Sonja &Phil maintained communication and provided photos throughout her entire stay, provided proper feeding (I always give a little extra and sitters would never have any to return), and she came back well and in good health (not the case on 2 occasions with another sitter). I appreciated that Roxy was still able to get outdoors in a enclosed area and I'm sure she did as well because she loves being outdoors. We checked out two local kennels, and they were not a good fit for him as he was very scared. So we looked into dog sitters in a home environment. We signed up for Rover and immediately matched with Edith. Not only was she able to accommodate our last-minute boarding and sitting request, but she went above and beyond. We received the sweetest pictures and videos of our puppy, Rosie, which warmed our hearts and gave us peace of mind. With how busy my work has been the last few months, I’m only just now able to sit down and truly thank her for ALL she did—including keeping us consistently updated on how Rosie was doing. About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

“We are so happy we found Laurie to take care of our 12 year old Aussie. After the initial meet and greet she was able to take him in for a few nights while we were on travel at the last minute. Laurie is super friendly and you can tell she really cares for the pets she’s watching. All of the other dogs that she watches were all really friendly as well and we are really grateful that’s he got a lot of playtime in her fenced in back yard. Laurie was also super communicative and sent multiple updates and pictures everyday which we really appreciated. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”
