About: That distinguishes me is a blend of specific talents, such as constructive reinforcement puppy training and caring geriatric pet care, as well as a solid basis that includes dependability, understanding, and respect. I provide clear communication, a cautious approach to families and pets, and a true love of animals that motivates me to go beyond what is necessary to guarantee their comfort and pleasure. I understand that you're trusting me with your beloved pets and home, which is why I prioritize showing up on time, following instructions, and maintaining clear communication every time. I have a solid understanding of common animal behaviors, allowing me to recognize and adapt to individual pet personalities and quirks for a stress-free experience. I’m currently looking for anything part time to make extra income and trying to be happy in what i would want to try and do, so i’ll do the best I can to make time for everything. I have a fenced yard, friendly animals, and if needed I’m able to separate from eachother. I will do anything to make any pet feel comfortable and safe. My pet care services provide for a pet's essential needs like food, water, shelter, exercise, and health, while also offering companionship.

About: I have more 10+ years walking and babysitting young and senior dogs (5 years on Rover). Since I was 7, I cared for dogs, cats, turtles, goldfish, parakeets, chickens, rabbits, and mice. My mom refused to let me have a snake but that definitely would’ve been on my list. I work full time Mondays to Thursdays, but I always make it important to exercise after work. On weekends I am available for walks and drop-ins. I’d be happy to love and care for your dog, and send you pictures of appreciating your dog throughout the day. If you have to leave for a weekend for a holiday or extended vacation, I have experience staying overnight in a client’s home. For drop-in visits I can feed and play with your pet. I can also water your plants or double-check if your AC is off and appliances are unplugged.

About: Taking care of dogs and other animals is a deeply rewarding responsibility that requires time, patience, and understanding. Animals depend on us for their basic needs, including food, shelter, exercise, and medical care. By providing a safe and loving environment, we create a bond built on trust and mutual respect. Whether you’re caring for a playful pup or a more independent pet, it’s important to understand their unique needs and personalities. Taking proper care of animals not only improves their quality of life but also enriches ours, teaching us empathy, compassion, and the joy of unconditional love. All my experience is hands on . I have been taking care of dogs professional for about 2 yrs since pandemic, have been around dogs/cats my whole life . I have had many pet dogs/cats thru my life ,the basic needs of them I can /will take care of .I have been around/learning about reptiles/avian/hoof-stock/exotics animals for 10 yrs. I worked as a animal educator/keeper at Reptacular Animals in 2015 to 2020. Eat,Sleep,Love pets,Clean pets,Feed pets . Usually check all my animals on a daily basis, Their quality of life is what matters to me the most . Some who know me would say my pets/others pets get more attention than oneself. Lol 😆. Most pets will be crated inside home , unless pets are eating/drinking-potty breaks. I can let pets out inside my home under my close supervision,if they are trained to do so. Pets will have potty breaks frequent every 1 hr or so , have plenty of playtime if allowed by owners.

About: I love animals especially dogs. My friends trust me to watch their animals all the time I took in a cat for 3 months and a dog for 4 months until the owners were able to take them back. Providing great services at all means.Need a trustworthy sitter when your away I’m your gal. Need a weekend away I am available. I have two dogs of my own Otis and Jax. Providing all your needs. Willing to give pet baths and provide them with whatever is needed. If they need more than one walk a day or you just want me to check on them I’m more than willing to help in any way possible. Make your life easier and so you can be at ease when not home. Let’s face it our fur babies are more than pets they are our family and we want the best possible care like we do to our children. I’m available every weekend and during the week I am usually not busy after work I am able to care in the evening whenever may be needed. I love animals especially cats and dogs I have a fenced yard and 2 wonderful dogs to keep your fur baby company. Lots of space to run around and have fun. I will also crate if needed I am currently working per diem and have plenty of time on my hands to care for your fur baby. If by any chance I step away from home my son and husband are home all day. My husband works from home and is able to provide his full attention from home and my son is currently on independent study and dedicates his time to provide care for your fur baby. My home is fully gated front yard and back yard. Inside the home I have a pet gate so they are not able to get out of the front door. If your fur baby prefers to be inside that is completely ok and I do allow the fur babies to sleep on the furniture and on my bed.

