About: I love all animals, and I’ve been working at a pet store for a year now. I love seeing all the different animals that come in every day. I enjoy helping people find stuff for their pets and greeting them all when they walk through the door. I have many regulars that I love seeing, and I’d love to meet more. I really can’t wait to meet your babies and get to know them. I’m currently working at a pet store I love working there and meeting all the different animals that walk through the doors I’d be happy to do these on my days off and work it into my routine I’m able to help with meds and do whatever is needed to help your baby feel comfortable I gave it harnesses on dogs and crate them if needed. I do a lot of that work at my job I help people fit their dogs harnesses and collars perfectly at work and help them find the best care for them!

About: I've had a cat in my life since the day I was born, my parents still own the one we got when I was 13 (he's now 19 and going strong). I also walked a neighbour's dog from 12 to 21 (a lhasa apso) and have experience walking other dogs in a range of sizes, from papillon up to a 100+lb show golden retriever. Currently living the housewife life so schedule is flexible as heck. My own animals have a flexible feeding schedule in that they don't like food to be late, but if it's early they are thrilled. If your dog is crate trained, I'm willing and able to continue that as needed. Open to whatever walk length is needed for the pet in caring for. Willing to walk cats too if your kitty is leash trained (one of mine is and loves his outside time).
About: Dogs have been a part of my family since I was 8 years old and I began dog sitting for neighbors, friends, and family when I was 12. I completed animal behavior training at Kansas Humane Society where I volunteered as a dog walker, played with a wide array of rescue dogs of all sizes and personalities, and also snuggled rescue cats and kittens. I take special interest in understanding dog training and behavior and read and watch videos on these topics often. I'm the type of person at the social gathering that lingers around the dog or cat and pets them as long as they let me. I currently work a normal 8am-5pm office job with a lunch break midday which I can use for a visit. I am completely available on weekends. I am happy to do overnight stays if needed. I have cats in my home and currently do not have a fence so I don't offer in home boarding for dogs. I am extremely attentive and detail oriented. I maintain tidy homes and happy pets. “Wow! I can’t say enough about Miss Cassie. I have 2 medium sized dogs and a smaller dog I am fostering. From the moment I met her, I was put at ease. Cassie has a gentle, calmness about her that my dogs took to right away. They are a bit protective of us but melted in Cassie’s arm after the first initial barks. She visited our house twice a day and fed, played with and just loved on our dogs. She is very communicative and sent tons of fun pictures. A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
