About: Hey there, My name is hannah but most people just call me Harlie. Im a part time stay at home dog mom and trainer. I love dedicating my time to pampering your dogs. Ive been a dog trainer and service dog handler for 10 years and grew up Raising and training hunting dogs. My goal is to treat your pets as i would my own pets. (who are spoiled rotten but dont tell them that) I specialize in dogs with seperation anxiety and behavorial issues. Im available thru the week and the weekends. Your pet will have a ball staying with me. I will make sure your pet has the most fun and comes back to you tired, happy and well mannered. Drop offs and pickups 7 days a week. Tuesday thru Saturday pickups and drop offs will be after 2pm theres no wiggle room on that as ill be at work. Sundays and Mondays pickups and drop offs can be scheduled anytime between 9am and 4pm with some minor give and take for timing. I work night shift hrs 3am to 1pm so your pet is never left alone at home for long. If im gone I have 24/7 camera monitoring in my kennel area so I can always see and hear what's going on. When im home outdoor games and interactive puzzles and treats will fill your pups mental and physical needs. I have a beautiful fenced in back yard, grooming facilities, training room, and more. Your pet will get everything they need and want while here. Everything is tailored to each individual dog based on their needs. While I do provide kennels if your pet is nervous or never boarded before id highly suggest bringing their own Kennels. Any damage done to my kennels will encur a fee and no repeat bookings unless the dog comes with anxiety medications upon next booking and you'll be required to provide your own kennels after that.
“Taylor is absolutely wonderful!!! She's a positive, dependable and kind caretaker who sent pictures of my very content and happy puppy which made me smile during a busy work day. I think Bella just loves her the way she wagged her tail, prancing to me and then back to Taylor. I can't thank her enough and give her the highest rating for care well done. :)”

About: I have had big dogs, little dogs, and in between dogs. I have kept dogs for several friends and family members, and have experience in keeping them in my home as well as drop in visits at their homes. I am a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to care for animals. I spend a lot of time with my doggies through out every day The dogs have a special area in the house complete with the kennel, food, water, etc. I keep all cleaning supplies and anything they could hurt themselves getting a hold of put up where it can’t be gotten into
“Chelsey is amazing and was an absolute lifesaver! I unexpectedly had to work remotely out of town and needed last minute help with my dog. I messaged her early that morning on a whim, and she responded immediately. She even came to pick my dog up so I could clock in at a decent time, which meant so much. She kept my dog all day, took her on two walks, gave her play time, plenty of potty breaks, and sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. When I picked her up, my dog was SO happy and playing with the other dogs which is huge because she’s not always the best with other dogs. It was clear she felt comfortable, happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Chelsey for all your fur babies’ needs and will absolutely be using her services again in the future whenever possible!”

“Our energetic sweet dog had a great day with Ro. I felt totally comfortable with her. She seemed like a natural with dogs, had a great backyard, played with our dog during the day. Our dog was loving all over her when we came to pick him up. Ro is great. Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Morgann took great care of our pup and was super understanding with our dogs first ever puppy sitter. We were really happy with how she communicated and her flexibility with our shifting schedule. Our pup came home super happy and in great spirits!”

About: I have own dogs my whole life. I have one Rottweiler and a Yorkie/Minpinch. My Rottweiler is very friendly. They both love people and other dogs. Both of my dogs are very we’ll behaved. They would love to play with your fur babies. Yes I consider my dogs family, and I would treat you dogs as family also. My husband and I live on 5 acres so your dogs will have lots of room to run and will be watched with love, and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed when you pick them up. I love animals and treat other peoples animals like they're my own. We have a fence in area. It's not attached to our home, but it is well shaded with 3 cement stalls where they can go lay down if they wanted too. I also have long training leash so i can play with them since I don't have a fence yet. I used it with my Rottweiler that passed when I lived in apartment up in Michigan. It works great cause its really long so if I needed to step on it I could to stop them. I Iam looking forward to meeting you and and taking care of your fur babies . I am open 7 days a week.Animals are my passion, snd want to do it full time. I will beable to take them out when ever needed and exercise just like i do with my own. my husband is home all day,so they wouldn't be left alone I have 5 acres we finally have s fence in area so your dog will be safe, and will beable to get plenty of exercise. I also have a long traing leash so I can play with them without putting in the fence in area. I used it for my rottweilers. It works great because it's really long so you can jump on it if they start to take off. Since we have a fence in area now, when they in it ,I will check on them periodically to make sure they are ok. I also will get in the fence wirh them to play with them. I would never leave them out in yhe heat or cold to long. Like i said i treat other animals just like they are my own .
“Cici loved going to Kelly's! She was wagging her tail and (annoyingly) jumping all over the place for daycare a few days after the meet and greet. She got to play with another dog about her size. Cici was ASLEEP a couple hours after I brought her home. She hardly ever settles on her own! I will definitely be bringing Cici back to Kelly's!”

“My mini poodle has separation anxiety and Sarah and her husband took great of him. I could tell by the picture of him he was relaxed and felt safe. I can't wait to use Sarah again and recommend that others do the same if you are seeking a warm and kind environment for your babies!”

About: My mom was a vet tech growing up and I have been around all sized dogs my whole life. We have boarded them in our home, and I would like to continue to do so. Whether it is drop in visits or boarding, I have plenty of room to run. I am local to parks, and can tend to whatever the dogs may need exercise wise. I also enjoy walking all dogs, and I love all breeds. I am home most of the time, so the dogs won’t be stuck alone for hours on end. I work from home, so there will not be much of a time that the dogs will be alone. I can cater to whatever the dogs need. We have plenty of trails to walk (perks of living in the country” I have plenty of bones, toys, blankets, and anything to make your dog happy and comfortable.
About: I have always loved animals of all kinds. It started when I was a little girl and I was constantly bringing animals home with me! During my husband's time in the USAF, we moved around for 26 years and in our final tour, we were stationed near a dog grooming school. I decided to go to school while grooming my own dogs at home! I was disappointed one afternoon after spending 8 hours grooming my dogs that I didn't have more to groom! Once my husband retired from the Air Force we were able to build my shop. I have owned the Grooming Gazebo for 9 years now and have decided to expand my business! I have added the Getaway for dogs to be able to stay while their parents are on vacation! I absolutely love dogs and especially love taking care of them! We have a 70 acre farm and your pup could enjoy long walks and a completely fenced in yard with a nice porch to sit on just in case they decide to hang out! If you would like to come check us out, please give us a call!
“Bella loved it as soon as she got there! And I believe she would have stayed with Chevaughn if I 'd let her! He took her to a park and she sat with him. So glad I found someone Bella could stay with without any issues! She even got along with their dog and their children!;! Awesome!”

“Our pup loved Zydae and her 2 dogs. A very balanced and sweet bunch who took our dog Mars in just like one of their own. He was eager to arrive for day care each day. We appreciated the help and the loving touch.”

“Jasper was suffering from anxiety after using a dog walker and I decided Doggy daycare would be a better choice. He needed daily activity while I was at work and Katie has given that. Her children love being around dogs and play with Jasper all day. He is tired out by the time I pick him up, perfect because I am too after a long day. I rebound with him over the weekend and all is well. Now when I pickup my car keys he is at the door thinking we are going to Katies every time, hilarious. Katie is great and I will continue using her home to keep my dog safe and stimulated all day. Thanks Katie”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of June 2026, there are 266 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Parks Crossroads. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Parks Crossroads commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 266 sitters in Parks Crossroads, 91% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
