About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for years, including overnight stays and quick drop-ins for potty breaks. I have experience with different routines and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m also a pet owner myself—I have three cats and a mini goldendoodle who loves to play! I got into dog sitting because we had taken our dog to be boarded before and were very unhappy with the lack of care and love she received when she was boarded. I wanted to make sure other families didn’t have that experience as well. We have a fully fenced-in backyard, so there’s plenty of safe space for dogs to run, play, and get their energy out. My daily routine is already built around structure, consistency, and caregiving, so pet care fits in seamlessly. I’m used to following schedules, whether that’s for feeding times, potty breaks, walks, or playtime. I make time for walks, outdoor play in my fenced-in yard, and plenty of attention and care. Throughout the day, I’m organized and responsive, making it easy to prioritize pets’ needs and stick to their normal routines. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, and it naturally fits into my day just like caring for my own pets. I care for pets in my home by creating a safe, comfortable, and structured environment where they can feel at ease. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and any special instructions. Pets have access to my fully fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and supervision throughout the day. I also keep a clean and pet-friendly space, ensuring water is always fresh and that pets are monitored closely during interactions. Boarding Policies: • I do not accept pit bull–type dogs for boarding. • Drop-offs and pick-ups must occur within the agreed-upon time window. • A $25 late fee will apply if you are more than 30 minutes late for drop-off without prior approval. • If your dog is not dropped off by 8:00 PM, you will need to either wait until the next business day for drop-off or cancel the booking on your end, which may be subject to cancellation fees according to platform policy. • Owners are required to provide their dog’s food for the duration of their stay to help maintain consistency in their diet and avoid digestive upset. If food is not provided, a $30 supply fee will be added to the booking to cover food provided during their stay. Thank you for your understanding and for trusting me with your pets. About: I have been dog sitting through Rover for 10 years now, and I absolutely love it! It's so rewarding getting to help people when they need a hand and take care and love for their dogs! There's nothing that makes me more happy than seeing a happy pup wagging their tail for me! I am so glad I started dog sitting, it's a great way to fill my time. I've dealt with young puppies all the way to old dogs who don't get around well to dogs who don't accept new people right away and dogs who are all up in your face! I love them all! Since I'm an organized person, I love being able to follow directions and do everything that's asked of me. I like to make sure the dogs stay in their normal routine as much as possible, while also providing extra fun time with a new person! About: I am 30 years old and I live with my husband and 5 year old daughter. We recently lost our 225lb English mastiff and figured pet sitting would help us move on easier. We love meeting new dogs and people and enjoy having them in our home. I work from home full time so I am always home with them as well. About: There’s never been a time in my life where I haven’t been active. Realizing I could be both; active AND hang out with some furry friends - it was a no brainer for me. I’ve had two of my own dogs for the majority of my life (cat lover as well), so I’ve most definitely been acclimated to all that they may throw at me. I started rover mid 2025 as a side gig after hopping out of the 9-5 life - I now have a consistent clientele and pups/ kitties that I’ve watched grow up. About: I’ve dealt with small to large pups in different breeds. I’ve handled all kinds of request like clothing when it’s raining or cold etc. I’m here to service you! I have a doggie and had her for four years and babysat other dogs two years before her. I work from home so my schedule is open to step away and attend to the doggies! I tend to take mine to the park down the street and go on walks three times a day. The doggies are free to roam around my home and have a comfy couch to chill on. There’s plenty of roaming space and toys that I keep! each dog has their own food and water bowl. In clients home I will follow any directions given.
