Services

Linda can host

0 to 15 lbs
16 to 40 lbs
No females in heat
Crate-trained dogs only
Takes only 1 client at a time

Availability

I work full time from home, so rarely would your pet be alone. I treat your dog like I treated my own. If I run an errand, your dog runs an errand with me (as long as you approve). We might take a walk, we might Netflix and chill, we might swim in the summer, it just depends what your dog “tells” me they wanna do! We have two guinea pigs (who can be separated from other animals if needed). It’s just my husband and I and our teen daughter, who is generally the one our guest dogs sleep with!

Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.

Information Linda W. would like to know about your pet

It’s important to me to know if your pet has a normal characteristics I should know about. Since I work from home, are they are constant talker (aka barker)? I can handle it, just need to warn anyone on my daily meetings! Does your furry friend tell me they need to go outside or should I just prompt them? Do they have any favorite toys or special treats? I don’t want to spoil them too much but I give rewards for just being cute, but I can limit it (and I don’t want to risk an upset tummy with something new from me)!

A typical day

My girl went everywhere with me and so will your pet, if you allow. Frequent coffee runs or quick walks to break up my day and “fetch” in the backyard (if they are into that)! During the week, I am home, so we will head to the backyard a few times if needed and get some air. Otherwise, it will depend on your pet - relax or recharge as needed!

Pet care experience

I lost my girl in late 2024. Pet sitting for others has really helped my heart to heal. I have always had a dog in my life but I am not yet ready to commit to my next soulmate. I work from home full-time and miss having a shadow with me. Comfortable with meds and needles, as needed. Comfortable with elderly dogs.

Linda was absolutely wonderful with our puppy! She covered him with so much love and care he came home with renewed confidence and energy ! We felt full confidence in her care and much appreciated her updates and pictures while we were away! Thank you, Linda!

Linda is amazing! She’s a dog lover through and through. She has loved my dog as one of her own. She has watched him for short days and also for longer periods. I always feel completely comfortable and at ease with her care. I highly recommend her to care for yours too!
