About: I’ve grown up around cats my whole life, but my hands-on experience really deepened in college when I began fostering kittens. Since then, I’ve fostered a total of 9 cats, ranging from very young kittens to more independent cats, all with different personalities and needs. One of my most meaningful experiences was rescuing and raising a stray kitten from just 4 weeks old, which taught me a lot about patience, care, and building trust with animals at such a young age. Through fostering, I’ve gained experience with feeding routines, litter training, socialization, and helping cats adjust to new environments. Caring for cats is something I genuinely love, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, whether they’re playful, shy, or need a little extra attention.

“Debbie sent pictures and all I saw were 2 small dogs who did not miss their human Mom. There was play time (smiles and action), down time (cuddling and relaxing). I was always under the impression they sat in a corner and missed me with all their tiny hearts, but no - Debbie had them going the whole time! One fell asleep on the drive home due to the days action, the other needed every minute of tthe days action! Her property is amazing! Gorgeous setting only maybe two or three miles from downtown Bernardsville. So much safe space to run and play in. Exploring is at the top of Louie's requirements and he had a whole acre of fenced in yard to get all his Terrier on! Thanks so much Debbie! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!”
About: I have lots of experience with dogs and absolutely love spending time with them — playing, teaching tricks, and taking them on walks. I grew up around dogs and have a real passion for it! I only take one dog at a time, so your pup gets my full attention and focus throughout the stay. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can walk your dog in the early morning, during lunch, and in the late afternoon/evening — basically as needed throughout the day. About: I grew up caring for my family's black labs my entire life. I currently own two beautiful baby Shih Tzus, Tony & Guiness with my beautiful girlfriend. They add so much joy to our lives and are a big part of our growing family. I invest a lot of time and effort into training them daily, to build trust and give them the best lives possible. Taking care of the animals in my life is a passion of mine, and I treat every pet like it's my own. I'm currently making pet care my full time job. After years of training athletes, I'm opting for a career that is rewarding in different ways. I'm available any time Monday through and occasionally a weekend if I'm around and if it's a good fit. My apartment complex has many areas to walk outside, with sidewalks and open grass areas where I walk my boys. There is also a spacious indoor dog park in the basement of my complex where I take them to play, especially on rainy days. I also expose my dogs to as many experiences as possible, bringing them to community events, outdoor dining, and social gatherings. Our family does not believe in leaving pets home alone all day every day, and want to give them as much stimulation and social interaction as possible.

They sent so many photos and thoughtful updates, which meant the world to me. I could truly see how loved and cared for Phoenix was the whole time.”
“Mike was amazing! 5 stars! We were very unsure about using Rover, as we hadn't used a dog sitting service in a while for our Bella, but Mike was wonderful! Even though Bella can be a little wary of strangers, she warmed up to him and loved spending time with him! She very much appreciated the 3 walks a day Mike was able to give her, and he was even successfully introduced her to another of his friends for additional socialization, just like we talked through. He listened to all of our specific instructions on what to do with her, and he followed through beautifully. Thanks Mike! We'll definitely be bringing Bella back to you again; we trust you 100% with her!!”
“I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby with Alexis. She did a great job communicating and I could tell when I picked up my dog that she loved it at Alexis’s house. We appreciated the fact that Alexis only cares for one family’s pets at a time. That meant that our 8 yr old girl had a nice calm time while we were away.”
