About: I was raised with dogs (shelties, primarily) and now have a hobby farm with goats, dogs (german shepherds, a lab and a sheltie), ducks and a cat. I'm reliable and friendly and happy to follow whatever instruction and routine you need. Your pets will be well cared for and you'll receive plenty of photo updates while you're gone! I have a very flexible schedule, so I am able to accommodate nearly any routine your pet is used to, including frequent walks and potty breaks. I will work with you to keep your pet's schedule as close to what they are used to as possible. If boarding in my home, we have a fenced yard, plenty of area to go on leashed walks, and they will get plenty of one on one attention and care. I'm happy to do transport or add in a bath during your pet's stay so your life can be as simple as possible while you're trying to get out the door for your trip. Pet care is my full time job and priority. I can adapt as needed to make sure your pet keeps the routine they are comfortable with, even when you aren’t home. I will ask questions and take notes on your pets’ routine and then do my best to ensure that those habits are in place with me.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a lil thang, I’ve always had such a soft spot for them & my passion is to become a dog trainer ! I’m always going to make time if I know a dog needs it, & I am super weird about people around my dog so I want to make sure that you’re dog is more than comfortable. Well I’m always going to have the dog in my sight, but if the area is not fenced in & the dog doesn’t have the best recall, leash it is!

About: I have taken care of both small and large dogs the past couple of summers. I have a senior dog myself, so I’m extremely patient and attentive. I am able to provide my services both in the Locust Grove area and around Lake Anna, VA, since I travel between both areas frequently. I’m a college student at James Madison University who is home for the summer and excited to provide loving, reliable care for your fur babies whenever you need! I'm completing an online certification course this summer with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

About: I been around dogs and cats my whole life. I been housesitting for family and friends for the last 5-6years. My grandmother’s pets are on a strict schedule, and diet therefore I understand strict diet. I’ve worked on a farm so I have experience with farm animals, small pets, and some exotic animals. In the last two years, I’ve had two sets of puppies so I know what it takes to care of puppies. My Roxy was 13 year old when we had to put her down from old age, so I know what it takes to care for a senior dog. About: My family has a small farm with 3 German Shepherds and 3 cats, as well as cows, chickens, fish, and a bunny.Since i was born, there has never been a day where animals haven’t been apart of my life. Genuine care and love is all any animal deserves and i’m here to give it! Your fur baby or babies will be well cared for and loved like they're family. I just graduated high school and am taking some time to myself before starting college so I am always home and looking for some new four legged friends. I will feed and provide water as needed, regular walks or potty breaks outside and lots of play time. I can give medications if needed or take them to any kind of vet/groom visits.

About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 16. Nothing beats walking a dog on a beautiful sunny day!! Whatever the needs are for your dog, I will most definitely provide and more! Presently a college student working towards my bachelor’s degree. Currently part-time teaching private music lessons in my area, so I am really flexible with whatever your schedule may be. Weekdays and most weekends work perfectly for me! I have fed and taken physical care of dogs previously for clients. About: • Most dogs like me (and i like most dogs :)) • All energy levels welcomed • I have raised 4 dogs of my own • Bachelors degree in Veterinary Bioscience • Worked in the veterinary field for the past 4 years • I’m responsible and good at time management • Even with a busy schedule, I will make sure your dog gets the attention he/she needs • No dog intimidates me ( all breeds and sizes are welcome) • I will always have your dogs best interest at heart I have 4 dogs of my own; 2 husky mixes, 1 pittie mix, and 1 beagle. My fiancé and I take care of them together, but much of the day to day things fall onto my plate. So, I have 4 very different dogs with 4 different needs, wants, and energy levels. On top of this, I also work in the veterinary field and have for the past couple years. Taking care of animals is something I literally do 24/7 and absolutely love it. With my personal pets, I make sure that all of them get love every day. Also, I try and get them some type of exercise. Living in Virginia, the weather is the biggest challenge. We go from negative temperature to triple digits within the year. In the times when the weather is being trying, I try and make sure my dogs get more mental exercise to combat the lesser physical exercise. With all that said, I would do the same with a clients pet. I would treat them as my own and give them the best quality care while they are with me.

About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. I am currently working part-time and my schedule is made on a monthly basis. I'm available most weekends and weekdays after 1pm. Can do early mornings and late potty breaks. The house I live in has a large front yard and a larger backyard. It is unfenced but in a safe neighborhood that's perfect for walking

About: Since I was four years old, I’ve had plenty pets of my own (including cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents). There’s nothing quite like seeing a pet loved and happy. I’d love to assist you with keeping them that way! I typically work evenings, but no later than 10:00. My dogs eat 3 times a day & are taken out shortly after for a few minutes of playtime. I have two French Bulldogs of my own (2 and 1 year[s] old) who love to go for walks on which I try to take them daily. I also have a Rottweiler & 2 calico cats!

About: I have always had dogs and/cats in my life since a very young age. Dog sat for family members for weeks or months at a time. Assisted with a friend getting a service dog for two weeks. One of the best and most eye opening experiences. I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to play, walk, and interact with your dogs or cats! I also travel a bit for work so I am available to do several different counties and areas. I can easily crate your dog or cat if it is needed. I am great with dogs on a leash and will let them run free if your yard is fenced in. I think it is so important for you animals to get some energy out and have a great time playing outside or inside.
