I had some last minute changes in my schedule, and Franklin was so gracious and accommodating. Keno normally takes a long time to warm up to people in new places and can experience some separation anxiety. But is was clear from the consistent videos and pictures I was receiving from Franklin that Keno quickly adjusted to that space. This was one of my best experiences with Rover! Thanks, Franklin!”
