“Travis was absolutely fantastic with our sweet Sadie Rose. Our lovely girl is quite high maintenance due to her large size (Blue Merle Great Dane) and her medical issues from old age. He was caring and truly concerned for her well-being along with great communication and pictures of girl (also a few pics of our silly cats). Travis was on time and went above and beyond for us and our girl, Sadie. Highly recommend Travis!!”
“Kam is the best. We have come to rely on her for every out of town pet care need. Absolutely outstanding and professional. We will always book with her if she is available. I recommend using her first.”

“It was my first time using Rover and Michelle provided a great first experience! She was very helpful with the app and gave insight on what to expect with Rover services. She got along great with my timid cat, gave fantastic visit updates, and provided plenty of pictures so that I knew my cat was happy and healthy. I would strongly recommend using Michelle!”

About: My family has had pets my whole life. I’m a big animal lover! I’ve never met a dog. I didn’t love. Let me help you take care of and love your pets too! I have a part-time to full-time schedule. Availability will be updated two weeks ahead once I have my work schedule. I will usually still be available before or after these shifts. I have a pet with epilepsy, so I have more than just basic pet care experience. I make sure every pet gets all the love and care that they need. Im responsible and great at problem-solving and multitasking. I would be a great fit for your pet!
“Maurissa was great to work with! She looked after our 3 dogs (2 of whom have anxiety) while we were out of town and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend her, and we’ll request her again in the future for sure!”

About: Trusted pet sitter with years of rescue & foster experience. Specializing in cats and small-to-medium dogs—including terriers, labs, retrievers & hounds. As a long-time animal lover, foster, and rescue volunteer, I understand how much your pets mean to you because mine mean the world to me, too. Over the years, I’ve welcomed dogs and cats from all walks of life into my home, offering patience, care, and love while they wait for their families, whether for the weekend or forever. At home, I share life with two wonderful companions: Gus, my gentle Maine Coon mix who became my gardening sidekick after finding me one summer in the Franklin Park neighborhood, and Dennis, my sweet and shy miniature poodle whom I fostered and then adopted. I’ve fostered several dogs this year and have loved and learned from them all. Each has their own story, and together they remind me daily of the joy pets bring into our lives. I’ve cared for many animals over the years, from Jack Russell mixes Daisy and her daughter Pearl, to a big-hearted hound named Andy, to rescued puppy-mill survivors like Dennis. My rescue work includes everything from daily feeding and walks to helping shy or fearful dogs feel safe again. I even keep a carrier in my car just in case I come across a lost animal because I believe in helping wherever I can. I’ve also had unique opportunities, like caring for two cavapoos during a stay in Washington State. Experiences like these deepened my love for one-on-one pet care, especially calm walks, drop-in visits, and creating safe, low-stress environments. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. Between caring for my own pets and fostering through rescue, my days already include walks, playtime, feedings, and plenty of cuddles. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to fit in drop-in visits and walks throughout the day or evening. Weekends are often open for longer visits or extra time with your pets. Because I live with both cats and a small dog, I’m experienced at balancing different needs and personalities, and I always bring that same patience and consistency to every pet I care for. Whether it’s a quick midday walk, a calm evening check-in, or weekend companionship, I make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and part of my daily rhythm. I care for my own pets — and those in my home — with love, attentiveness, and respect for their unique routines. I follow my housemate’s preferences when caring for her cat, just as I did in my previous home with three beloved dogs, each with their own needs and quirks. I bring that same level of care to every client visit. Whether I'm walking your pup or dropping in to check on your cat, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and happy in your absence. Providing a detailed list of your pet’s routine and preferences helps me deliver the best possible care and gives us both peace of mind. Finally, I’m currently pursuing Red Cross Pet First Aid certification to provide an extra layer of safety and peace of mind for the pets I care for. While I already bring years of foster and rescue experience, I believe in always learning more to give every pet the best possible care.
“Maddie took great care of our cat while we were out of town. Communication was great from the initial meet and greet to the last visit. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Melanie was so fantastic to our two cats! We have one shy girl and she actually came out and played with Melanie! We were expecting for her to never see our Lulu. She gave such great updates and sent so many pictures that really eased my anxiety about leaving them. Will definitely request her again!”

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and bring both experience and genuine care to every pet I watch. I was raised on a farm surrounded by animals, and I’ve owned dogs for most of my life, including a small dog I cared for over 16 years. I currently have an 8-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, so I’m very comfortable with puppy energy, routines, and reinforcement of basic training. I work as a teacher Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Because of this, I’m most available for pet care in the mornings, evenings, and overnight stays during the week. My schedule also allows for consistent availability on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, which gives me extra flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and extended care. When caring for pets, I prioritize maintaining their normal routines and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship outside of my work hours.
“I was extremely pleased with Grace and how she cared for my fur baby. I took a bit of a chance on someone with no reviews, and I'm glad I did. My Dora is quite old, and normally I wouldn't have left her at this stage. I was concerned that Grace might be intimidated by her age and condition, but she jumped right in and assured me she would be in good and loving hands. I felt much better once I could see her attitude and maturity. Her visits were timely, as promised, and communication was right on the money. Knowing my concern for Dora, she even offered extra care, which I felt was a nice touch. Give her a chance if you can...I believe you will be more than satisfied.”

“Sydnie is a life saver! I asked for her help at last minute ages she immediately was happy to take care of my senior dog, she is trusted and a person I will definitely consider for the future”

“Danielle is great! Went out of town for a week and she dropped in daily to feed and check on our cats. She constantly updated me about the pets and followed instructions we left for them. She is great!”

“Very friendly, readily available, and great communicators. I felt like my pet was happy and safe in their care and comfortable with them in our home. They even brought in a package for us from our doorstep. Great pet-sitters and we will definitely book with them again in the future!”
“We have an elderly dog who is showing limitations in her hearing and eyesight. Ava was very attentive to potential concerns or problems and contacted us immediately so we could determine if behavior was normal. Strongly recommend for caring for your pets.”

“Savannah did an amazing job with Blu. It was great to get updates and hear that he was a good dog for her during the visits. She took pictures and overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Savannah and Rover to anyone I know!”

“Baileigh was such a kind and caring dog sitter! She was so accommodating and flexible to our dog’s special needs. The communication and updates gave us such peace of mind the entire time we were away ! She was also very respectful of our home and very considerate.”

About: I’m an avid animal lover. I will care for your pets like they’re one of my own. Each dog or cat is unique and I will enjoy getting to know your loved one and what makes them special! I specialize in giving all of the scratching behind the ears and the belly rubs. I especially love belly rubs! I’m a big fan of walks and a bigger fan of taking a walk with your dog! We will make sure to sniff out the entire neighborhood to find all of the good scents. In-house visits I can help out with whatever you need! Litter box cleaned? Check! Food and water? Check! I cannot recommend Janell enough! I have such peace of mind when it comes to her checking in on our cats while we're away. She takes the time to play with them and even our shy cat comes out for her! I love that it's never a simple refill their food and water and go. She actually spends time with our babies and I love that!
