“Annie is AMAZING! She made our trip so relaxing, we didnt have to worry about felix for a minute. She sent us pictures during every drop-in visit, and he looked like he was having a blast, playing and hanging out with her. She was obviously very patient with him, since he is a newly rescued veryy skitish kitten, and she managed to gain his trust in two days. We are so happy we found her, she will def be our 1st choice for future services.”

About: I have had my dog, Jerry, for 15 yrs. I just love the genuine love that a pet gives with no strings attached. Looking fwd to meeting new friends. I am available on weekends for boarding since I have my full time job during the week. I do have a 6 year old and my dog, Jerry, at home as well. I have a spacious fenced backyard and my dog to keep your fur baby company as well. Dogs are welcomed inside the house as well.

“Haidyn dropped by 4 times and took care of our tiny kitten. All of her visits came with rover cards with pictures and videos!! We never let anyone in our home. She did an amazing job and was super timely. Silady got care as if we weren’t even gone :)”
“Emily was our first experience with Rover and we are so glad we picked her for our needs! Emily took our request on a very short notice and was very willing and flexible to make it work. She showed great communication skills putting us at ease and most importantly, our dog loved her. We will definitely use her again.”

“Sara Z is my favorite dog sitter ! I just met her a week ago but I know I will always call her to take care of my Mutzy and Kobe . She came twice a day on time ...to take care of my fur babies. She hand fed my 12 years old so she can make sure she gives him the vetsuline shots after his meal. She is sweet , calm and my babies loved her. Anyone who needs a vacation ... call Sara Z ... you can enjoy your time away from home ... because they will be taken care of by the loving Sara Z . I promise !!!”
About: I have grown up with dogs. The past 10+ years I have cared for other peoples dogs. I understand how uneasy people feel about leaving their pooch in a Kennel, simply because their dog is their world and they would rather have their dog have home comforts whilst you are apart. Married but we have no children so am able to offer a calm environment for those dogs that are mature or nervous of bangs and loud noises. Likewise I have the time and energy for those dogs that need a little more play time. I have a neutered schnoodle that is mature enough to chill but also enjoys a play. I work part time from home. So I am able to offer your pooch a lot of time and love, be it walks or just company. I have an enclosed, secure garden, mainly walled with gated access which is locked. It is completely private. It is not a large garden, but it certainly offers a dog enough space to stretch their legs, chase a ball or just chill on the patio.
About: Being a pet owner my whole life has allowed me to understand dogs very well! I’ve dealt with bigger breeds like German Shepards and Pitt bulls, smaller breeds have always gotten along well with my demeanor. I have majority of the day to walk or take dogs to a park or allow them to explore the deserts. Let me know your dogs preference of activity. I stick to the rules, let me know what your dogs need or if they have anything that is specific for them that needs to get done!
“Definitely would recommend. She did all we asked for and was flexible to help us when we got stuck in our travels due to the wildfires. She is a nice person and treated my cats kindly. I would rebook with Chloe when I travel again!”

About: Hello, I have experience with dogs cats fish and livestock! Let me know how I can make your pets day special while you are away! I am a dog lover and know the difficulty with finding someone who can provide the care needed for a pet while on vacation. I am great with dogs, but love all animals. I am flexible and am looking to earn some extra cash aside from my current job. I work for a school and have a clean background check. Feel free to ask me anything and I hope I am a good fit for you and your pet. I have a fully fenced yard and side yard for my pets. AC is always running within my home. Pets are fed in assigned locations.

I’m available every weekend and during the week I am usually not busy after work I am able to care in the evening whenever may be needed. I love animals especially cats and dogs I have a fenced yard and 2 wonderful dogs to keep your fur baby company. Lots of space to run around and have fun. I will also crate if needed I am currently working per diem and have plenty of time on my hands to care for your fur baby. If by any chance I step away from home my son and husband are home all day. My husband works from home and is able to provide his full attention from home and my son is currently on independent study and dedicates his time to provide care for your fur baby. My home is fully gated front yard and back yard. Inside the home I have a pet gate so they are not able to get out of the front door. “Adrianna is by far the best pet sitter we have had. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and my dogs loved her. I got updated photos while she was here for the visit and I couldn’t be happier with how my dogs were treated and taken care of. If you are looking for someone to watch your furry family she is the one I would highly recommend.”

About: My love of pets started when I was a kid! I started pet sitting in elementary school with neighbors and family friends. I was also a 4H kid growing up, so I have experience with many dog breeds and even started training my own dog in middle school. High needs pets aren’t a problem, whether it’s teething puppies or senior dogs on multiple medications; I’ve taken care of them all! Typically I would find jobs word of mouth but I have moved recently and am looking for new families to help out. Currently I can’t have pets in my home so I would give all my love to your furry friends. My schedule is currently very flexible! Weekdays are open for care at any time of day and weekends are generally good, especially if I have a week or two heads up. I can accommodate the schedule that your pet has become accustomed to. Depending on distance, I am willing to stop by your home 2-3 times a day to take care of your pets needs or stay most of the day for overnight stays. I will even water house plants. For dog walking, I will always keep your pet on a leash and exercise caution when around your pet’s stressors or triggers.

Whether it’s energetic playtime, slow walks for older dogs, or cozy cuddle sessions, I adapt to what your pet needs to feel happy and safe. As a housewife, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve throughout the day. I’m usually home, which means your pet won’t be left alone for long hours and can enjoy consistent companionship, playtime, and potty breaks. Because I’m already managing a home, I’m organized, reliable, and used to balancing responsibilities—so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. Whether it’s feeding, walking, play, or simply offering comfort and love, I’m always ready to make your pet feel at home and cared for. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is always to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I provide plenty of attention, snuggles, and supervision throughout the day.
“My cats (Duck and Goose) are sooo picky about who they choose to approach, but instantly took to Celeste. She’s super communicative, kind, punctual, and made sure Duck & Goose were well taken care of while I was away!! I always have anxiety about leaving them but knew I could trust Celeste right away :) definitely only coming to her from now on when I go out of town. I had to extend my trip a few days and Celeste was super flexible in being able to modify our booking. Absolutely no complaints!!💓”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
