Would definitely trust Olivia to take care of Ollie again!”

About: During high school, I volunteered over 300 hours at a horse rescue, which deepened my love for animals and gave me hands-on experience in animal care. At home, I care for a guinea pig, and I’ve also spent several years working on a farm with pigs and other livestock. These experiences have taught me responsibility, compassion, and how to handle a wide variety of animals with care and confidence. I have a guinea pig at home his name is topa. Animals have always been part of my life from volunteering my time at shelters and animal rescues. I take care of each pet as if he was my own. From past having the ability to take care of family freinds pets I was able to spend quality time with animals taking care of their needs and enjoying my time on the way.

“Jackie is prompt, incredibly kind, and shows so much natural love to our little border collie Rusty. You can tell she deeply loves animals! Rusty absolutely loved to play, walk and give dog hugs! We also appreciated Jackie making time for us on short notice. We’ll definitely work with Jackie again and highly recommend her!”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life! I’ve lived with and cared for both small and large breeds, from playful Aussie Shepherds to gentle Markiesjes. I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and structured environment for dogs to feel comfortable and happy. I’m offering dog-sitting services because I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and want to gain even more hands-on experience before adopting my own. Whether your pup needs long walks, playtime, or just a cozy spot to relax, I’ll make sure they feel at home. I offer a calm, safe space, regular potty breaks, and lots of attention to ensure they feel loved while you’re away! Let’s set up a meet-and-greet—I’d love to get to know your pup! 🐾 I have a hybrid work schedule, which allows me to be home for a good portion of the day. This flexibility enables me to provide consistent care, supervision, and companionship for the dogs I sit. My schedule allows for regular walks, playtime, feeding, and potty breaks throughout the day, ensuring that each pup feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for while staying with me. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every dog in my care. In my home, I ensure that all spaces are pet-friendly, secure, and free of hazards, creating a stress-free setting for dogs to relax and feel at ease. I follow each pet’s routine and specific care instructions, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special accommodations. For dogs staying with me, I provide supervised playtime, regular potty breaks, and structured walks to keep them happy and engaged. I also respect each dog's personality—whether they love social interaction or need quiet time, I adapt to their needs to create a safe and loving experience. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain their familiar routine, ensuring they feel comfortable in their own space. I communicate regularly with pet parents, providing updates and photos so they can feel at ease knowing their dog is in good hands. My goal is to create a trusting and reliable experience for both pets and their owners.

“Do I really want to say how great Jes is? Will it get him all the business and will he be too busy for us when we need him to come and hang with our girls? He is pretty amazing and his reports and photos of my girls takes a huge burden from me. He makes travel much nicer, knowing I can count on him to show up and live on my babies.”

About: I have taken care of and walked my dog since he was a puppy up until he was a senior dog at 12. I have walked, fed, played with, and pet-sit plenty of friends and neighbors dogs of all kinds, big, small, old, young. I work remote full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm. Ideally before or right after work would be the best time, and potentially on weekends. I always do anything I can to make sure pets are comfortable in their environment. I will always be courteous and respectful in a clients home and I will make sure that the pet is well taken care of.

About: Hi, I’m Hannah — a lifelong lover of animals big or small, furry or feathered, shy or spirited! I have a B.S. in Zoology from Michigan State University and years of hands-on experience caring for animals in a multitude of environments. I gained experience at home with two beloved family dogs before working as a pet sitter, walker, and trainer around my neighborhood. From there, I volunteered to care for both cats and dogs at Help From My Friends Pet Crisis Center in Michigan and at Crazy Horse Rescue Ranch in California. So whether it’s feeding, cleaning, or just providing a little extra love, I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, needs, and temperaments. Now in Sarasota, I’m excited to offer attentive pet care services to local families and community members. I’m here to treat your pet like one of my own be it a daily walk, check-in, or overnight care. I am currently working part-time as a barista, so I have flexible availability starting in the afternoon to check-in, feed, and exercise your pets every day. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize routine, safety, and comfort. I follow your instructions closely from feeding schedules to medications to walks or quiet time so your pet feels secure and at ease. I’m mindful of your home and always make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I also keep things clean and organized and love to send updates and photos so that you know your pet is doing well while you’re away.

“Christine was awesome and we can't say enough good things about her. We received daily pictures and updates during our time away and she was extremely helpful with our older, 17-year-old, cat, as well as with our two 9-month-old kittens. Christine was very responsive to our texts, and we will continue to book her as our caretaker when we are away.”

About: I recently relocated to Sarasota, FL from Boston after many years of caring for pets back home. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have had my own pets for over 20 years, giving me a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. I currently share my home with two cats and a dog, so I’m familiar with the daily joys and responsibilities of pet care. Over the years, I’ve also pet-sat for friends, neighbors, family, and colleagues, caring for their cats and dogs with the same love and attention I give my own. I specialize in thoughtful, loving care for pets of all ages and personalities—from playful puppies to senior dogs, and curious kittens to shy adult cats. I also volunteer as a cat socializer at a local animal shelter, helping nervous or anxious cats gain trust and confidence. ****While I’m new to Rover as a sitter, I’ve been a trusted pet caregiver outside the app for years and can provide references if needed. I’ve also used Rover myself as a pet parent, so I understand how important clear communication, respecting routines, and truly connecting with your pets are.**** Whether it’s a dog who loves long walks or a cat who needs a calm presence, I bring reliability, patience, and a deep love for animals to every booking. I have a very open and flexible schedule, which lets me give pets the time and attention they truly deserve. Working remotely throughout the day means I can easily accommodate pets who need extra companionship, custom routines, or even last-minute bookings. My dog and two cats keep me on a regular pet care rhythm—walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of interaction are already part of my daily life! I believe pets thrive when they can stay in their familiar environment, so I’m happy to care for them right in their home where they feel safest. I’m very respectful of each pet’s existing routine—whether that’s specific feeding times, walks, medication, or bedtime rituals- I do my best to keep everything consistent and stress-free. I offer both drop-in visits and overnight stays, depending on your pet’s needs. Whether it’s a quick check-in for a midday walk or staying overnight for full-time companionship, I make sure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you can feel connected and confident every step of the way!!

About: I've had dogs my whole life, love them all. My kids are now in college and I have more time to spend doing things that I love! I have 2 dogs of my own at home. I have fostered for Florida Boxer Rescue before and rescued my current dogs from Satchels Last Resort. I currently work part time from home so my schedule is super flexible! I live in North Port and love to get out of the house so I'm not on the computer all day! I want your pets to feel comfortable in their own home so I'll gladly come by on a schedule that you prefer! I know my dogs feel better being at home vs a kennel or other strange place!

“If you’re looking for someone to care for your dog with as much love as you do, look no further than Macey. She has been nothing short of incredible with Oscar, our 15-year-old Yorkie. With his age, he needs a lot of patience, gentleness, and attention—and Macey provides all of that and more. She treats Oscar like her own, always making sure he’s comfortable, well-fed, and given all the love and snuggles he deserves. She’s mindful of his needs, from his slow walks to his medications, and she truly understands what it means to care for a senior dog. Her warmth, reliability, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. I can’t imagine anyone better to trust with Oscar. “I honestly love Monica's doggy service. She's very sweet and had a instant bond with my baby girl. She kept me updated every few hours on all the cute things they were doing together. Monica made sure Luna was clean, smelling amazing, and my favorite part sleepy and ready to come snuggle . Luna is a very hyper pit. When its time to sleep she full of energy from staying in to much, but not anymore. Monica keeps Luna active so when its time for bed I have my baby girl to keep me warm.”
