About: That distinguishes me is a blend of specific talents, such as constructive reinforcement puppy training and caring geriatric pet care, as well as a solid basis that includes dependability, understanding, and respect. I provide clear communication, a cautious approach to families and pets, and a true love of animals that motivates me to go beyond what is necessary to guarantee their comfort and pleasure. I understand that you're trusting me with your beloved pets and home, which is why I prioritize showing up on time, following instructions, and maintaining clear communication every time. I have a solid understanding of common animal behaviors, allowing me to recognize and adapt to individual pet personalities and quirks for a stress-free experience. I’m currently looking for anything part time to make extra income and trying to be happy in what i would want to try and do, so i’ll do the best I can to make time for everything. I have a fenced yard, friendly animals, and if needed I’m able to separate from eachother. I will do anything to make any pet feel comfortable and safe. My pet care services provide for a pet's essential needs like food, water, shelter, exercise, and health, while also offering companionship.

About: I have more 10+ years walking and babysitting young and senior dogs (5 years on Rover). Since I was 7, I cared for dogs, cats, turtles, goldfish, parakeets, chickens, rabbits, and mice. My mom refused to let me have a snake but that definitely would’ve been on my list. I work full time Mondays to Thursdays, but I always make it important to exercise after work. On weekends I am available for walks and drop-ins. I’d be happy to love and care for your dog, and send you pictures of appreciating your dog throughout the day. If you have to leave for a weekend for a holiday or extended vacation, I have experience staying overnight in a client’s home. For drop-in visits I can feed and play with your pet. I can also water your plants or double-check if your AC is off and appliances are unplugged.

About: My name is Martin P., I've had 4 years of caring for pet of my own, and I now feel I can help you with your pet needs, I personally know they need attention and care constantly as they become part of the family. Everyone has a busy schedule and as much as we want to be with our pets 24/7 and give them the attention they need we simply can not. I like to run, play and walk with my pet, it's a great and fun way of exercising. My pet is a 80 lb German shepherd who we got as a puppy, although a healthy girl, shes very delicate and requires a lot of attention, she is a hyper, happy dog who loves to play and meet new people and friends.

I am currently going to school for my biology degree so it fits in well with my time. I do a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing during my free time. I do not currently offer in home services as I use my home to rescue animals, but the care I put into any animal/pet is always the same in side my house or outside. Given that, she didn’t hesitate to give him the patience and understanding he needed to go on his first professional walk. Highly recommend for walking/day care for our fur kids! Thankyou so much!

About: I have dealt with many different pet personalities and genuinely care about their needs. I aim to give your four-legged friends the attention they deserve. I believe that a dog should have the ability to see what outside looks like, and visit different areas such as parks. I also believe that all pets act a certain way for a reason, and shouldn't be yelled at, or treated badly if they aren't 'easy-going' or 'social'. Personally, my love for pets started when I got my first dog as five years old. Named him Rocky after the boxer, Rocky Balboa. Unfortunately, he passed away two years ago from old age. He was blind, but he still recognized my voice...which was pretty amazing. Rocky showed me that a dog could truly be a man's best friend. I pledge to give the upmost care to your best friend. I currently work from home, so I will have plenty of time to play, walk, and give your pet the love they need while you’re away. I will carefully review your instructions in order to provide the best and safest environment for your pet(s). My services will be provided at a level that gives you and your pet maximum comfort.

I have experience with a variety of breeds, including doodles, great Danes, mini schnauzers, dachshunds, German shepherds, and many more. I believe very strongly that dogs deserve the same love and respect as humans. I also have a background in working with individuals with disabilities, so I understand what it means to be patient and kind. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I do work full-time, but I have a hybrid schedule and Im off every other Friday. I am able to work around your schedule and can do drop ins on my lunch as well when I am in office :) I treat dogs with love and respect just as I would do with a human. Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Pearblossom. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Pearblossom.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Pearblossom. On Rover:

  • 92% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 99% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
