Lets give your fur babies the best life possible :) NOTE for boarding: I am only accepting litter-trained, non-marking cats. Your cat will have their own private, human sized bedroom with a cat tree, a large window to look out of, and lots of love. The room is fully enclosed, and your cat will be kept completely separate from mine to ensure their safety and comfort. Please provide your own litter box, bed or blankets from home, favorite toys, and food for the stay. Thank you for your understanding! I currently have a hybrid work schedule so I am available Mondays & Fridays from 12 pm - 1 pm, and 5 pm - 8 pm. I am also available on the weekends from 10 am -7 pm. Your pet's safety is my top priority. I will be sure to follow your instructions closely, and stick to any rules that you may set. As an experienced pet owner, I also have my own set of rules that I will uphold: - double checking doors and gates are locked - never leaving pets unattended outside - using leashes and collars with care - ensuring your pet is hydrated/comfortable when outside For in home visits, I will always treat your space with respect and provide you with message or photo updates if you request.

About: I've had pets in the home further than I can remeber from Jackson chameleons, to birds, cats and dogs. My inspiration are Miha amd Chiquita, my first dogs that didn't belong to 10 other people. My babies, they have since passed but they opened my heart and made me want to be a better pet parent. I've worked around animals and with some at Vca, I was mainly a receptionist. I am currently looking to get pet CPR certified. During the day, I mainly care for my two girls, Lola (11) & Nani (4). I also drive my parents to work some weekday mornings as well as to appoinments, but most days are open with the exception of Friday night, I league bowl as well. Any other times besides that is open for walks, cuddles, check ins and day boarding :) My 2 pups roam my apartment freely, they are mainly pad trained but do go on walks as well. Nani will give the side eye but they warm up quickly after a quick booty sniff follow the leader combo. I dont have a yard per se, but we do living in a complex where there is a lot of grass and a playground. At your home, I would do my best to follow regular routine, rules and regulations lol, with the exception of some extra treats to warm them up :)

“Kara saved my bacon as I needed someone last minute to watch my dog, Finn, while I was house sitting for my parents. I work about 45 minutes away from their house so he would have been alone for 12 hours as his doggie daycare was full. Kara was extremely responsive and helped guide me through the process of how to use rover (as it was my first time). All responses were probably within 15 minutes of my messages so I felt good about the booking. She stopped by twice during the day to let him out into the yard for some potty and play and from the many photos that she sent he seemed to absolutely love having her there with him! She followed all of my instructions perfectly and had no problem figuring out what to do while I was at work which helped take some of the stress off of me. My only complaint is that she doesn’t live closer to my own house so that I could book her as an ongoing client because it worked out so well! If you value peace of mind and knowing your dog is being taken care of the way you hope then you should look no further and book Kara to take care of your furry friend.”

About: I’ve had multiple pets my whole life, from dogs to chameleons, and always cared for them with compassion. I am currently helping my grandparents take care of their 13 year old dog, who is still going strong! Within these years as a pet owner, as well as rescuing animals, I’ve learned a whole lot: bottle feeding, administering medication, transition from wet to dry food, potty training, and tricks! I am currently on summer break as a nursing student so, I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday from 8am-5pm. This will be my availability until fall semester starts. My home is fenced which allows my dogs to roam freely. Animals are allowed inside the house and on furniture. I have an extra room for boarding/quarantine and I have cats in my room that aren’t allowed outdoors.
