About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. I would prefer not to have younger dogs, only because my dogs are older and don’t like young dogs, jumping all over them. My dogs are very dog friendly though. My cats are very dog friendly. In fact, they prefer dogs over our cats!

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs for years now and have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility for 4 1/2 years. My neighbors always come to me when they need someone to take after their dogs. I’ve had experience feeding, giving medication, and training I currently work full time and usually get off early so I’ll have lots of time to care for your pups! I’m free most weekends and after 3 most days I’m not looking to provide home services at my home currently because I’m currently still living with my parents. Hopefully in the future that will be a paw-sability for me
About: I absolutely adore animals and have never lived a life without them. I adopted my very own sweet dog Sage at 18 (as soon as I was old enough) and she has been the light of my life. She has taught me a lot of patience and responsibility at a young age. She is definitely a wild girl but I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Since I have a dog I am pretty used to all of the craziness that comes with them like leash pulling, weird eating habits, mess, and of course slobber! I currently nanny from 9:00-5:00 Tuesday through Thursday so I am try to find something to fill that Friday-Monday gap! As I spend those days walking and caring for my own pup I figured I might as well look to see if I can help others! I am a very alert person when it comes to my dog as she is very shy and scared around certain things so I would have course be the same with anyone else’s dog! I would never want to put someone else’s baby in harms way so I am very cautious.

My genuine and caring personality comes from my many years working at a senior living facility, at the James Cancer Hospital, as an at-home caregiver, and now at a primary care office. Please feel free to reach out! Monday through Thursday I work 7:45am to 5pm, so I am available before or after then! On Fridays, I work 7:45-1pm. On the weekends, I am available any time! I live in a single family home with a large back yard and I am in walking distance to many parks. I currently live with two other girls and we do not own any pets. Both roommates are animal lovers as well, so we create a very caring environment!

I'm retired and lost my dog due to a stroke, so I have plenty of time to care for your family pet. I will care / walk your pet at your home or pick up and drive to a park for a hike or longer walks. I will ensure your pet is kept in a secure area while indoors and on a leash when outdoors. Should you have any specific requests, I will adhere to them and strive to maintain your pet's regular routine. For walks, I will only take pets from one household at a time to avoid mixing different households.

“We felt very confident having our 14 yr. old sheltie stay with Tasha and Joe. The day before we were to take her to their house, our dog developed bloody stools and required an emergency vet appt. Fortunately, she only required meds and Joe assured us he would give her the meds required and watch to see if any other issues appeared. They sent daily pics and updates. I was also gkad to know they had other dogs as I feel she enjoys the social interaction and helps her settle in better. She returns next week for another stay.”
