I really appreciated her thorough approach both from the initial phone call as well as the meet and greet visit. She really took her time to meet and greet with all of my dogs and asked very detailed questions about their needs/care. During her stay, she provided such a level of care, that included reaching out to me to let me know one of my pups injured her nail and was genuinely concerned about her being in pain.
