“Naomi did a great job taking care of our dog (25lbs), Echo, while we were out of town. This was our first major trip since we got her and she can be nervous in new environments. Naomi sent us daily photos and I can tell that Echo warmed up to her quickly. Thank you again Naomi!”

“I cannot say this from the rooftops loud enough, but Kate was amazing! From the moment she got our dog Abbey, I received photos and updates throughout our trip. She was able to spot check a few things at our house when she picked up our dog and even checked on the cat without us asking. We could tell Kate cared a lot about our dog and was very considerate with the time to pick up our dog. We are grateful that our dog loved her and her pets so much, she slept like a rock after their visit! This makes our next stay out of town a breeze, because we know who we are going back to!”

“Rémy was in such good hands! Photos and video showed Remy playing with other dogs and he sparked with happiness, I don’t think he missed me. Lol. He was glad to be with me after few days. Zhou is someone you can leave your dog with and not worry about the dog.”

“Tanya and her family were everything we could have hoped for! We appreciated her care for our precious pup and the communication we received while out the country for a couple weeks. We are forever grateful!”

“Excellent experience. Jamie and her family were very loving to our senior dogs. They welcomed them like a part of their family loved on them and made them feel comfortable. The family provided lots of pictures and videos throughout their stay. Highly recommend!”

“This is our third time using Rover and our first time with Dennis L. Our experience was fantastic. Dennis obviously is a dog lover and took great care of our two large dogs. We received pictures of our dogs while on vacation. Communication was excellent and the process was very easy. We hope to use Dennis again and would highly recommend him!”

“My dog was very well taken care of at Eric's. I received pictures throughout my trip which was very reassuring. Eric is pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. He was a very good sitter for my precious dog! I'll use him again.”

“My dog was very well cared for and came home from his 4 day stay happy and tired! Halie sent pics and videos everyday. It was obvious he was very comfortable and felt right at home. He can be anxious especially when away from home so I am super happy with Halie!”

“Sam was so great with our big dog. She sent lots of pictures and it felt like she treated him just like her own dog. Great communication & friendly. Would recommend and will request again for sure.”

“Madi took amazing care of our dog, Chipotle. Being gone multiple days isn’t something he’s used to, and the updates with pictures showed he was obviously calm and relaxed. Thank you for your awesome care and attention to Chipotle!!”

About: I grew up on a small town farm and was raised around horses, dogs, cats, chickens, etc. until I graduated high school. I was responsible for caring for the farm animals, so I have lots of experience with different animals and pets, including cats and dogs (of all sizes and ages). I recently graduated with a master degree in biomedical science and am looking for some extra work while I figure out what I’d like to do in the long term. I currently have four pets that I absolutely adore— a Labradoodle, German Shepherd, dachshund, and a fat, orange cat! I take the dogs on long daily walks and am experienced with walking/handling two large—sometimes rowdy—dogs at once. We also love to go on adventures at the park from time to time. As a recent graduate, I am currently taking time off from school and full-time work, so my schedule is very open and flexible (especially afternoons). I am usually available for dog walking duties anytime after 11 AM, but can make short stops to take care of dogs/cats anytime during the day. If you’d prefer to have your pet(s) stay at my house instead, my animals and I would love the company! If an overnight stay is required at your house, details will need to be arranged prior to the stay. I currently care for my three dogs and one cat at home. I take the three dogs on long daily walks in the neighborhood, feed them twice daily, and clean out the cat litter box daily. I also occasionally care for my mother‘s large German Shepherd, who requires daily walks, feeding, and oral medication administration. She has several cats, who I care for by cleaning the litter boxes and feeding daily as well. Overall, I have experience walking/handling large and small dogs of various ages, administering oral medication, cleaning out litter boxes, playing with pets, and daily feeds. Depending on the job and the dog/cat I am responsible for, I am willing to care for your animal in a way that best fits their needs as you see fit.

“Jennifer took such great care of our Georgia girl. We had absolutely no worries while we were out of the country for over a week. She sent us plenty of pictures and updates that helped with missing our dog. It was such a smooth process and she treated Georgia like her own dog. We couldn’t be more thankful that we found her on our first time having a Rover sitter! It was a major plus that our dogs got along soooo good (will definitely have to have a play date with Z). We would definitely leave our dog with Jennifer any time and have total peace of mind. That’s all you can ask for! Thank you! Collyn, Kelsey and Georgia :)”

“We were so happy to have Stephanie and her family take care of our dog Bushel while we were out of town. We got lots of pictures and updates to reassure us that Bushel was having fun and doing great. I will be using Stephanie again and would recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you so much for treating Bushel like part of your family while we were gone! We appreciate you.”

“Kyndal had a great time with Cheryl! When I picked her up, you could tell she had been very well taken care of & SO happy. I will be booking with Cheryl again in the future!”

“Rudy was great with communication the entire stay ! He sent plenty of pictures of Aoki enjoying himself throughout the week. Joy rides and lots of playtime . Definitely will be returning !”

“Angela and her husband were very nice and caring with Laila. I received plenty of updates and photos while I was away. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Angela even made little doggie treats and Laila absolutely loves them. Thank you guys!”
Park City pet parents share their Rover experiences
Amy was amazing with my dog, Brownie. He can definitely be a barker, but he’s a sweet, lovable boy, and she was so patient and understanding with him. She really treated him like he was part of her own family. She kept me updated the whole time with messages and photos, which meant so much to me. I never had to worry about how he was doing. She even asked about his preferences and routines to make sure he felt comfortable and at home. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Brownie looked happy and relaxed, and that says everything. He totally didn’t miss me when I picked him up lol. You won’t find anyone like her. I’d trust her again in a heartbeat.
