About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! I’ve owned everything from dogs, cats, rodents, birds and insects over the years. I’ve been a volunteer at pet rescues over the years and have an extra-special fondness for pets in their golden years. I’ve done a lot of pet sitting over the years, which has included everything from walks, baths and play to administering medication and cleaning up accidents - there isn’t a lot that phases me. I treat each pet like I would my own, giving them the same love, care and attention they get from their family. I look forward to doing the same for yours 😊 I work from home during the week with a flexible schedule which allows me the opportunity to care for pets during the day - whether it’s for a walk, a check-in for a potty break, or even just for some cuddles and play. My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible, which means I’m happy to follow whatever routine it is that you have set. Does Max need their food heated up to a specific temperature so they’ll eat it? Done. Does Gabby need to be crated? No problem. All pets are unique, so their needs can be too. I always go over routines and preferences with parents to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable. I know when I have entrusted my pet to someone else I love getting pictures, so you can rest assured if you do too I will send them as much as you want! You are also always welcome to ask for them anytime, no matter how often. As your pets wellbeing is my priority, I can ensure my focus is 100% on them when we’re together.

We ended up having to ask her to do a favor for us while she was housesitting and she didn't hesitate to take care of what we needed her to do. No questions asked. Our rott also had a big accident in his crate overnight and she immediately called me in the morning and let me know what happened. She cleaned up the crate and washed it down, washed the dog and cleaned the spots on the carpet and vacuumed. Our house was picked up and you couldn't even tell that there had been an accident. More about my pet care experience: I have experience with a variety of cats at different levels of socialization, age range (kittens included), and behavior. I watched my neighbor’s beagle in sixth grade and have experience dog sitting off-and-on ever since; I’m confident with smaller and small-to-medium dogs but have less experience with big dogs. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was 8 and all my dogs have shown great love towards me because I give them the full love back. I am known in the family as the family caretaker when our dogs get old and need special attention. The reason I take care of my dogs when they get older because I have the patience, attentions, and most of all, love in supporting them through their elderly stage. All pets deserve the best and I am more than happy to provide that! I am currently taking the year off from work to travel the world but in between my trips I have a lot of free time and feel it can be better spent taking care of pets while other people can enjoy trips or another activity that requires them to leave their pet at home. I have a 5-year old Havanese and I take him on walks daily, I make sure he is bathe at least once a month, and try to take him on as many trips so I can, so he can enjoy the world as much I as I do.
