About: I have cared for a wide array of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, insects and amphibians! I have owned many pets over my lifetime, and feel confident in caring for elderly animals and administering medication. I have volunteered at my local vet clinic on multiple occasions, so handling animals prone to stress is also something that I am familiar with Currently I attend community college part time on Mondays, Wednesdays and the weekend. Every other day I will be completely free, and will make it my priority to give your pets all of the time and attention that they deserve! One of my greatest goals, second only to the welfare of your animals, is to ensure that client privacy and boundaries are respected at all times. I will ensure to follow instructions given about the home to the letter.

About: I started taking care of animals when I was really young I think around 6 years old I would take care of my neighbor's dog was a little Pomeranian when they would go places. Also my neighbor had a Irish setter that I would go visit all the time and she would give me a dollar to walk her around the block or talking at least 48 years ago and I still remember it to this day it was one of the best times in my life when I was young. I think I've decided that I want to dedicate my life to this I mean what's left of it anyway lol I've been working with people most of my life and I thought I'd give this a try so daily routine and weekly routine would be up to the customer and it would be your preference after all you're the boss right? I've been a caregiver since 1998 of people I had five background checks last year for the state of Oregon I work for Oregon health Care commission and I'm a caregiver I passed five of them so you would not have to worry about me being in your home I would offer the services that you were requesting and you would also go beyond even more than what you would expect I think I would be a good fit with for anybody I'm an older lady and I've got a lot of grandchildren so I figured taking care of your for a babies and I would treat them like my grandbabies or you would say fur babies. Customer would be my boss so therefore I would do what they would ask.

About: Animals have always been a passion of mine. I am highly knowledgeable about dog care, behavior, and overall well-being. I have experience helping whelp puppies and have cared for and trained dogs throughout every stage of life, from puppies to seniors. I currently have a senior dog myself, giving me firsthand experience with the special attention older pets need. In addition to dogs, I have farm experience caring for horses, pigs, chickens, and other animals. I treat every pet with patience, compassion, and the same love and attention I give my own animals. About: I have experience caring for all kinds of animals. I grew up on a farm and have experience working in a veterinary clinic. I have empathy and love for all animals! I have a lot of free times to care for your pets! I’m currently pursuing a bachelors degree in animal behavior and have lots of time to just hang out, go for walks, and any other needed care. I am very good at following directions! You tell me what your pet needs, and I will make sure it happens! I also have a lot of experience reading common body language and behavior, so I am intuitive to your pets needs.

About: I was raised in a dog and cat household and loved taking care of them. For the brief time in my adulthood that I did not have a pet, I would dog/cat sit for a various families often. I am fond of elderly dogs/cats and have taken care a few (including giving medications, shots, cooking specific diets, etc). I am also comfortable feeding farm animals such as horses and mules. I work full-time from my home allowing flexible time to play and care for animals. My outings are usually quick errands around town so my pets get a lot of dog mom time! I am available to do longer stays given that I work remote and love making pets feel safe and comfortable whilst their owners are away. I have a fenced-in yard and 2 friendly dogs (lab and border collie mix) to keep your furry loved one company! I also play music often for myself and for the dogs. I find it helps soothe some anxiety for them as well!

About: Animal care has been a part of my whole life. I've always had a pet, whether they were cats or dogs. No matter the size, age, or breed of the pet, I understand to respect their boundaries and be mindful of their safety. Spoiling and playing with pets is the easiest task on the planet. I'm a part-time college instructor. My hours are extremely flexible, so I can happily take a break from grading to pop in for a pet. I first and foremost will defer to the owner's instructions and requests. For pop in care, I will check basic needs first: food/water/litter box/potty breaks. Then comes socializing or any other request from the owner. Weather permitting, I like to take dogs out for fetch, chase, tug-a-war, or casual walks. What we do is sometimes determined by the breed of dog. For cats, I understand that play is up to them. I'm happy to engage in any way they prefer. My own cat is a fiend for a string.

