“Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. My dog was older and had a lot of health issues so I am familiar with different medication that may be needed. I’m currently in grad school for nurse anesthesia and study most days from home. I have a pretty open schedule except Thursday and Friday morning-afternoon but can be available early in the am or that evening. Happy to answer any questions. Anytime except Thursday and Friday 6am-4pm (I have clinical at the VA for grad school) I have online lectures so I can have open availability during the rest of the week and weekends. I can discuss as well. I would prefer to watch your loved one at your home or do day sitting/walks. My current family dog is very timid and a rescue and is scared of literally everything so I don’t want to stress him out

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover; I have cared for my own pets most of my life, and did my first ever (non-family) pet sitting job when I was about 12 years old. I have experience with dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals. My husband and I currently have a dog and cat indoors, along with a pair of cats and fifteen ducks outside. My current pup, Abby, has taught me a lot about dog body language and behavior, so I'm better equipped than ever to interact with anxious dogs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i had my first dog in the first grade. A white Samoyed. When she was 3 she has 7 puppies! I was obsessed with them. We sold 6 and kept one. So we had 2 big white Samoyed’s that I had the responsibility of raising and attending to. They were my whole world. I’m always the first to be asked to watch someone’s dog because if there’s one thing I’m passionate about, it’s loving on dogs. I now have a mini dachshund who i love so much. I have experience with puppies, big dogs, little dogs, and senior dogs. I’m able to train puppies and care for senior dogs who would need more help in their day to day activities such as meds, frequent potty breaks, and patience. I also had an internship with the lake humane society in high school and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs/cats who could use some extra love. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 8 year old who is in school and 1 year old who both love dogs I figured i could help out some dog momma or daddies who aren’t able to be home with them all day. I am able to let your dog out every couple hours. And even take them for brief walks. We have plenty of dog toys to share, bully sticks (while supervised), treats, and extra dog bowls if needed. My husband is a realtor so is home most of the time if i am not. I crate our dog at home when we leave. I also have a camera just in case to make sure she’s okay while we’re gone. We moved so we don’t have a fenced in yard anymore. But had leads if they want to stay outside for a longer period of time. I also live next to my parents who have a fenced in yard where i could take them if you feel more comfortable with that.

About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I also volunteered at an animal shelter when I was younger. I am looking for a job to use my skills with animals. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

I have two years of experience working at a boarding/daycare facility where I was a supervisor for 1.5 years there, this means that I have experience working with dogs who need to take any type of medication- like insulin. If I were to be at my clients home I would make sure that your pets are able to go potty at a scheduled time either going in your backyard or bringing them on a walk to get everything out of their system. I can make sure that your pet will not have anything in their area that could hurt them or be eaten which could cause more damage as well.

"Check-In" [Drop-In] Visits I stop by my client's home while they're away a few times a day (Usually 3-4X is most common) for 30 minutes each time to feed, take out to potty, and play with their pets. The fee for check-ins run between $20-25 a visit, depending on the distance and the amount of times needed, holiday rates, number of pets, etc. Overnight sitting in your home is at a higher rate and dependent on scheduling availability. About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. About: I’ve been around all animals my whole life, My friends and family have always called me an animal whisperer because I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me. About: I've been around animals since I was very young and love all of them. They are part of my family and will be treated as such while they're with me. About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was a child, and they have always been a very special part of my life. Back home in Thailand, I have four dogs who are truly part of my family. I cared for them from when they were little puppies through their senior years before I moved to the U.S. to study.🫶🏻 . I usually start my day around 7:30 AM, and one of the first things I’ll do is take your pup outside for a morning walk. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have class for about three hours from 9am -12pm. After class, I’m available until around 4:00 PM, when I leave for my part-time job and get home around 8pm. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I go to work from 11-2pm & 4:30-8pm. I do get a break from 2:30-4, so I’ll be able to come let your pup out for a potty break on those days & I’ll also be able to walk and play if weather permits. I’m off on Saturday & sundays 🏡 My Home & Safety I have a spacious home with a large, fully fenced yard, giving your pup plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy time outside safely. My neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with many families, children, and dogs around, making it a great environment for walks and outdoor time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me. “This was our first time ever leaving a pet with someone we didn’t know. Our former pitty had severe abandonment issues that left us very very Anxious. Karma was so relaxed that it eased all of our anxiety. Our baby was very well taken care of and had so much fun with all his new friends and running the big backyard. She gave updates was so flexible when we needed to change our pick up time due to unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely use her in the future.”
