“I had to leave my two boys behind for an 8 day trip while I traveled for work. First time using Rover and Cascade and Jordan were great to my dogs. They have a huge yard to play in and are obviously used to having animals around. I’d definitely use them again in the future to watch my pups!”
“Annie was AMAZING!! She provided a place for Rue to feel comfortable and receive all the love and attention she pleased. Rue had a few medications that Annie made sure to take the time to administer correctly but also safely for Rue. Annie kept me updated every day with photos of Rue, and how she was adjusting. Rue came home happy and healthy! The whole time I felt completely at ease knowing Rue was in such caring hands. I would 100% rebook with Annie. I highly recommend Annie as a sitter for anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet sitter.”

“Very nice to work with Audrey. She took hosted my dog for 28 days while I was on a float trip through the Grand Canyon. She was great with my dog! I would definitely use her again!”

“Dannie was so wonderful to work with. She took great care of my dog over a holiday with not much notice. She was a life saver! And Sparky loved her place. Thank you!!”

“Our dog Charlie has stayed in several different homes in multiple states. Grant & Aurora were by far the best. If you need to leave your loved one with someone you will not be disappointed. Their service and care for Charlie was spectacular.”

“We feel so blessed to have found Rebecca ✨ Our dog Lola was so happy and loved when we picked her up after her stay. Rebecca asked if we were open to trying a different brand of dog food while we were away and upon return, Lola’s coat was super shiny and beautiful. Needless to say, we’ve switched brands. It was Lola’s first extended visit and we would highly recommend Rebecca.”

“Ana María has been watching my dog for nearly two years and has truly made her feel like part of the family. This latest time, as soon as Gracie got out of the car and realized where she was, she trotted to Ana María's front door and never looked back. Gracie has such a magnificent vacation every time she stays there: lots of hikes with the whole family, lots of hugs and love. I never have to worry about a thing when I go away. Furthermore, Ana María is extremely responsive to questions, very flexible when plans change, and she sends the most beautiful pictures of both our pets. She brings out a different facet of their personalities that we don't normally see. Both the cat and the dog are worn out after their vacation, and we've noticed that both have grown calmer and more self assured since spending time with Ana Maria and her family. We love them! They are the best!”

“Jacob was a wonderful host for Andie! He took great care of her and gave her lots of walks and attention. It’s clear he really loves dogs. We will be using him again for sure!”

“Bree and her family are exceptional! She took care of our dog Ollie twice (we’re repeat bookers), send lovely photos, and was thorough in asking questions and getting to know our dog before we left on our trip.”

“Brett was so amazing!!!! Our dogs ADORED her backyard and received lots of care and love and snuggles from her! She was AMAZING at taking them on walks and even gave us a trick to help keep our dogs from pulling so hard when we walk them. Our dogs LOVED her and the next time we need a boarder we will definitely go to Brett first. She is PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!”

“Incredible family team giving Bruno all the love and attention. Great communication and flexibility on drop and pick up. Huge level of confidence and I am sure Bruno was sad to leave.”

“Yesica is by far the best dog sitter I have ever had and I finally had a worry free trip knowing my dogs were so well cared for! She sent pictures, videos, and took them on walks and dog park trips! They had their own vacation. I will 100% use her again!”

“Nicole and her family were great with Hugo. They took care of all of his needs so we could leave knowing he was in good hands. We could tell that Hugo enjoyed his time with them.”

“Trevor and Zac are absolutely amazing! Our dog ran back inside when we arrived because he did not want to leave! Barkley is such a sweet gal that makes the stay for our dog so fun! Absolutely recommend and will use again!”
About: I’ve been a dog mom since last year and caring for my pup has quickly become the best part of my daily life. From walks and playtime to feeding, training, and cuddles, I know how much attention and love dogs need to thrive. I also helped take care of my in-laws’ dog, so I’m experienced with more than one pup at a time. Every dog I meet is treated like part of my family. Since I’m currently studying from home, I have a very flexible schedule and can give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available on weekdays and weekends for walks, daycare, or boarding, depending on what your pet needs. I don’t have a car so I’m not available to do pick ups or walk in visits to your home. I have a safe home with a fenced yard and one very friendly dog who loves making new friends. Safety is always my top priority, whether on walks or in the yard. I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and loved, and I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages while you’re away.
“Carrie was fantastic! No complaints. She and her dogs are pleasant, she answered all of my questions, was extremely responsive over the app, listened thoughtfully to my concerns, and sent pictures during my dog's stay. Gimble had a great time at Carrie's house and I'm 100% sure Gimble would be excited to return in the future!”

About: I’ve spent my whole life caring for family pets and that hands‑on experience is what inspired me to pursue a career as a veterinarian. Because I’ve grown up around animals and have watched over relatives' pets before. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets, and I’m great with playful animals who need attention and structure. Even though my experience comes from family pets, I take their care seriously: feeding on schedule, keeping them active, watching for changes in behavior, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I treat every animal like they’re part of the family, and I bring that same care to any pet I look after. I’m free any time, day or night, so your pet or your home gets my full attention. I currently do not work, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for drop‑ins, house sitting, or cat care. I’m reliable, organized, and always on time, and I was raised to leave things better than I found them. I take pride in being tidy, respectful, and extremely attentive in any home I’m trusted with. I keep things clean, follow your instructions closely, and make sure your pet’s space stays calm and comfortable. My goal is to create a peaceful, secure environment where your pet feels relaxed and cared for, and your home is left even better than when you handed it over.

Definitely recommend having your dog stay with Cascade! I just got a new Bernese puppy and was pretty nervous to leave her while I went to my military training for a couple weeks. My pup had a blast and got to run around and play with Cascade’s dogs who are very friendly so it definitely eased my new puppy mom guilt.

Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
