About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

About: I'm an animal lover that grew up in the northern VA area. I've had pets since I was a child, large and small. I'm willing to care for furry, feathered or caged friends, as well as, farm animals. To me, no home seems complete without a loving pet around. I will treat your pet as if it were my own. I can provide morning visits, afternoon visits, evening visits, house sitting, walks, etc. I’m experienced with senior pets, chronic illnesses and injuries, as well as administering medication. I'm flexible and ready to provide you a wonderful service and loving care. I'm here to help keep your pet safe and happy when you’re away. My availability is open to care for your animals, we can discuss your needs and determine a preferred plan. I will come to you as needed. I can offer my services in the comfort of your own home throughout the day, caring for your pets and house sitting if needed. We can walk, play or just give some attention.

About: Since I was young I've been a fan of animals, my family has owed several, And its been my joy to take care and nurture them. Ive been taking care of pets for a long time and in that I've learned alot about how to care for, treat, and love lots of different kinds of animals, Dogs especially but I am not a stranger to the feline kind, I am experienced with small and larger dogs, as well as dogs with more nervous or flights temperaments. If you choose me to take care of your furry companion I will do everything to make sure they are happy, healthy, and safe in my care. I hope to hear from you soon :) I am currently privileged to have an abundance of free time this means I am available to handle more lengthy stays or more involved care. I am very detailed oriented and a stickler for routine, if you have a pet that need specific or very exact care I am more than capable of doing things right, even for pets that need less specialization I am more than able to give your pet what they need in any environment.

About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or anything in between, I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I gave my own. I’m currently taking an online summer course with a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the summer for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits. Since I’m not working right now, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, I’m happy to help however I can! About: I was raised with dogs (shelties, primarily) and now have a hobby farm with goats, dogs (german shepherds, a lab and a sheltie), ducks and a cat. I'm reliable and friendly and happy to follow whatever instruction and routine you need. Your pets will be well cared for and you'll receive plenty of photo updates while you're gone! I have a very flexible schedule, so I am able to accommodate nearly any routine your pet is used to, including frequent walks and potty breaks. I will work with you to keep your pet's schedule as close to what they are used to as possible. If boarding in my home, we have a fenced yard, plenty of area to go on leashed walks, and they will get plenty of one on one attention and care. I'm happy to do transport or add in a bath during your pet's stay so your life can be as simple as possible while you're trying to get out the door for your trip. Pet care is my full time job and priority. I can adapt as needed to make sure your pet keeps the routine they are comfortable with, even when you aren’t home. I will ask questions and take notes on your pets’ routine and then do my best to ensure that those habits are in place with me.

About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. I am currently working part-time and my schedule is made on a monthly basis. I'm available most weekends and weekdays after 1pm. Can do early mornings and late potty breaks. The house I live in has a large front yard and a larger backyard. It is unfenced but in a safe neighborhood that's perfect for walking

About: I’ve dog sat for many clients before not in the Rover app. I enjoy being able to take the animals on walks and playing with them! I’m very kind to animals and love meeting different breeds! I have a dog and 4 cats of my own, so I’m very much used to taking care of animals! Most of my cats are indoors but I do have a dog that I take on walks. I’m currently looking for a full time job to replace my current job. I am a senior in college but do it all online so I am very flexible. I always try to make a pet feel as comfortable as possible around me. I’m not an overly hyper person so I wouldn’t make them nervous in that way. I usually come in, sit down, and let them get used to me and make sure they’re okay to get around me.

About: I been around dogs and cats my whole life. I been housesitting for family and friends for the last 5-6years. My grandmother’s pets are on a strict schedule, and diet therefore I understand strict diet. I’ve worked on a farm so I have experience with farm animals, small pets, and some exotic animals. In the last two years, I’ve had two sets of puppies so I know what it takes to care of puppies. My Roxy was 13 year old when we had to put her down from old age, so I know what it takes to care for a senior dog. I’m currently not working, therefore I have plenty of time to cuddle, play and care with your pets. I can send pictures and/or videos thought your vacation for peace of mind! I like taking care of pets in their own house to make them feel as safe as possible. I will follow any rules or instructions you have for your house and pets.

About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question
