I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. About: I've consistently had at least one cat and dog in my household at all times, if not two! I took Small Animal Care 1&2 in high-school. Durring summer breaks I went to horse camp where we learned how to safely handle, ride, and groom horses. I occasionally take care of my neighbors chickens when they go on vacation. There’s always someone home even if I need to step out briefly, my mom grandma or my boyfriend, who are both equally experienced and caring with pets, are always around to help. I usually introduce them during meet and greets so everyone feels comfortable and at ease
About: I’ve dog sat for many clients before not in the Rover app. I enjoy being able to take the animals on walks and playing with them! I’m very kind to animals and love meeting different breeds! I have a dog and 4 cats of my own, so I’m very much used to taking care of animals! Most of my cats are indoors but I do have a dog that I take on walks. I’m currently looking for a full time job to replace my current job. I am a senior in college but do it all online so I am very flexible. I always try to make a pet feel as comfortable as possible around me. I’m not an overly hyper person so I wouldn’t make them nervous in that way. I usually come in, sit down, and let them get used to me and make sure they’re okay to get around me.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats of ranging sizes for friends, family, and neighbors for many years. I typically stay overnight, walk the animals during the day and feed on the owners schedule. Any request is easily met by me! I currently attend Germanna community college and I am in their dental program for dental assisting- and just got accepted into the dental hygiene program starting Jan 2026! I am in school full time and like to fit dog sitting in between my days! I typically watch pets at the clients household, mainly because I still live with my parents and we have pets of our own! I typically first meet the owners and get a good grasp of what the expectations are. If I'm caring for a pet in a client's home, I follow a comprehensive approach to ensure that their pet is comfortable, happy, and safe while their owners are away. I ensure the pet always is hydrated and well fed on the owners schedule. I am able to provide walks upon the owners request.
About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question
About: I been around dogs and cats my whole life. I been housesitting for family and friends for the last 5-6years. My grandmother’s pets are on a strict schedule, and diet therefore I understand strict diet. I’ve worked on a farm so I have experience with farm animals, small pets, and some exotic animals. In the last two years, I’ve had two sets of puppies so I know what it takes to care of puppies. My Roxy was 13 year old when we had to put her down from old age, so I know what it takes to care for a senior dog. I’m currently not working, therefore I have plenty of time to cuddle, play and care with your pets. I can send pictures and/or videos thought your vacation for peace of mind! I like taking care of pets in their own house to make them feel as safe as possible. I will follow any rules or instructions you have for your house and pets.