About: I’ve grown up raising 4 pugs and 2 labradors. I also used to volunteer at animal sanctuaries where I trained, played, walked, and cleaned after puppies/dogs. I’m currently a college student so my schedule is flexible (as long as I don’t have class). I do same day appointments and I am available all week. When caring for a pet at a client’s home, I’ll be sure to listen to clients instructions of what and what not to do. I will also respect the home as it is not mine.

About: Being a pet owner my whole life has allowed me to understand dogs very well! I’ve dealt with bigger breeds like German Shepards and Pitt bulls, smaller breeds have always gotten along well with my demeanor. I have majority of the day to walk or take dogs to a park or allow them to explore the deserts. Let me know your dogs preference of activity. I stick to the rules, let me know what your dogs need or if they have anything that is specific for them that needs to get done!

About: Ive had dogs all my life and currently have two. I used to volunteer at the animal shelter. I fed, exercised and socialized dogs while there. I helped my roommate when her dog gave birth and raised the puppies. I’m currently a full time student who will also go to summer school. But I’m very flexible around my class schedule and am willing to work out when and where to help. I’m not against using crates, Im also open to muzzles and gentle leads for dogs that tend to be rowdy. I always make sure to never give my or any other dogs scraps and give them the space they need when introducing myself.

Joanna was the best possible choice we could have made. When things fell through for a sitter right before our big family road trip she came to the rescue and helped us out so much. She loved our doggos just like they were her own and treated them just as good, if not a little better due to all the walks, then we would have! Definitely our go to for the next time we need a little help

About: While I may not have extensive professional pet-sitting experience, I have been around dogs my entire life and have cared for breeds of all sizes, from small companions to large dogs. I also have experience working in pet stores, where I learned about animal behavior, health, and proper care. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and I genuinely enjoy building trusting bonds with them. I am patient, attentive, playful, and committed to making sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship, I will give your pet the attention and affection they deserve. I understand that your pet is a cherished member of your family, and I will care for them as if they were my own. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I would love the opportunity to earn your trust and become your dog’s sitter or walker! Pet care is a regular part of my daily routine. Having been around dogs my entire life, I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, grooming, and making sure pets get the attention and exercise they need. I enjoy spending time with animals and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and routine in keeping them happy and healthy. Throughout the week, I make time for outdoor activities and exercise, so incorporating dog walks and pet care fits naturally into my schedule. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs and enjoy providing companionship, enrichment, and a safe, caring environment while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I do my best to keep them on their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and any special care requirements. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and build trust. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience while their owners are away, giving them peace of mind that their pet is being well cared for.

About: My name is Martin P., I've had 4 years of caring for pet of my own, and I now feel I can help you with your pet needs, I personally know they need attention and care constantly as they become part of the family. Everyone has a busy schedule and as much as we want to be with our pets 24/7 and give them the attention they need we simply can not. I like to run, play and walk with my pet, it's a great and fun way of exercising. My pet is a 80 lb German shepherd who we got as a puppy, although a healthy girl, shes very delicate and requires a lot of attention, she is a hyper, happy dog who loves to play and meet new people and friends.

About: I have dealt with many different pet personalities and genuinely care about their needs. I aim to give your four-legged friends the attention they deserve. I believe that a dog should have the ability to see what outside looks like, and visit different areas such as parks. I also believe that all pets act a certain way for a reason, and shouldn't be yelled at, or treated badly if they aren't 'easy-going' or 'social'. Personally, my love for pets started when I got my first dog as five years old. Named him Rocky after the boxer, Rocky Balboa. Unfortunately, he passed away two years ago from old age. He was blind, but he still recognized my voice...which was pretty amazing. Rocky showed me that a dog could truly be a man's best friend. I pledge to give the upmost care to your best friend. I currently work from home, so I will have plenty of time to play, walk, and give your pet the love they need while you’re away. I will carefully review your instructions in order to provide the best and safest environment for your pet(s). My services will be provided at a level that gives you and your pet maximum comfort.

FAQs for Drop-In Visits - Pearblossom

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of June 2026, there are 38 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Pearblossom. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
