“Cascade was so great! She took the dogs on a 5 mile hike. She has other dogs so my dog had fun playmates for the day. She has a huge fenced backyard so plenty of room to run. She also sent me videos and pictures throughout the day which was great to see how my dog was doing. I highly recommend her.”

“As always, our dogs have loved their stay at Debbie's! I really appreciate how communicative Debbie is about the dogs while they are with her. I don't know what we would do without Debbie!”

“Annie was amazing! Our dog loved being there with her and got along well with her dog Penny. 💕 Annie’s back yard is great and Sparky loved exploring. 🥰 Thank you Annie!”

“Dannie was great!! She was super quick to respond when I needed a sitter on almost no notice, it was a lifesaver especially given her close proximity to my own neighborhood. But also! Dannie did a really great job with my little anxious girl. She only stayed one night but dannie sent me pictures and updates and my pup came home happy and worn out from play. Dannie was also really friendly and willing to coordinate my dogs dropoff with a friend of mine when i was out of town. i felt good about leaving my fur baby with her and I would definitely do so again. Thank you thank you!!!”

“Rebecca took great care of our dog, Birdie, and clearly has a love & understanding of dogs. She has a great grassy backyard and two sweet poodles- Birdie had a great time & she will definitely be back!”

“Very nice to work with Audrey. She took hosted my dog for 28 days while I was on a float trip through the Grand Canyon. She was great with my dog! I would definitely use her again!”

“We loved having Bree and her family watch our dog Ollie. Bree was thorough in taking notes about our dog’s routines and took the best care her, taking Ollie to baseball practice, out for walks, and giving Ollie plenary of belly rubs. We were so impressed by Bree’s care that we rebooked for a following trip. Our dog Ollie was sad to return home to us following her stay at Bree’s.”

“She was amazing!!!! I would definitely leave my dog again with someone trusted. Loved how she treated my baby, took awesome pictures and took my baby for a walk ♥️. Definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“We were visiting the area from out of state with our pup but couldn’t have him with us for a couple of days. Jacob hosted Bentley on those two days and took great care of him. We absolutely would recommend Jacob. He’s a very responsible and caring young man. Thank you again!”

“Really nice family! Great yard for the pups! Unfortunately one of our pups got sick so we had to cut our trip shirt. They were fabulous with sending videos of her and updates the whole time! Thankfully pup is doing just fine. Back to her goofy self! Highly recommend them!”

“Excellent care! Brett send a message each day to let me know how my dog was doing. I appreciated the updates and had complete peace of mind while away on travel. Daisy was treated like part of the family.Highly recommend!”

“Nicole was awesome and she has a wonderful space for the dogs to hangout inside and outside. Rye had a great time, I got photos of him playing and chasing squirrels. Will definitely be having him stay with Nicole again!”

“Carrie was fantastic! No complaints. She and her dogs are pleasant, she answered all of my questions, was extremely responsive over the app, listened thoughtfully to my concerns, and sent pictures during my dog's stay. Gimble had a great time at Carrie's house and I'm 100% sure Gimble would be excited to return in the future!”

“Trevor and Zac are absolutely amazing! Our dog ran back inside when we arrived because he did not want to leave! Barkley is such a sweet gal that makes the stay for our dog so fun! Absolutely recommend and will use again!”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in 3rd grade. It wasn’t until 2024 that I started looking after Mom's dog Sally, and I have looked after her very well then and on many other occasions. I’ve also looked after Melon, my brother's greyhound whenever he and his wife had to go away. I have lots of free time, with a couple exceptions: on Monday, I have therapy every two weeks. On Tuesday, I go to quality connections. On Wednesday, I work at APS. Thursdays, Fridays, Saturday’s, and Sundays would be best, but any day will do, so long as your dog doesn’t mind being alone for long periods of time. I can take your dog out for a walk when he or she needs to go. I make sure to feed them and give them their medicine at the proper time. I can also provide a dog with a friend and companionship.

About: I’ve spent my whole life caring for family pets and that hands‑on experience is what inspired me to pursue a career as a veterinarian. Because I’ve grown up around animals and have watched over relatives' pets before. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets, and I’m great with playful animals who need attention and structure. Even though my experience comes from family pets, I take their care seriously: feeding on schedule, keeping them active, watching for changes in behavior, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I treat every animal like they’re part of the family, and I bring that same care to any pet I look after. I’m free any time, day or night, so your pet or your home gets my full attention. I currently do not work, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for drop‑ins, house sitting, or cat care. I’m reliable, organized, and always on time, and I was raised to leave things better than I found them. I take pride in being tidy, respectful, and extremely attentive in any home I’m trusted with. I keep things clean, follow your instructions closely, and make sure your pet’s space stays calm and comfortable. My goal is to create a peaceful, secure environment where your pet feels relaxed and cared for, and your home is left even better than when you handed it over.
“Rooney just came home from a week with Claire- happy, healthy and a liitle tired. Claire gives just the right amount of contact to pet parents and obviously cares about her charges. Another great stay with Claire; it won't be his last.”

Definitely recommend having your dog stay with Cascade! I just got a new Bernese puppy and was pretty nervous to leave her while I went to my military training for a couple weeks. My pup had a blast and got to run around and play with Cascade’s dogs who are very friendly so it definitely eased my new puppy mom guilt.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
