“I have been using Andrea and Edwin for awhile now and they are so wonderful to work with. I usually request them when I have to have my boyfriend’s dog with me for extended days, but they are still sending me pictures of my cat who wasn’t part of the request. They are efficient in communication and flexible in timing and if something comes up. Highly recommend them for your pet needs!”

About: I have taken care of many family and friends dogs. I treat them like they’re mine own. I go out of my way to make them feel happy. I’m retired so my days and evenings are open to care for your pets. My hours are very flexible. Time with your pet will be the best part of my day. I love to walk, so your dog will get as much walking in as he or she wants. Their schedule will be my schedule. There are lots of dogs in my neighborhood, so your fur baby will meet new friends.
“Infinity goes above and beyond to take care of our doggo! We love all the photos and updates. She has excellent communication and truly cares about the dog she’s working with!❤️”

About: Born around lots of animals, including the GSD my mom bred many going to K9 programs and I would show them when I was little. Growing up, I was part of raising & training hunting dogs (Labs) & a seizure dog (Sheltie). As an adult I've had a GSD, Pomeranians and pitbulls (potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, basic commands like sit stay come - clicker method). I also learned some about senior care helping my friend who worked at Hearts United shelter for several years. I currently don't have any dogs, but have cats. I have minimal appointments (2 hour long weekly standing & sporadic others) and errands (school drop off and pickup) so I can be available to care for your pet nearly 24/7 Caring for your dog at your home, I would follow whatever routine, usual/best practices you have for them there. At my apartment, there is a large open grassy area right behind my building and a great walking/bike path, but it is NOT fenced so I would be taking out any dog myself on a leash. If I needed to leave my apartment for an appointment/errand and could not bring your dog along, I would want to crate to ensure there's no accidents while unsupervised in a strange environment.
About: I’m Elizabeth and this is my baby-boy Umbra, a 3yr old Australian Shepherd. I love dogs, grew up with them, and when it came to purchasing a home, thought about my future dogs first… no, seriously! We have a large, fenced yard with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. Just a block away, we have a lovely wooded area for afternoon walks. Experience - My husband Nathan and I have taken Puppy, Adolescence, and Obedience 1, 2, and 3 training through Greater Lincoln Obedience Club - I was an Assistant Instructor for Obedience 1 - Volunteer dog walker at the Capital Humane Society - I've completed Grooming courses 1 and 2 through Kenl Inn - Pet First Aid course through Kenl Inn - Pet Massage course through SCC continuing education Umbra's Story Umbra is a high-energy, working breed so we got him into dog sports! He loved Agility 1, 2, and 3 until the teeter totter became too scary. We switched over to Flyball and self-taught Dock Diving. Because of his health, we’ve swapped dog sports for trick and sniff training. To keep him active and social we frequent dog parks, Offleash Dog Bar, and dog friendly stores and restaurants. He comes with us everywhere he can, and we’ve taken vacations just for him! When Umbra was a pup, we noticed abnormalities with his eating patterns and stool. For a year, we worked closely with our vet and uncovered severe food allergies, gastroenteritis, and a vitamin deficiency. Thanks to a restricted diet including daily vitamins and probiotics his tummy is doing well! When he was neutered, hip laxity was discovered that would eventually lead to arthritic symptoms. To give him a pain free life as along as possible, we added another daily supplement, started weekly water therapy, and were instructed to administer a monthly subcutaneous shot (Nathan handles the needle). It was discovering his enlarged heart that put an end to dog sports, but he still lives a fulfilling life. Services Daycare offers a standard 10-hour stay at a set rate. Any time beyond this duration will incur additional hourly charges. Please contact us for specific pricing details on extended stays. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. My day is already structured to include a minimum of 3 exercise / play sessions a day for 30-60mins each. Umbra is well socialized and loves large and small dogs. He would love for your pup to visit! Your dog will receive plenty exercise and play, belly rubs, neighborhood walks, and approved outings and treats. We have toys, puzzle games, and snuffling and lick toys for them to engage with. If they need a contained break, we have crates and a playpen to block off larger spaces. You will receive lots of photos and the comfort of knowing your pet is well cared for. For dog's staying in their own home, just let me know their routine and any special needs.
