About: I did the animal science program at boces for 2 years where I got to get hands on experience with all kinds of animals such as taking care of dogs. Due to taking the animal science program I am certified as a veterinary assistant. Right now I’m also going to school for my bachelors degree in canine training and management. I also have 2 cats of my own that I’ve had and taken care of since I was 11. Heads up I have 2 cats at home still so for boarding requests I cannot accept cat reactive dogs. It fits into my schedule for the summer because of college break because I won’t have school at all and I’ll be able to give a most of my time to your pets although I do have work Monday Wednesday and Thursday. Although since Monday Wednesday and Thursday I have work from 8 to 11:30 so if doing a boarding I wouldn’t be back home until 4:30 because of transportation depending so dogs have to be okay being home alone for a little bit. If I do house sitting I cannot get to a house after 7am and before 4pm due to transportation because I cannot drive due to medical reasons and only have transportation before 7am and after 4pm. Be up front and open. Follow and respect the animals and if you go to the home respect and follow the rules. I don’t have a fenced in yard.

About: Unlike some other sitters, I have owned dogs for all of my life, and I’ve likely gone above and beyond in the care of my pets and their needs. I had my last dog from when I was in 6th grade all the way until I was a Junior in college. Through this time, I watched him develop from a puppy to a senior dog with senior needs, including strenuous lifting and even diaper changes. I am willing to go to the same lengths when caring for your beloved pets! Throughout my life, I’ve also helped my friends care for their dogs and pets. I understand the bond between an owner and their pets, and the sacred nature of letting someone else take care of them, even for a short period of time. I am currently pursuing an online Master's Degree through SUNY Oswego, and I am relatively free for the time being. I could fit your care needs into any of my days. With experience in caring for pups and cats, I can pretty much do anything you would need me to do in your home, from feeding, to walking, to crating, to keeping them excited and entertained.

“*First time user experience* Typically my mother will watch over my pets when I go out of town. Due to her age and the size/energy of my dogs, I decided to book a dog sitter. Daunting is an understatement. I was worried about relinquishing control to someone I didn’t know and inviting them into my home to care for my pets that mean so much to me. As a first time user, there were many unknowns regarding the process and inviting someone to stay in our home. No worries though. Jessica to the rescue! She was able to guide and provide information during the booking process. She then came to meet our pets and took time asking many great questions that pertained to our furries. I was a little hesitant to using Rover and having someone new around our guys. Would they understand some of their quirks? Would they provide the same loving experience that they are used to? I knew there would be many new facets to this experience. About: I've loved dogs ever since I can remember. I have experience caring for every breed of dog imaginable. Never found one I didn't love to the moon and back. I am a firefighter so my schedule can vary but I'll have lots of time to care and love your pup and give them all the scratches they deserve. I treat others' homes just like my own, if not better. I also don't mind grabbing your mail, feeding other pets, or watering plants if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all age and sizes since I was a child. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to do anything their pet needs while they’re away. In the future I’m looking to take a dog training course and slow transition into that as a full time job. Every morning I wake up and immediately tend to the dogs and let them outside to use the bathroom and play around, then we come Inside to eat breakfast to start the day. We go outside about 3x daily to potty and play. I have a big privacy fenced in yard for play time. I have 4 dogs of my own. However I typically do not let them converse with my boarding dogs unless known that they are friendly.

About: I've worked with all different kinds of animals, from domestic cats an dogs to guinea pigs,rabbits,lizards, etc. Family an friends have relied on me to walk, feed & bathe their pets. Along with grooming, nail trimming, etc. I work at a veterinary clinic with that being said I am available on weekdays anytime after 5:00pm and weekends anytime. Pet care fits my schedule great its what I was born to do working with animals. I have a huge yard to run around in with your critter, along with 1 dachshund to keep you oets company. If your pet needs to be crated or have medication, etc. I have plenty of room an chalk boards to remind of times for feeding an medication if needed. I currently work at a veterinary office. So pet care works into my routine on a daily. I have 1 dog of my own that I care for and make sure he is updated on shots, etc. I am able to pretty much do alot of things for pets, like nail trims, give medications if need be, alone with just walking the dogs etc. I care for animals anyways youd like your pretty to be cared for, if you pet needs medication, or certain play times etc. I'm more then happy to do so, I feel walking or having that one on one time with the pets is very important.

About: Responsible and caring. I want to be sure all their needs are met so they are comfortable and safe. Pets deserve to be treated well. I have spare time to help a family out with their pets. I am truly committed to the time slots I say I am available. I have an indoor cat, but he loves to go outside, so I put a collar and a leash on him and take him out daily.

About: My very first pet was our dog Lily. She was a Shi tzu. Sadly, she passed away in 2020, but we kept her pups. Lily Jr, Harmony, Mr. Tibbs & Bellsprout. They all still live at home with my parents. I miss them all the time. I've taken care of animals my whole life, I love it, it gives me purpose. I work part-time and I'm currently in medical school trying to pay off my student loans. So I'm trying to make some extra money doing something I love. About: I have a love for dogs and cats, I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats. All of my life I grew up around dogs and cats, I am very comfortable around big dogs and small dogs. I am able to help with all animal needs necessary. I am usually free at all times of the day so always able to help when needed. I work a rotating schedule but am off work at this time so I am free at any time of day and would love to help anyone out. I can take dogs on walks, spend time with them at home, feed and water them. Since I have two cats I know how to provide gentle care, clean litter boxes, feed and water them.
