About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

I also worked at a doggie day care center where I worked with all size dogs for 8 plus hours at a time and facilitated friendly play so I am able to handle multiple dogs or cats at a time! I am enrolled full time in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at John Carroll University. I have classes 3x a week for 2.5-3 hours. This would be the only time I would need to leave your pet(s) alone. I live in a 2 story home within walking distance of a park suitable for dogs. I do not have any personal pets in my home. If you are looking for me to host, I live alone so it would just be your pet(s) and me. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. Our pricing reflects the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well cared for and part of our family during their stay with us. My husband and I are retired so we are very flexible in our schedule and decided we want to do something meaningful and enjoyable in our retirement. We have a large 1.5 acre lot with a pond on property. It is very serene and peaceful here. Our yard is only partially fenced so we keep the dogs on leash when walking outside. We make frequent potty breaks and like to take dogs for walks in the woods behind our house. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.

If I am boarding / house sitting I need to be set up by 8AM and my work day is done by 5pm. Each pet is different and will have different needs. I do my best to adhere to those needs. inside the home pets are free to roam around designated areas, which are kept clean and pet friendly. I never take pets outdoors without their leash as anything could happen, we also have other pets in the area so to avoid any issues i always keep those in my care close by!

My dog and I love going on daily walks and playing frisbee in the yard, and it would be my pleasure to host your pup! Currently WFH with flexible morning, lunchtime, and evening schedule, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup and get them the exercise and enrichment they need! I have a pet-friendly home and a large yard (although it is not fenced) in a safe neighborhood. I am close to many metroparks and walking trails for daily walks.
