Doggy Day Care West Bass Lake

About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where dogs are treated like family. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of affection. I follow each dog’s routine and make sure they feel happy and relaxed while they’re away from home.

They have their house set up so they can separate the dogs if need be, and she took them out one at a time so as not to have them wrestling around in the wet mud, etc. I appreciate that! ☺️ I can tell Amanda and Aaron love dogs- we are so thankful! ?????”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

“I needed care for Lewey during the day when I had some things to do. Austin was available to watch Lewey. Very dependable, and he sent me a picture to update me on how Lewey was doing. It really makes me feel relaxed that Lewey is so excited when he sees Austin coming to the car to greet him. So thankful for this service as I don’t like to leave my dog at home alone for long hours especially on a beautiful day.”

I take regular breaks for walks, playtime, and potty trips, and there’s almost always someone around to offer attention and companionship. My flexible schedule means we can stick to your dog’s normal routine for feeding, walks, and rest, and give extra care when a pet needs it. I follow your dog’s normal routine for feeding, walks, and rest so they feel secure. In our home they’ll enjoy a private yard, a walkable neighborhood, and constant company. I never take dogs out without a leash and collar, and unless otherwise told, I'll make sure to keep your dog away from others.
