“Joy did an incredible job taking care of my high energy puppy! He loved his time there and came home a different dog! I loved the daily update and pictures! He’s been so tired and chill ( not his usual self lol) already booked with her again over spring break!”

“Angela was fantastic! This was the first time we’ve ever left our dog with someone not family and he was treated like he was one of her own. She made us feel at ease with leaving him. She made sure he got his medicine each time he ate and sent us updates throughout the weekend. We will definitely reach out again when we’re in need!”

“Heather was very pleasant and easy to work with! She sent lots of photos and made sure to clarify any questions or concerns I had at drop off. I reviewed photos throughout the duration of his stay and he didn’t want to leave! I’ll be booking again!”

“Where do I begin? Kashawna was outstanding with my babies. I think she spoiled them even more(if possible)😂 she took them on walks mixed their food kelp them on their feeding schedule and loved on them. I also received plenty pics which made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my vacation. Will definitely use her again!”

“Chloe and her husband were super amazing. Great communication and provided photos daily without having to ask. I know my pup enjoyed her time there as she came home crashed on the couch the rest of the day. Guessing she did a lot of running and playing. Thanks Chloe!”

“Top tier stay! This was our first time EVER having to drop our Kenzie off and Megan made us feel so comfortable! I checked in constantly and she never made me feel like a bother! She loved on our fur baby just how she is loved on here at home! Megan will definitely be our forever go to person whenever we are in need! We appreciate you so much!”

“I cannot express how thankful I’m with Jared and Ly, they did amazing with my dog Sissi, we recently moved to the area and I was so anxious because I needed a place for her for a week, I’m so happy about how this experience went, they kept me posted everyday with lots of pictures, and gave the peace of mind that I was needing. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!”

“July 8-12, 2022 stay with Cristina. Great time at her home. Always gives lots of updates. Goes on long walks and her home is so clean and inviting. Highly recommend. She’s definitely our go to Rover sitter.”

“Andrea was awesome, she kept our Yorkie (Thumper) for 8 days while we took a vacation. She showed him love, she's so sweet, she took great care of him. We highly recommend her, She kept us updated on how he was doing, she sent us videos and pictures.”

“Jen demonstrated remarkable compassion and care for our dogs throughout their stay, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for their initial boarding experience, reminiscent of their daily life. We enjoyed receiving daily updates with photos of our dogs while we were away.”

“I felt comfortable leaving Buddy with Israel and his wife, both are super sweet! Buddy definitely had fun and I had peace of mind which is priceless!!!! Thank you again for everything! Buddy will see you soon!”

“Tara was absolutely amazing! I was nervous for our fur baby to stay with anyone bc she's very skittish and we've only have her about 6 months. But Tara took everything at Gracie's pace and she ended up loving all the other puppies and kittens! She sent at least 1 pic a day to she how she was doing and a little update! Will definitely book her again!”

“Stephanie was great! She was really good about communicating with me and responded quickly. When I had a timing mix-up she was flexible and worked around my schedule. I had never left my kitten at another house before, so she allowed me to do a little day care for free before the actual dates I was gone to allow him to get used to the environment which was so nice. She also had two very sweet but super active dogs and a friendly cat. My kitty is pretty chill and adjusted well but I could see all of the other animals (especially the dogs) potentially being a lot for a skiddish/anxious animal to handle. At the end of the day I got Kuzco back a very happy cat and I would definitely trust her to watch him again :) Thank you!!”

“Madi and her family were so welcoming and loving to my girls. They provided peace of mind and were accommodating to our extra needs due to being stuck out of town longer than anticipated. She sent multiple daily updates with photos showing me they were in the best of care. My girls experienced so many cuddles, walks, and a lot of playtime…they may have even been reluctant to leave Madi’s home! The communication was beyond excellent and I for sure trust her with my dogs again! 🐾🩷💕”

“Heather was amazing! Our dog Sport had the best time while we were away for a week! Heather was a blessing to our family! She sent us daily updates with pictures and she was very loving to Sport, he also had a great time with the other dogs, which were very nice! Heather is great at her job, we are thankful we booked with her for the first time, and we will do it again!!! We recommend her 100% 👍 The Barnes family”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
