“Christen (who works with Ryan) took care of our two old cats as a last minute booking while we were away for a family emergency. She provided updates/pictures at every visit which allowed me to worry less about my furbabies so I was able to focus on my family. When we returned home, the cat’s water bowls were full, their litter box was clean, and there was no food dishes in the sink. About: Hi! I love animals and have always had them throughout my life, ranging in size from rodents to horses. Currently, I have a cat and miss having a dog in the home, so I would love nothing more than to make sure your pet has the care and attention you would give him or her yourself. About: I've had all different kinds of pets throughout my life (cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks) - and have lived on homesteads with farm animals too. Most recently I've been full time house and pet sitting over the last year while traveling. I have completed 24 assignments with glowing off the charts 5 star reviews. About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play in. We have a back deck that can be closed off for playtime. Inside we have room for play and crate time if needed. About: Hi, I'm Meredith! I've grown up with all kinds of animals -- cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, fancy rats, frogs, and snakes. My family and me rescued over 80 cats, all fixed and adopted or released. I am comfortable giving medications, including shots, to cats and dogs and have handled reactive dogs. I am currently between jobs, so I am available most days. I will be home in Brevard much of the summer and I'm available to check in on your fuzzy babies! In my home, my kittens are fed wet food twice a day and dry food is freely available, as well as a water fountain. Their litterboxes are cleaned multiple times a week. I make sure to play with them every few hours. One of my cats has a chronic illness, so he is given a pill 3x daily and eye drops once per day. I used to have a senior German Shepherd-Labrador mix named Buckles who was walked at least four times daily, fed once in the morning and once in the evening. We made sure to take her on new hikes so she could get some new smells. She was dog-reactive so I learned quickly how to redirect and avoid those situations. I've pet-sat in several ways, including staying overnight with pets, multiple check-ins each day, staying all day, and even having them in my home (in very special circumstances). With others' pets, I take my time and stay quiet so the pets can get comfortable with me. Treats and lovin' abounds!

About: Hi!! I’m Sky, an adventure seeker, an outdoors enthusiast and the most passionate dog person this side of the Mississippi 😆 I’m new to the area and settling into my new home. I have the PERFECT set up at home for pets (giant fenced-in yard, access to many hiking trails/dog parks, etc.) More importantly, I am extremely passionate about animals and giving them the love they deserve. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been called on to dog sit for family & friends. Your pet will be safe, snuggled, and loved in my care! I typically have 3-4 days off in a row, every week. This makes it easy for me to give your pet the attention he/she deserves. My average work day is 6-8 hours, so if pet setting falls on a work day for me, this is the longest stretch of time your pet would be without care. I have no other pets (yet) 😆. So your dog will get my undivided attention! My home offers a large yard, many dog walking opportunities in the area, pet-friendly furniture, and an indoor camera for the kennel or dog room, so you and I can keep an eye on your dog while I’m away at work!

About: I am looking to walk dogs and/or house sit for people going on vacation this summer and need their pets taken care of. Between my care for personal pets and my service for others, I have significant pet care experience. I like to meet you and your pets in person before working for you so that I can understand the needs and routines of your pets. My goal is to meet your needs and keep your pets happy and healthy. About: I have almost two years of professional experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility, where we managed groups of up to 20 dogs at a time. Additionally, I managed dogs who boarded with us for any amount of time. This experience also includes dogs with special dietary or medicinal needs. This job also trained me in animal behavior, as well as various dog-handling practices according to different breeds, behaviors, energy levels/temperaments, and environments. Furthermore, I have several clients that I worked closely with while I was at school in Brevard, NC. I would be happy to provide references from any of these experiences if requested! I have the same work schedule every week, which is 10 am-4 pm Tuesday-Saturday every week. I will be available for drop-in visits/dog walking, and pet sitting outside of these hours! I will ensure that your pet is well taken care of each visit, including an overall body wellness check, which I am trained to perform from my professional pet care experience. I am also happy to administer any medication if needed, as I have lots of experience with this. I ensure that the pet is content physically and emotionally, so I do not limit my visits based on time; in other words, I understand that pets (moreso dogs than cats) may feel quite stressed when their owners are away, so I love to spend time with them to build a connection and love on them while I am there.
