Neighborhood pet sitting and extended family’s trips, I was always there to look after their fur babies. Kimberly is so kind and took great care of our boys while we were out. She was willing to learn how to give our cat Frankie his insulin injection and was so careful and communicative with us throughout the whole process to make sure she got the dose just right! Frankie and Pablo were both happy and well taken care of when we got back home and we will definitely ask Kimberly to help us again in the future.
Can’t say enough good things, but I’ll try to keep this brief. Symba is equally responsible and personable (please note: due to timing we were never able to meet face-to-face, and yet this is the wonderful impression he left!) He was perfectly communicative without it ever feeling excessive. I never once worried about my cats, they were obviously in great hands. Most impressive: my EXTREMELY shy cat warmed up to him almost immediately, as proven by the plethora of pictures he sent 😍
Vanessa was amazing! She went above and beyond when caring for Obie, sent update photos and videos, always kept me in the loop when necessary, and followed all instructions to a T. She was the first person I booked using this platform and it was the first time I left Obie alone and she not only made the process feel seamless, but halfway through my trip, I knew I’d book her in the future. Highly recommend!
Camilo was so friendly and kind to me, that it felt like he was an old friend. He visited my cat in my home during my vacation and made sure she was fed extra, cleaned up her previous day’s mess, and gave her cuddles. 10/10 you can trust him to do a great job and communicate and send great photos.
