2. Brie H.
“Brie is an animal pro! My dog, Cora, loves her and Brie has been a Godsend for me as I continue my rehab. Cora loves her walks with Brie, and will actually wait at the door when I tell her she is coming to get her. Thx Brie!”
3. Andrew A.
“Andrew was very flexible and willing to provide extra support I was notified when he walked Lou with a picture which was great”
4. hannah w.
“Hannah is a lover of all animals and there’s no one I would trust more to take care of my boys! She doesn’t just do a quick drop in, but actually spends time playing with and loving on them.”
5. Emma S.
“Emma has beautifully taken care of my fur babies. I went out of town for over a week, which was not planned, and she swooped right in to help me. My dogs and cats were well taken care of, safe, and exercised. She has a positive, glass half full personality which works so well with animals. My older dog has difficulty with being outside for too long and needs frequent bathroom breaks. When I came home, there had been no accidents inside. I cannot recommend her more!!”
6. Zoe M.
“Thank you so much!!”
7. Rocco M.
About: During the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the life-changing decision to adopt and train a dog, transforming their behavior and manners. I specialize in working with dogs of all personalities! I’m a Miami Ohio student with just one in-person class on Friday. I don’t drink, party, or use drugs, so I have plenty of free time. I provide daily exercise, feed according to schedules, ensure a safe environment, offer companionship, and follow pet care routines to keep them happy and healthy.
8. Lindsey C.
About: I have two dogs who are often spoiled with hikes, snuffle mats, sniff work, yard activities, special treats and some basic training. I'd love to spoil your pup in the same ways while we all hang out! I walk my dogs almost every day. And on days I can't I make sure we do extra indoor activities or play extra in the Yard and maybe go for an extra car ride. First, I follow any instructions given by dog parents. I have a very large unfenced yard. Murphy is trained with a shock collar because he is a runner. My other dog doesn't run and doesn't need it. We have extra collars if you would like to go that route, or leash only in yard, or your dog can run free if they are well behaved and do not run. I also have a live tracker that can be put on collar for extra safety.
9. Jana B.
“Jana is my neighbor and a very special friend. I am 81 and Jana always checks on me to make sure I am well. Her compassion and love for all, humans and animals are qualities that I have witnessed for the five plus years that I have known her. She takes loving care of her brother’s beautiful cat and it is obvious that the cat loves to be with her. Not only is Jana a caring person but she is dependable and has very deep Christian values. My dog is my most precious companion and my home is my “castle”. Should I need a person to take care of them, Jana would be my choice.”
10. Kristina K.
About: I have worked with dogs, cats, and horses within the last 7 years. I used to work in the dog boarding business before I took a sabbatical as a stay at home mom. I'm comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes and I also love our cat friends too. I can also watch birds and small animals! As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of time during the day to walk your pups, or drop in for an extra playtime while you work! For feline friends and exotics, I am happy to drop by for cuddletime and to make sure food and water bowls are full. At this time, boarding is for in-client homes only. I would love to understand your pet's schedule and will follow instructions accordingly to ensure safety. No children will be brought on visits, nor pets of my own to avoid health concerns or behavioral concerns.
11. Mia P.
“Mia has been great with our 3 dogs for the last 6 years. We use her all the time and I feel very comfortable having her in my home when I’m not there. She does a great job especially with my diabetic senior dog. She treats them so well as if they were her own pets. I can’t recommend her enough she is wonderful.”
12. Kandice M.
About: Over the past five years, I have taken care of cats and dogs for my friends. I understand how important it is to ensure your pets are well taken care of and their needs are met especially when you are away. You can have a peaceful trip or focus on your tasks without worrying about your pets not being looked after. I am committed to providing the best care possible for your furry friends. Once I am accepted as your sitter or walker, I will make sure I allocate enough time for the care of your pet in my schedule. If house-sitting, I will be reading the notes carefully for care left by the owner and make sure I can identify all the items needed for care. I will greet the pet and make sure they are comfortable with me. Once a relationship is established, I will ensure the needs are met, by walking, playing, and feeding are fulfilled and the pet is comfortable and content while their parent(s) are away. If I am just walking a pet. I will read the care notes to make sure I will meet the needs or have an understanding of the preferences of the pet regarding walks. I will make sure we are walking on safe paths and following the traffic regulations. Also, make sure the pet is comfortable and enjoying their walk.
