Also, Evie's stay was during the forest fires in Canada so the air quality was bad outside. “I left my labradoodle, Ramona, with Valentina and her 4-year-old son for few hours, and honestly, she had the best time. From the start, Ramona felt completely at home — she got tons of love, playtime, and cuddles. Valentina was amazing and kept me updated with sweet pictures and little messages, which really put my mind at ease. Her son was the perfect little playmate, full of energy but so gentle and caring with Ramona. They played, ran around, and Ramona clearly loved all the extra attention. About: Hi, I’m a dog Mom to Ruben and Teddy. I have a cozy home for dogs who love companionship, comfort, and plenty of attention. I offer a safe, peaceful space with room to relax, play, and enjoy daily walks. I have experience raising and crate-training Ruben from puppyhood and Teddu was adopted as a rescue. I understand the importance of routines, patience, consistent use of language and special treats to build trust with dogs. My days usually include 2–3 walks: 10-15 min around my quite neighborhood block, playtime: fetch, belly rubs etc, potty breaks on a leash in the back yard and lots of opportunities for dogs to relax and chill independently or cuddle with me. When coming inside from walks, I wipe down their paws and faces with dog-safe wipes. I often play calming dog music and am happy to continue routines from home, including favorite treats, chews, or comfort items you send along. I keep routines as consistent as possible. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time (no more than four), which allows me to give each pup personalized care if needed. My home has plenty of space for dogs to relax and move around inside, and a semi-fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. For safety, I use leashes for all outdoor activities and always keep a close eye on the dogs in my care. I also have a crate and separate areas available if a dog needs quiet time, a break from the group, or their own comfortable space. I especially enjoy caring for small and medium-sized dogs who thrive in a relaxed home setting and would love having Ruben a and Teddy as a friendly companion during their stay.

About: I have had pets of my own for most of my life. I’ve been caring for my pets since they were puppies to now elders. Having experience with both cats and dogs I have grown to know how to love and care for them properly. I have experience in basic care like walking and feeding and giving them extra love and care! I am currently available in the afternoon to give your pet the love and cuddles they deserve! Hours can range from 12pm or later, hours are flexible! I have a fenced in yard where pets can play in. I also have the tools for walking including a portable water bottle for pets if needed.

About: I’ve always had pets since being a toddler but my first experience of having my own pet where I provided day to day care with feeding and such was when I was six years old-my very first cat Friskie. The first pet I ever adored. Fast forward to now, I share a home with my almost 16 year chihuahua mix whom I’ve had since he was only 3 weeks old, my boyfriends senior papillon/maltese mix, a bearded dragon and some fish. In between this time span, I’ve had an abundance of other pets growing up and aspired to become a vet, as any other animal lover would but instead became a manager at a very popular pet retail chain whose name rhymes with Pet Shmo. :) I’ve trained dogs, bathed dogs, I’ve volunteered with 3 animal shelters in NYC and I’ve also worked overnight at a boarding facility in Manhattan where I would not only monitor the dogs there, but also cared for them with feeding, clean up and distributing meds as necessary. I love all breeds and am knowledgeable of an array of them. I don’t discriminate between any of them nor their size. I’d love to walk or babysit your Yorkie OR your Saint Bernard. :) Hopefully they love treats and playtime. For dogs' safety, I do not take dogs to dog parks, take them off-leash, or simultaneously walk dogs from different households unless I am extremely familiar with the dogs' behavior and the activity is approved by the owners.
About: Some past experiences were at animal shelters like the Humane Society of Westchester and the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter. I love what dogs and humans can bring to one another. I consider myself energetic and can match the energy, as well as the tranquility of a pet. Mood reading is very important and that is part of the joy of understanding each other with our languages. A routine and change of pace can work because it is never a dull moment. Pets are amazing and understanding mood helps the communication and language. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for dogs to run around in. The space is safe and spacious, able to play games and stretch.
