I want to provide the best care for your pets, like they are my own fur babies (of which I have 2 cats). I have been pet sitting for friends, family, and colleagues for over 20 years. About: Growing up I’ve always had a pet, whether it was a dog, cat, bearded dragon, hamster, bunny, horses, chickens, etc. The past experience I have is from ages 6 weeks-18years old. I’m up for any task and have no trouble walking dogs who pull. I use a harness for one of my dogs and he is always comfortable walking with me. I currently work full-time but have a flexible schedule. I have three dogs and 2 cats of my own but have help with them. Can always adjust schedule as needed. I treat every pet the way I would want someone to treat my pet. I listen to rules very carefully and I’m a very trustworthy person. I also send updates on your furry friend!

Madison was a wonderful sitter for my senior cat, Cecil. I was gone for the better part of a week, and came home to a happy kitty and a clean house. :) She unfortunately had to deal with a squirrel break-in while I was away, and arrived to a real mess in my pantry. 😾 I have learned that my ferocious little lion has his limits when it comes to patrolling the house, and apparently squirrels are above his pay grade. Madison kept me informed while I was out, and went above and beyond while dealing with the Great Cocoa Powder Heist. This was our first time using any service like Rover and Jessica to come in and watch our pets while we were gone and absolutely an amazing experience. My dog typically "hates" men. But I was in a jam with a last-minute, two-week trip, and Noah was willing to do a meet-and-greet to see how it went. Shiloh loved him from the start. She was nervous for the first few days after I left, but eventually Noah won her over. He sent photos and videos, and I could tell she was in loving hands. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
