommended!”

“Kathryn was awesome with our cattle dogs. Millie has anxiety and can get stressed easily. Kathryn worked with our dogs well, gave Millie her medication and played ball with our dogs daily while we where away 5 days. She checked on our cats and showed up on time everyday, gave us good updates and made sure our house was secured when she left everytime. Kathryn will be our go to person for our next vacation.”

“We were very thankful to have Melyssa watch our cat for us while we were on vacation. We really appreciated the daily photos from her visits, and it was nice to know he was getting snuggles and play time every day. We would definitely recommend Melyssa and will be using her again in the future.”

About: I currently work M-F 8-5 in Longview, WA. What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my deep understanding of dogs at every life stage — whether it’s playful puppies, high-energy adult dogs, or gentle senior pups. I take the time to tailor my care to each dog’s unique needs and personality. Beyond basic sitting, I prioritize exercise, mental stimulation, and affection, ensuring your dog feels loved and comfortable while you’re away. I’m committed to keeping your pet happy, safe, and stress-free during their time with me! I make sure to maintain a consistent routine for feeding, medication (if needed), and bathroom breaks to provide a sense of stability for your pet while you're away. Whether it’s for a few hours or a longer stay, I treat each pet’s care with the same dedication and attention that I would give to my own dog, ensuring they are happy, healthy, and well cared for. When caring for pets in your home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and minimizing any stress. I maintain your pet’s usual schedule for walks, meals, and playtime, ensuring they feel secure and comfortable. I also provide companionship and keep your home tidy, handling any additional needs such as administering medication or light housework. I’ll always make sure your pet has everything they need and that they feel loved and cared for until you return.

“We were so happy to leave our 3 week old kitten who needed constant care. Kimberly did a great job of keeping us updated on Bobby’s day! She help him use kitty litter for the first time. We have already rebooked for an upcoming day!”

About: I have been dog sitting since I was 12, with even more care for other pets at home. I have had a pet of some sort all my life, ranging from reptiles to dogs to cats. I am currently working at a Day Care Full Time Mon-Fri and am always looking for a refreshing furry friend to play with after the day is done. I am comfortable with any size dog and have even worked with dogs who have anxiety about being with someone other than their owners. I personally have 4 cats that I take care of with my roommate.

About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. Right now I’m just looking to see if I can help with checking in on pets or walking them or even possibly house sitting if need be. I know how important routine and familiarity is important so I would like to meet the pets with the owners before agreeing to a job and this way we can make sure the pets are comfortable with me and also we can go over dos and don’ts with your pets.

About: My family has always had dogs. I’ve taken care of big and small dogs. I know how to give dogs medication if that’s what they need. I’ve dealt with old dogs and puppies. I know how to deal with anxious dogs and have dealt with dogs who have epilepsy. I can come and play with your dog, go on walks, or cuddle with your dog. Whatever they prefer. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to check in on your furry friends. I know what it’s like to go on vacation and stress about leaving your pets behind. With me, they will have fun and you won’t have to worry about them being taken care of. I have a fully fenced yard, so your dog can run stress free. If pet sitting is at your house, I can use a leash or play in the yard if it is fenced. You let me know!

“It is a difficult process to leave our pets in the care of others, and invite someone new into our home space. Eric is a wonderful caregiver/dog lover. One of my dogs is in need of routine medication and is Very, Very difficult to give his medication. Eric has earned his trust and makes it look like he is giving him a treat;. My dogs get so excited to see him and greet him with the excitement and affection they show to family. Each visit provides evidence of the joy and play that he provides. Thank you Eric for being a dependable and compassionate caregiver to my babies!!!”