About: My name is Marisol, and I am a Pre-Medicine student at UNL, and I work part time at Celerion. I am a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I worked at a veterinary clinic for about 5 years, and I continue to volunteer at pet shelters in my spare time. I take care of all the boarding and doggy day care bookings, and help with drop in visits during the day. Omar is a Pre-Optometry student at UNL, and works part time at Eye Surgical Associates. He has been a long-time cat parent, and also enjoys spending time with dogs in his free time. He usually takes care of walking and drop-in requests in the evenings and on weekends. Whether it's a playful puppy, a shy rescue, or a senior needing medication, Omar & I tailor our care to meet the needs of each unique pet. We are available to pick up and drop off your furry friends, but the $10 rate will only apply to those who live less than 10 minutes away. Our rate is $15 for those who live under 20 minutes away, and $20 for anyone who lives more than 20 minutes away. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I work a flexible schedule and truly love spending time with dogs and cats. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, pet boarding, and doggy daycare mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I will be starting school again at the end of August, but I’m happy to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs and keep them happy and comfortable. My home is smoke-free, clean, and pet-friendly. I provide safe indoor and outdoor spaces for play, plus toys, treats, and cozy resting areas. I also have multiple crates available if needed. I share my home with two small, friendly dogs and three loving cats who love making new friends, but I can also keep pets separate for shy dogs, senior pets, or special needs pets. I’m comfortable with puppy care, senior dog care, and administering oral medication.
About: I grew up with pets my whole life. My family and friends have relied on me walk, feed, and house/dog sit when they are unavailable. My dog MJ, who passed in 2020, made one of the biggest impacts in my life, and if I can give more care and love to animals it would be very fulfilling. I am comfortable around pets of all ages, and will cater to each animals needs. It is always my aim to adore your pet as much as you do! My job is mostly remote and I do make my own schedule. So I will be able to easily cater to your pet care needs. I will respect your pets boundaries and cater to their needs. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and loved. All pets are different, and require different ways of caring for.
“Mikaela is very personable and friendly! I trust her entirely with my pup; you can tell she really cares about dogs of all kinds. Also, she is reliable and coordinates if she has a change in schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: I care for your pets like they’re my own. Patience and safety and super important to me. I have experience with puppies, senior pets and administering medications, so I know how to adjust care for every age and personality. Whether it’s playtime, walks or cozy cuddles. I make sure your pet feels happy, secure and right at home. My goal is simple: fun, safe and stress-free care for your furry family! I currently work from home full time! Which is good news for you because that means I can periodically check up on your furry friend through out the day or if need be I can pack up and work from your house! Typically I end work around 4 p.m. Monday- Friday. I also am open to weekend activities! Working in whatever environment to make the pet feel at peace while their owners are away is super important to me. Mostly, staying with them and watching if anything abnormal is happening. Communication is also key, so taking photos of their day to ensure a safe and enjoyable time is vital.
About: 3 years of working at a kennel taking care of high energy dogs has taught me how to handle just about any dog-related scenario! I have experience training puppies and hunting dogs and am used to high-energy pooches I am currently a college student with my last day of the semester being December 14th! I’m looking to work a lot over winter break for those who might be travelling during the holidays, and until then I would like to work after school and on weekends. I’m raising money to fund my studies abroad next semester! Looking forward to meeting your pets :) While caring for your dogs I promise to give them all of the love and attention they deserve while treating your home with the utmost respect! Unfortunately I cannot offer services in my home, as my roommate has an allergy to pets. I am available to stay overnight and take care of your pups in the comfort of their home!
