About: All my life I have had pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a ferret named Simba. I have had two dogs from puppy to seniors and reaching the rainbow bridge. I have two labs now and some farm animals. My husband and I have raised two boys and he is retired and we are just wanting to do something on the side we love to stay busy. I work from home or anywhere so I can stay with your pets in the safety of their own home or they are welcome to stay with us on the farm as long as they get along with other dogs. I cannot board cats however due to my dogs lack of exposure. In your home I would keep them close to their usual routine and make sure all their needs are met and patiently comfort their anxiety over missing you. In my home we have over an acre of fenced area perfect for dogs to run and play. I again would accommodate their schedules and give lots of love and attention. We have baby gates that keep pets with us in living area. If they are used to sleeping with humans I am totally okay with that, whatever they prefer.

About: Hi my name is Sheldan! I’m a mom to 2 boys (5yr old & 3yr old) who have a lot of energy! I’m a stay at home mom so we are home all day every day. I’ve always grown up with animals, dogs, cats, chickens, and even a hedgehog. I’m a huge animal lover, if I could rescue every animal in the shelter, trust me I would! I was on Rover for a little bit back in the summer months of 2019 and 2020-2021 then life got a little busy so I took a break. Both my kids grew up around our German Shepherd who passed in early 2024. We love to be outside and take our daily walks or bike rides when it’s not too hot out! I’m energetic, have a bubbly and fun personality and super easy going, hopefully you’ll get to see that! I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible! During the summer months we are very flexible and available. My home is currently baby proofed so we don’t have anything lying around that could be harmful to your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard.

Your pet must be crate trained, as I do not leave pets loose when I leave the house for safety reasons. For puppies, I will gladly work on their crate training. Pets are supervised 24/7, I have 2 cameras in the pet area for when I have to leave the house. I love to cater to the individual, so please tell me about your pet so I can make sure they have the best and most enjoyable stay! **For all overnight house sitting requests, due to circumstances I need to bring my 1 dog with me. He is well socialized with dogs and a polite house guest. I have lived in a dog daycare/boarding situation, so I am very used to keeping dogs separate and I am more than happy to keep him separate and he would stay in a crate. If you have any questions about this or about him, please feel free to ask! Normally I wouldn’t bring my personal dog, but due to several reasons we are a package deal.** I am home almost 24/7, aside from an occasional appointment, so my day revolves solely around caring for any and all animals. I have a very flexible routine, so I can cater specifically to clients needs and time frames. I treat every pet like they are our own and give them endless attention (I might spoil them a bit). I pay a lot of attention to instructions and I’m not afraid to ask questions. Making sure your pet is happy and comfortable while you are gone and giving exceptional care is my priority.

Available 7 days a week, typically 9am–9pm. Weekend availability varies based on client needs. Animals in my care are treated like family, but with structure. I provide clear boundaries, routine, and guidance so pets feel secure and understood. Pets are given time to play, eat, potty, train, and rest. I incorporate basic manners and calm behavior into daily care so they’re not just being watched—they’re learning. I have a young child in the home, so I need to know ahead of time if a pet is sensitive or reactive around children. Requirements: Up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies) No intact dogs over 2 years old Must be safe to handle in a home environment I also use long leads when appropriate to safely allow freedom while maintaining control, which is helpful for recall and behavior work.
About: I have my own dogs and I’ve watched my families dogs as well. I’d say I definitely have experience in taking care of them so it’s not a worry. Typically free weekdays & busy weekends. About: All my life I have had pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a ferret named Simba. I have had two dogs from puppy to seniors and reaching the rainbow bridge. I have two labs now and some farm animals. My husband and I have raised two boys and he is retired and we are just wanting to do something on the side we love to stay busy. I work from home or anywhere so I can stay with your pets in the safety of their own home or they are welcome to stay with us on the farm as long as they get along with other dogs. I cannot board cats however due to my dogs lack of exposure. In your home I would keep them close to their usual routine and make sure all their needs are met and patiently comfort their anxiety over missing you. In my home we have over an acre of fenced area perfect for dogs to run and play. I again would accommodate their schedules and give lots of love and attention. We have baby gates that keep pets with us in living area. If they are used to sleeping with humans I am totally okay with that, whatever they prefer.