13. Tori K.
About: I have had my dog for 11 years now so I have experienced caring for puppies and senior dogs. Although I have had her for 11 years I have only recently (for 4 years) have been taking care of her more full time, until I went to college. I have also taken on jobs taking care of my neighbors' dogs and cats! I just got back from college and have been looking for a part-time job so in the meantime I can be free all days of the week for most hours of the day! From staying overnight to just taking them on walks and having playtime! I allow my dog to roam free in my house but we used to keep her in a crate and also in a fenced-off area, so I know to crate a dog easily! I do not have a fenced-in yard so we usually take my dog for a walk, but if we let her out in my front yard we stay right by her side. I am comfortable with any method you use for your dog!
14. Savanna S.
“Savanna is a caring and very responsible animal lover. When she is responsible for an animal, the animals well being is her priority. Outside of her own pets gerbils and dog and attending puppy training school. She worked as a groom and a feeder at a horse stables. Main duties as a groom were to follow instructions of care by the head trainer especially if there is anything wrong. As a feeder, if she doesn't show up to feed, the horses are not fed or watered. Medication administration was included in these responsibilities. If she didn't administer the medication to a horse as prescribed, there could be terrible consequences. Upon evening closing of the barn, she had to make sure that all the horses (up to 38) were good in their stalls. If there was something wrong, she was responsible to call the barn manager and owner of the horse. I think anyone's animal would be in excellent care with Savanna.”
15. Harper P.
“Harper has been taking care of our 2 (very active) dogs for 3-4 years. She pops in during the day for us and she also stays at our home when we go on vacation (weather we’re away for a long weekend or a week). Harper is responsible, dependable and loving to our pups and, somehow, my house always seems a little cleaner when we get home! I cannot recommend her enough. Our pups LOVE her and so will yours!!!”
16. Breanna L.
About: Hi! I’ve taken care of animals since I was little. I have always had dogs and have house sat cats multiple times! I currently am a student at Miami and my dog hazel, who is 6, lives there with me! I only work 3 days a week which are on the same 2 week cycle, so I have lots of time to take care of animals! I’m very good at listening to guidelines and rules when it comes to your sweet furry friends! I can’t offer boarding in my home currently.
17. Lauren S.
“Lauren was absolutely amazing! You can tell she’s true animal lover. My sweet Daisy is my child, so having someone look after her like Lauren was such a relief for me. I absolutely recommend to everyone! Thank you Lauren!”
18. Megan D.
About: I work at a vet clinic and can contact my vet at anytime. I have done this a couple of times and love it. I own one dog and love animals and I'm not afraid of any of them. Even though I work I will still have plenty of time to care for your pets. I have had a lot of experience with many different breeds and am willing to take care of any. My own dog is shy and timid and I have experience on how to handle difficult breeds and am not afraid to take care of them. I also have experience with cats, chickens, horses, and many different exotic animals. I'm also willing to learn how to take care of any type of animals.
19. Sam L.
“Sam is a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She was raised with a dog and has two of her own. She dotes on them and treats them as part of the family. She does not hesitate to render medical services and to offer them the best quality of life. She enjoys taking them on walks, playing games with them, and snuggling with them.”
20. Jessica L.
“Jessica has kept my dog for me on multiple occasions when I had to leave town. I never have to worry if he'll be properly fed and watered or whether he'll get enough exercise & attention. I've known Jessica since childhood; she loves all animals and has a special bond with them. If you need a place to safely keep your beloved fur babies, look no further. Your animal will be loved and cared for as if it was her own.”