About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old, consistently with one family when they go on vacation. I have 3 pets of my own. Then also attend zoo academy where I shadow and care for animals in the reptile and insect departments. I am a freshman at UNL so have a full schedule during the day. However, I am available after 4 on most days of the week. I do return to Omaha on the weekends. In my own home I am responsible for feeding my pets twice a day. In previous pet sitting jobs I go to homes to feed and clean the litter box as well as spend time with the animals. I have also spent the night at a house. I also play with the dogs in their backyards as well as provide walks.
About: I’ve taken care of every kind of dog and cat since I was 12. I have experience with crate training dogs and maintaining the commands that my client’s use with their dog/cat. I’m very flexible to my client’s needs and always want to exceed their expectations. I’m currently a full time student, so I’ll be available mostly on the weekends to dogsit/catsit. However, I can always work with both of our schedules to accommodate drop ins during the week! I live in an apartment in downtown Lincoln, so it’s not very ideal for pet sitting. I’ve dog sat in multiple families homes, and there hasn’t been any issues or complaints. If it’s over the weekends, I can spend more time caring for your fur baby, even if that involves spending the day or night there too!

Walks, playtime, cuddles — I make sure your pet has a happy, enriching experience while you’re away. I share my home with my sweet 11-year-old boxer, who is incredibly gentle and social with both dogs and cats. You can trust that your pet will be treated with the same love and attention I give my own! Pet care is naturally built into my day! I work Monday through Friday but have a flexible schedule and an hour-long lunch break that I spend at home, which gives me time for mid-day walks, potty breaks, and play. My apartment complex has a fenced-in dog park and access to long walking trails, so pets get plenty of outdoor time and stimulation. Even on busy days, your pet will get lots of love, attention, and movement throughout the day. On weekends, I have even more time to devote to walks, cuddles, and fun! Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where they feel safe and truly at home. I meet each pet where they are and build trust at their pace, whether they’re energetic and playful or shy and reserved. In my home, pets are treated like family. They’re welcome on the couch, the bed, and anywhere they feel comfortable. My gentle 11-year-old boxer gets along well with other pets and helps create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, affection, and personalized care every step of the way.
About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I was little. I have always had dogs in my family. As well as taking care of grandparents and neighbors dogs as well. I am a student at UNL but have a lot of free time. I can easily make time in the morning and evening for feedings, walks, or play, and use my breaks throughout the day to check in or spend time with the pets. I live at a pet friendly apartment with a dog park and close to a park for walks. As well as having plenty of space in my compact SUV for travel if needed.
About: I grew up in a home for rescues and have loved every pet. I adore caring for animals. I'm 19, but have trained almost every dog (out of 7) that I've had. I am extremely flexible, if I have about a day or two notice, I can do just about anything your fur baby needs me for. I would not offer services in my home due to a shy pet of my own. I will, however, groom, take on walks, take to their appointments, let outside, or generally care for your pet from your home.
About: Animals often make more sense to me than humans do! I’ve always loved caring for pets, whether they be my own or someone else’s. I’ve done countless petsitting jobs through friends and community members over my life. In the same way as we should with humans, it is important to be present and aware when working with any animal. Each pet is unique and I truly enjoy getting the opportunity to learn about what makes each one feel safe, loved, and healthy. I also understand how important it is to establish a positive, trusting relationship as soon as possible, especially with dogs, so they can feel secure despite the disruption of their “pack”. Every pet is a precious part of someone’s family. So, as much as I love getting to know each pet and providing you with assurance your loved one is well taken care of, it’s even better to know the care I provide is ensuring a joyful reunion when you return! My full-time work is landscaping, so in the winter months I have a lot of flexibility to offer services throughout the week and during the holidays. A pet’s whole world is their home, so I treat that environment with deep respect. I am their guest as well as their sitter! Therefore, I try to match the energy they are used to. Also, I understand the importance of maintaining as much of your pets routine as possible.