About: I have grown up with all different types of animals like dogs, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc. I am very much an animal lover and I treat all animals with love and respect! I have provided dog sitting services for over 10 years and have cared for dogs with all types of needs. I have experience in taking care of senior dogs, dogs with disabilities, dogs with high energy, and dogs of all sizes. I wouldn't say I have experience in professional training, but I have some experience in training my own dogs (and cat). I am currently a full-time nursing student with a part time job. My schedule is changing pretty frequently, but I am very organized and good at keeping my schedule updated. I am home most of the week doing classes online, so I do have a lot of extra time for pet sitting, dog walks, and drop ins! I pride myself in creating a safe and loving environment for all animals. I treat all animals with love and respect and I always aim to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. In my own home, I only have one cat, but I aim to make the home as safe and playful as I can for him. I intended to bring the same love to other people's homes.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and absolutely love them. I have a 2.5 year old aussiedoodle who is my baby. I’ve house sat and pet sat for many families spanning from new puppies to large boxers. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, I’m a foster parent for Safehaven Humane Society where I’ve cared for animals from 2 week old puppies and new kittens to new Mom dogs saved from hoarding situations. I am good with more timid dogs and also dogs with lots of energy. I look forward to meeting you! I am working part time and taking online classes so I would love to get out and go for walks or have dogs come hang out with my and my puppy (Juno)! We have a nice size backyard that is all fenced in and another friendly dog to keep your dog company! Our dog was used in evaluations for new dogs at her daycare, and gets along with everyone!

About: I have been watching animals for 10 years! I have watched a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, and fish! I have watched animals for as little as a few days or as long as a few months! My responsibilities include light housekeeping, administrating medications, feeding animals, walking animals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the animals! My responsibilities vary based on the owners wants and needs as well as the animals wants and needs. It’s important to recognize all animals are different and my responsibilities vary based on the animal I am working with. I also was a kennel assistant for a few months where I learned many valuable skills such as bathing, proper sanitation procedures, running front desk, answering phone calls, and boarding animals while owners were out of town. In high-school I was in a Pre. Vet program for 2 years where I learned how to trim nails, groom animals, and safely work with animals of all different breeds and sizes. During this time, I achieved student of the month 8 executive times. All of these experiences have helped me learn how to work with and care for different animals with different needs. I am able to work with a variety of different animals becuase of my past pet care experiences. There well-being and safety is my top priority and they will be well cared for and treated like they are my own! Currently, I have a very flexible schedule! I am in the process of attending online college classes getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Studies. These classes make it so I can choose my own hours making it easy for me to work! I am available whenever needed, and your animal will always be my top priority 🐾 In my client’s home, I follow the specific directions they want me to follow in order to keep the animals happy and safe! I make sure to send updates and pictures of the animals I’m watching and I treat them as if they are my own. The animals safety is always my top priority! I check in with the owners if something is unclear or if I have a question regarding their care. I also make sure the animal is always in a safe environment! I constantly am checking to make sure the area is secured for the animals I watch and I look to make sure nothing can hurt them. Depending on the service and requests, I also do frequent check-ins with the animal and stay at the house if that is preferred so the pet can get the best care possible! I always follow up if I have questions or concerns and in case of an emergency, I would take them to the nearest clinic and update the owner as much as I could. I am animal CPR trained as well!

About: I own a husky mix and have for three years. I regularly bath, brush and walk him. I’m very patient with animals. I enjoy being around dogs because they’re super smart and definitely steal your heart. Dogs are more than a mans best friend, they’re family. As I begin in the dog care world I would like to be full time and help families by providing care for their furry babies. It’s nice to be able to take a vacation or a trip and know that your dog is being well taken care of, allowing you to enjoy time with friends and family. I will frequently send pictures and updates so you can see how everything is going and and feel included. I have self-taught myself how to trim and file dogs nails and how to brush excess fur, to prevent matted and tangled coats. I also enjoy bathing them. I know pet care can add up and be expensive so I’m willing to negotiate rates depending on the distance I have to drive and the number of services your needing.
